Excellent experience with T&K after our travel trailer burned up a wheel bearing en route to Florida for family vacation. Chad was quick to respond and even though we had to wait over-night since it was a Sunday he was able to get the parts and the job done very quickly the next day to get us on the road. He even checked the other side bearing and finding it nearly faulty replaced it as well to avoid any future issues. Very courteous and professional service at a fair price!

Trevor responded to my location very promptly, and on time. Towed my vehicle to a dealership in Birmingham without any problems. Trevor was professional, approachable, and accommodating. Very satisfied with their service, and would highly recommend!

If I could give them a flat 0/5 (0%) or a F (FAILED) i would. There are no words that can describe how much of a rip off and / or how sorry is this little company s service. There was nobody available an entire day and night out of the advertised 24 hours. They don t even have an office. It s a shed. I had to wait 2 days (48 hours) longer than when I was ready to cash out my car that I needed. It made me miss 2 shifts of work at the hospital. I had a car towed from Jemison to Clanton last month, and that experience went well and at a decent price. If you re looking for a great towing service near you or roadside service in this area, go with Billy s Towing and Roadside Service. He is #1 out of the 2, a much better person, and provides better service than these guys. Do NOT Recommend to a nurse colleague, friend, family, neighbor, or even worst enemy (if that tells you anything). Nobody. Hope this helps.

Tried to use GM warranty but after an hour they were not able to find anyone, T and K answered the call promptly and professionally using two trucks to tow both our truck and out 5th wheel off I65 to the Clanton GM dealership who was also fantastic.

T & K Towing rescued us on the side of I-65N in Clanton (near Birmingham) after our major insurance company, whose jiggle is Like a Good Neighbor , could not deliver after 3hrs. Trevor is awesome, and his company got us out of a dangerous situation. He is a very engaging guy and you tell they could handle any situation involving towing or roadside rescue. The folks at T & K roadside service are stellar. A sweet lady picked up our truck and towed it to a transmission shop. Trevor, the owner, picked up our fifth wheel and towed it to the campsite with ease and professionalism. He stayed to help make sure we were set up. His prices were surprisingly reasonable. I can't say enough positive compliments about Trevor. Truly, he is a man of integrity. Well done T&K. God will bless your business because you're a good man.

I had a great experience with Chad from the shop after my vehicle broke down on I65 near Clanton. After picking up my vehicle on the side of the interstate at 7pm on a Friday, he was able to get it fixed and I was on the road again leaving their shop in 2 hours. Extremely luck my insurance dispatched T&K to pick me up. Very much southern hospitality and it is very much appreciated.

Well they r not a company that will work with u when someone car gets impounded I like 5 dollars having enough to get someone car out and he wasn't gonna release the car because of the 5 dollars thank god my cousin let me borrow it and my boyfriend said he left about 27 dollars in the car but when I got it back there wasnt any money in there so of course they want admit they got it

Broke down in my work truck flatbed. T and K was awesome and a pleasure to deal with. They made sure at 10pm to tow me to Nashville. And a lot cheaper then expected. Trevor was responsive, caring and got the job done. Price was fair and the tech Chad was quick and professional. I hope we never need his service again on our Class A Motorhome, but if we did I wouldn t hesitate to call them!

I did not actually use T and K, however my husband was stranded and they were very quick to respond. They were friendly and helpful. Only didn t use because my husband was coordinating something at the same time. If I ever need help in the Clanton area again, we will use them.

No one else would come to us. Loves would not fix tires on a Class C RV. When we called T & K was told he could be there in 30 minutes. Was there when he said he would be. Took GREAT care of us and got us back on the way.

I called him and it was something he didn t handle BUT he didn t leave me hanging. He took his time to find someone just as nice and professional to provide assistance. For that, I appreciate him and am grateful for everything he did to help me while stranded with my daughter. Thank you so much!

Very professional and courteous. I work for the US Army and had a trailer bearing go out in I65. They helped me a great deal when i was in a bind and did a good job getting me back on the road fast and for a fair price. Highly recommended.

Broke down on I -65 between Birmingham and Clanton and came right out, and moved my truck and trailer to a shop in Clanton. For a very reasonable price to I pray I don t break down again but I if I do and I m in the area this is who I m relying on

T & K is a truly professional and courteous company...they handled my tow very quickly and with a neighborly attitude...I had no problem contacting them and without the dreaded "mailbox is full" message...I've used several towing companies over the past 10 years...T & K is by far the best...T & K is also the best value for towing...I'll definitely use them in the future and strongly recommend everybody else does as well...thanks a bunch T & K!!!

Got my car towed , I been calling Friday night and Saturday asking how much to get my car out and have yet to get an answer out of him . I'm not sure if they are charging me for the weekend when I been trying to get my car out . Not very professional
