Absolutely awesome!! Clean, excellent customer service, exceptional knowledge parts and service!! Modern shop with experienced mechanics, no better Toyota service anywhere!! Work on any make and model, can de-bug electrical and computer issues with the best diagnostics staff and equipment!! You get what you pay for, I'm a big fan of Connell automotive. Appreciate the quality work on all my vehicles, giving confidence with reliability.

I had 4 tires and an alignment done there. Technician found a related problem and fixed it as well. Prices were very reasonable and professional staff. Repairs were performed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing automotive repairs.

As a young woman with no interest or knowledge with cars I can definitely find it a bit intimidating to try to get things fixed on my car. When I went to Connell, I had no idea what it was going to cost. I just knew I desperately needed my car fixed. With my lack of knowledge in cars and parts and labor and all of that, I know how easy it would have been for them to way overcharge me and me never know. But they didn t. They treated me with respect, they were kind, and they gave me advice on maintaining and what to do now. I talked to another place before deciding on Connell and over the phone they were rude and condescending. Connell made this experience so much less anxiety inducing. I give them 5 stars for affordability, customer service, and ease of service. Next time I need service I will 100% go back to Connell Automotive. James has always provided excellent customer service. From the nice man that came to pick up my car, the work that was done on it, and having my car dropped back off to me at work, everything was extremely professional. Lots of experience at this place folks. Toyota master tech and Toyota Master parts manager in house! So before you get tired of ole brother n law working on your car and throwing parts a-hoping and praying it fixes it, do yourself a favor and go see James and his crew!

The service was terrible they was really run and they held my car for 4 days just to tell me they didn t feel like working on it wouldn t recommend I would go down the street to the vardens auto and muffler repair
