Received a new set of tires. They were professional, courteous, and did a good job. They even replaced a worn out lug nut for me.

We were quoted a price to get a set of used tires put on a truck (not their tires). When we arrived we were told it was $30.00 more then the original quote after their tech looked at the tires. I wouldn t not recommend this tire company to anyone, very shady. Since the owner wants to respond to the rating in the negative manner they did. I was on the phone with my daughter last week when she went there to ask. I heard with my own ears from the technician say it won t be more then $120. I m sorry you are misleading your customer base. Prices are subject to change is gimmick to cover yourself in instances like these. Poor customer service and not honoring quotes are inexcusable. I wish you the best of luck but I will not being giving this company any of my business.

Stopped by earlier today to see if they had some special type and size tires. After looking, lady said they had 2. I asked for a ballpark quote and was told $93.00. My understanding was each. My math says $186.00 + tax and whatever. Came back later dropped the rims off, couple hours later got call and said ready. Asked how much and told $156.00. Also got new valve stems, not pop in rubber, but the nice bolt in metal type. Had long discussion with owner, who was very helpful to me on other subjects besides tires. With his info I expect to save 3-4 k. I like this place and will go back.Thanks Columbiana Tire.

We have used Columbiana Tire for several years now. We are always given prices before any work is done and never pressured into using their services if it doesn t fit our budget. They have fixed several issues for us as well as handled our regular maintenance on our vehicles. They are an upfront and honest business and I would highly recommend using them!
