They're really nice, but the whole truck is so dirty and greasy, it's like a gallon of oil spilled on the engine... so they left it all. I had to clean for an hour and use two brake cleaners to get it back to the way it was before. That's so unprofessional.

I was there for mid service told them pls check my tyre pressure they without ask me put it 120 psi air in my truck I told them pls take out 10 psi air they say sorry we can't take out my tyre blow out new tyre like blast so when you come tell them everything I never go there.

I come here for an oil change, then the mechanic told me I need air up one of my tire , I told him to do it for me . And the next thing they told me was my tire was blown. That tire was new and i installed it yesterday after short talk the manager come out and he started treating me that if I don t like he will call DOT for . That was rude and unprofessional his name was Wade. Sorry for you and those who promote you to that position.

Did not tighten oil filter with tool, came off in NYC on George Washington bridge , probably have engine damage now. Even told works to triple check that everything is tight.

Had my PM service done on 12/30/17. I was hesitant about going to another Speedco after a bad experience in Pennsylvania but decided to give it one more try. This facility was really good. Katherine was the First Lady I was greeted by when I pulled up to the service bay. She was very polite, came out right away when I pulled up and answered all my questions. The mechanics did a great job and were very fast. I had Mike and John working on my truck. 2 top notch guys that triple checked everything when they were done. I appreciate their work and was confident everything was done correct and all bolts tight. I will be returning on my next service to this facility!!!!MichaelNew West LogisticsLas Vegas NV

I've been a pro driver for a quarter of a century. Speedco in Cottondale Alabama is the most pathetic shop I have ever encountered. Speedco in general seems to have some serious issues. This particular shop is pathetic.

I just visited here with my 45' 1998 Newell Coach (RV) and could not be happier! The staff inside was very nice and though they were always busy they took the time to explain the oil analysis I had them perform. The technicians were all very courteous and friendly. They changed out the engine oil and the generator oil along with all the filters (they didn't have one of the generator fuel filters which I could not blame them since it is a hard animal to find) Robert became a hero of mine when he found ALL of the air system bleed valves under the coach. I thought the prices were very reasonable for the amount of labor and parts needed. I am a happy camper and my coach is very happy... now just to find a truck wash!

Took 4 hrs to get a flat repaired, and there was only one truck in front of me and they were just getting 1 tire. Technician hiding to keep from doing any work, until manage showed up!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Alot of bad reviews for some reason but the guys in the shop were awesome!! Pulled me right in did a great job on my service pointed out a few things but never tried getting me to have it done there just giving heads up! Quick thorough can't ask for much more.

Very responsive. I had a nail in my trailer tire. The tech told me it would be 30min. I had no problem with that. In less than an hour I was in and out. This is one of the better Speedco facilities to use!

I came yesterday at 1:00pm told me to get fix your truck couple hours and i waited and waited since mid night 12 close shop told me you are first one in the morning , waiting shop side parking 6:00am come back still couple truck ahead of me if you don t want waste your time don t come here stay far away worst speedco I ever seen on my life

This was the slowest Speedco ever. 3hrs to get a fuel filter, would have rinsed and reused the old one if I hadn't been standing there. lousy service

The staff was awesome. The guys in the shop did a great job, very professional. The lady at the desk, Ashley, was very friendly & helpful. They done a great job, I was in & out in less than an hour. Granted, it was Saturday morning...may not be that way during busier times.

It was nice to get right in but I've never felt so grossed out by a bathroom before. that's why only 3 stars and no please or thank you. I know it's a shop but some manners and cleanliness don't have to go out the window. They seemed to be training so it took a bit longer. No worries there. Also seemed like they were arguing with each other in the bay. Y'all take a deep breath and let Jesus take the wheel!GOD BLESS and thank you!

I have mixed feelings. The Technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. The work they do is good. My only problem is they work so slowly. Normally I would be happy to trade speed for quality... But not when they are charging by the hour. They did some repair work on my truck recently that required mostly labor. A few minor parts that didn't come to $20. They actually billed me for � hour more than I was on the property. I had at least 30 minutes of wait time for them to finish another truck and clear a bay. The technician was on the phone with another customer at least twice for about 10 minutes each. There were several smoke breaks as well. I didn't argue with the bill because I couldn't prove when I got there and they did do the work right. After I left it was bugging me so I checked my ELD. They billed me for 5 hours labor ($600) and I was only on the property 4 hours and 40 minutes. My advise is make sure you see them write the time down on your paperwork when they actually start and stop. It would have saved me $130 at the very least. If you remember to do that, you will be pleased with the work the do for you.UPDATE 2 YEARS LATER: This time I just needed a PM done on my truck. Ther speed has not improved. Apparently they have a whole new crew and only one of them seems to be experienced. He was working with all of the people that were there, answering questions, pointing stuff out. The girl in the office seemed knowledgeable but didn't have much experience. They ended up breaking my oil cap and did not have a replacement for it. I saw at least six of them there working at different intervals there was one truck ahead of me already being worked on when I got there. I was still there over two and a half hours. I will stop there again at some point because their work seems to be satisfactory but I certainly won't expect to be in and out.

I've been here 3 times in 2 months... this place is nasty and dirty and the customer toilet has been "out of order" for atleast 4 months ( according to the manager ) and the employee toilet is stopped up and disgusting. They take forever and the one mechanic they have on duty is spread to thin... took him 4 1/2 hours to change a trailer airbag. He was nice enough but this location needs to get it together... the toilet issue needs to be fixed like today. Manager says corporate office won't authorize the repair.... what??? Get your bathrooms fixed, if we are going to be stranded here for 5 plus hours for repairs or service... bathrooms are mandatory!!!!

All they can do is make excuses as to why it'll take 4 hours to get you into the shop. Every since the Love's Truck Stop has taken over speedco they have steady declined to a poorly run service center.

I've been to this location previously and received above average service. Today however a manager provided me with very poor service which may indicate a new mentality regarding how they value their customers since being acquired by Loves. I'm unsure whether I'll give them another shot.

My BEST Speedco experience EVER!! From the first minute we pulled into the bay, the staff was courteous and friendly. They did everything I wanted.....and didn't try to push any extras on me. And the quality of the work performed was excellent.

Pulled into this location to get an oil change and was told it would be hours due to no staff. Absolutely horrible that Loves has run speedco down further than they already were. Don t give this place your business

Miss Carolyn. Need i say more. Been using this speedco location to service my trucks over the past 20 year and she has been there for each one of them. Wonderful lady and wouldn't go anywhere else because of her. Great quick service. Excellent location now open 24hrs and overnight parking.

Great prices on good condition used tires, truck arrived 15 mins before closing on a Sunday night & techs refused to replace a tire. Savannah Halcomb from the front then started dismounting the tire herself in order get us back on the road again. Great services as exepected from Love's in & out in less than an hour!Service: TiresService: Tires
