We first went to pepboys and they told us to fix my brother's window wipers and they said it was going to be 1200 so we decided to go look around at repair shops well we seen 2 and they both dont do window wipers and they both said check Tech one Auto repair shop probably does. so we went and he came right away we didn't tell him about our experience at pepboys and he looked at the window wipers and it was just the bolts they needed to be Tighten right that's all it took and he told us Merry Christmas have nice day he didnt want nothing! how nice and sweet he was we just wanted Acknowledge him and say thank you we appreciate it God bless you and your business!!!

I loved the experience there. They gave great and prompt service. They are very knowledgeable and gave the greatest customer service. This is a well recommended place for car service.

Jon was quite literally the most helpful person I have ever encountered in the auto service industry! His mobile repair came out to Woodstock where I was stranded and he worked in freezing temperatures to get my car started again. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it and made sure I understood. He even followed me to make sure the repairs worked and when a new problem arose, he drove me to his shop where I was able to wait for a ride. Jon is definitely someone who cares more about helping people than draining them of money! 10/10Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My daughter goes to the UA and has vehicle problems from time to time. I heard about Tech One from a friend that recommended them. I am so glad I sent my daughter to them, they are the nicest people I have met in years. They are honest and I trust them completely. I tell everybody I know about them. I strongly recommend this shop.

They couldn't get to even look at my truck for a week and i thought that was to long just to diagnose it so then they suggested a shop around the corner and that shop called me back before i even got home less than 10 miles away and they had diagnosed the problem and had a price for the repair already. So you can go to teck one if you want but I've found me a new shop to do all my work now an it's not teck one. Sorry.

The tech was soo helpful he tried everything he could to find the problem with my car without having to tear it completely apart. They are so caring there. Prices are very reasonable and they do what they can to work with u.

The handsom young man, Kevin found the problem on my just bought Nissan fast had me in and out in 2 hours, it was big. The problem. That would have had me broke down. Thank God my brother in law refered them. I'd refer to anyone.

This is my go to place whenever my car makes any noise or needs any work! They are very good and definitely takes care of my car for a good price. I would definitely recommend this shop for good quality and reasonable priced work to anyone!

I was stopping by just to pick up a friend's car. I was greeted by Mr. Scruggs with a pleasant smile and it felt like I was the owners son . I would recommend this shop if you want great service that makes you feel appreciated.

My husband and I visited this company for 3 used tires, 1 was purchased 2 weeks before the other 2. The last 2 that were purchased were horrible!! One of the two tires began to separate just 1 day after it was put on the car. The store replaced it. The second of the two tires blew out while we were riding 70mph on interstate 20/59. Luckily we were able to pull over and put the spare on the car. The blow out caused the fender well to shatter, the turn signal light assembly to break and fall out, and the bumper was cracked. After speaking with the owner of the company, she offered to let us "pay only $41 to replace that blown out tire". We ended up going to a different tire store to replace the blow out. After asking questions, the employee from the other tire store let us know that not only was that tire dry rotted, but the first tire that we purchased from them was also dry rotted and should be replaced immediately. On top of all this, the tires that were sold to us were 10 years old according to the date stamp on the tires. We were informed that any tire (used or new) should not be trusted if older than 6 years because the composition of the tire degrades and could cause trouble. This company, Tech One Auto & Tire should not be trusted!!! They are out for their own profit and not your safety!!

Honestly i heard of the place through a friend i arrived they immediately got to work and they didnt charge me an arm and a leg. They were very nice, helpful, and fast. I would definately recommend this place to anyone.

Very helpful and do not try to sell you things you do not need . Super friendly. A great. Place to get all your repairs or oil changed or new tires or just whatever your vehicles need!

You would think that when a company, a professional company at that, posts on their website that they open EVERYDAY at 7am, that they would be. Its now 9am, and they still aren't open. Its rather ridiculous, and unprofessional
