The generosity and just overall customer service blew me out of the water. On our family vacation my moms alternator went out and their store manager Beaver went above and beyond for our family. He used his own money and bought us each a water and let us fix it in their lot. Thank you so much for helping our family stay cool and allow us to continue on our vacation

They have gotten a lot better over the years and actually pretty knowledgeable and helpful now.This past weekend I went to Advanced which has gotten really bad over the last year and the guy said If the part I needed wasn t on the shelf back there then they couldn t get it. So I went to Oreillys and the guy looked on the shelf and said he didn t have it, but then he spent the next 10 minutes on the computer looking up every single part until he found the ones I needed. Awesome service and will def be using them over the other stores now.

I like O'Reilly and I shop there all the time. Their staff is good and friendly. They are some what knowledgeable about the parts they sell. I have gotten the wrong part a couple of times. They are still cheaper than anywhere else. They will also match the price from anyone else, if they are lower.

They are very nice and helpful. I could not get my hood open. They probably should have laughed at me but they just opened it. They asked me if I needed anything else. Luckily I did know how to put the oil in.

My battery kept going dead & would need jumping off. They tested my battery and said it was only 6 months old and was defective. Got a new battery free.

O'Reilly was the only parts store in Clanton that had the air filter for my Jeep Cherokee. The price was a bit steep, but I can't really complain since my option was to order online and wait for several days.

I recommend this particular O'Reilly over Auto Zone and Advance. They offer a much better selection and the employees are very courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable.

well the manager at the clanton store screwed me out of 20 dollars. i turned in my old starter and got the new one for 84 bucks with the core charge and it ended up being the wrong starter plus one of the dam studs was broke were the wires hook up to it. so i took the starter back and he wouldnt give me my core back and still wont i went by there about an hour ago. the manager there should be fired he is a freakin jerk and has no people skills. Hire a new manager please. even the people at autozone said i got screwed out of 20 bucks

Left another unarmed parts house unsatisfied and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with 'welcome to orillys can I help you" now that's a parts house.in less than 5 minutes I had my part and out the door.thanks guys

Wouldn t return product with lifetime warranty
