I've only dealt with them via phone but it was Friday about 430p and they answered the phone and helped me with detailed information and pricing on exactly what I was looking for... He even gave me some optional suggestions in case I wanted to do something different... The only downside is they are moderately expensive for what I am needing, but being a special project and somewhat specific and being in a small town, what can you expect... Supporting local business is always a plus!

My wife had her windows tinted here. The tint is nice quality; however, the installation looks terrible. There are cuts in the tint that can be seen from inside the car as well as outside the car, no tint in the corners of the window on either side, and also appears that they dropped something on the front windshield that chipped it, but failed to mention anything about it and still charged full price. I will state that I have not contacted them regarding these issues because anyone that can see can look at the windows and point out the cuts and places where no tint was placed on the window. I am confident that the owner was aware of the job he did on this car and left it that way rather then redoing it thinking that my wife would not notice and/or say anything to him about it, which she didn't.
