Following an an accident my insurance company used B&B to tow my vehicle. They arrived quickly and the tow driver was very polite. They also helped me get my belongings after the fact from their yard and promptly moved my vehicle to the shop after the insurance adjuster inspected it. If zero stars was possible that is what this company would have from me. The lady in the office is ABSOLUTELY RUDE and very UNPROFESSIONAL. She does not need to be working in customer service. The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. She refused to send an invoice for the services and demanded payment before we even knew what she was charging us for. Please save yourself a major headache and do not use these people. I have never had someone talk to me the way she did and even called my son a jackass multiple times. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY! The lady on the phone was very rude and would not work with me about payment. I told her that my husband was on his way with cash and she said they would not send anyone out until he was there and ready to pay the 45 dollars. She couldn t care less that I was stranded in the parking lot with a three year old. Would give one star, but the guy who unlocked the truck was professional and nice. But the lady on the phone could learn a little compassion for their customers..!

Can t give this place a zero stars? That s about as ridiculous as the business. On a Sunday I totaled my vehicle and my whole family( husband and 2yr old daughter) were rushed to the Er. We were released that Wednesday and found out where my car was towed on Friday. On the next Monday we headed down to the tow yard to get paperwork and medication. Upon arrival we waited and hour for the gate to be opened by a man that was literally in side the gate. Once opening the gate we were denied the right to get OUR things out of OUR vehicle until we paid over $200. Totaled vehicle, doctors bills, two surgeries and out of work for 6 weeks and they have the audacity to hold our belongings from us until they get money that we clearly are lacking. That s a whole other level of low. We didn t have yhe choice to take our vehicle there so if you do, don tService: Vehicle wrecking

First of all I wish i could have had my car towed home. I ended up paying over $1400 that I had no idea that had added up to such an amount. Not to mention the rude lady, whoever she is that talks to you like dirt! I pray I NEVER EVER need their services EVER AGAIN! I don t know how they sleep at night taking advantage of the situation that an accident puts you in. No one wins. Not even you because God sees all and knows all. Our car broke down 20 minutes away. While one went to buy us a new alternator, the other guy came and towed us to their shop. It was past 5 pm, and they installed the alternator right away anyway. We were so happy to get back on the road, and they were so kind and helpful!

The only ones I use for towing when I'm not doing it myself..they are friendly, will work with you and don't take advantage of the common person like most places in this type of business do!

My car broke down in the middle of nowhere and they towed me to a place that was close to somewhere. It was in the evening and there was still no hotel or rental car for over 30 miles. That was my problem, but these people made it their problem. They made sure I had a place to stay and gave me a ride there. They had my water pump replaced by 10:00 the next morning and found me a ride to pick it up. They didn't just fix my car, they showed me how good people can be! 5 stars really isn't enough!

I had a car accident a few days ago. They towed my vehicle, and when I tried to go get my stuff out of my vehicle, I was told they were closed and they d have to call someone out. They wouldn t do that unless the insurance called them and said they d cover it. They were no help at all. I was trying to beat the rain since rain was in the forecast, now hoping the stuff in my vehicle isn t ruined or stolen!

This company or Secretary is one of the worst I have ever come in contact with in my life. Especially the Secretary whomever she is. When trying to obtain how to pay the debt and what I needed to do I was rudly spoken to by this woman and told she could care less about my sob story and threaten that not only would she sue me but how and not only could I get a word in edge wise but when trying to explain my side and to the owner it's was totally different and story. They originally cleared the scene of my fiance accident where he was killed and not only am I ten hours away and live in Arkansas but trying to work with them and the bill went from 5200 stated by the owner yesterday till today 15000. Quite puzzling so I suggest if you ever need a toe don't call these people because all they care about is money and will not work with you and or at the most treat you and talk to you like your a common criminals. They have the Worst customer relations ever. And that they will crush your stuff and threatened me by law when I only was trying to do what no one else would. I hope karma has their way with these people whom I will try to pay for when all they had to do was explain that to me in the first place. Funny how money changes people and that's what this world is coming too. Cold hearted ride money hungry and we honestly by law don't have to pay any of it. But want his personal belongings. And they don't care if your homeless jobless and or broke. How the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. She don't have to worry she be the last I ever call. I only got rude with them after the fact. Because he had told me he needed form and I would send please send it to me. Please the state of Alabama do something about not only your bed side manner but your state hwys.

They went beyond and above normal service levels when we were stuck on the road for at least three hours on a Saturday afternoon. When the extra miles to take our car from US 45 to the Mobile airport to allow us to get a rental vehicle.

I would not recommend. I ve never left a review so I am highly upset. They gave me a hard time with even being able to come like I was lying about having insurance, then told me a time to be there and was a hour late! The worst wrecking yard I ever had to deal with. I paid a 125$ tow fee jus to be able to aceess my car and was rushed by the wrecker driver to hurry and get my things out of my vehicle because he had to make a run to Mississippi and pick up a car. (Not my problem) During rushing I forgot to grab a important receipt from my car and called and asked if I could go back in and they wanted to charge me again. Finally the wrecker guy came and said he could go in the car for me if i tell him where its at but he went and looked but couldnt find it. Who knows i guess it flew out the window...Not to mention it was a big issue made because I wanted to have my 450$ pioneer radio out of it because I jus purchased it 3 days before. Im already getting screwed as it is so why take that loss as well? Took the radio out the first time I accessed the car and wanted to stick my factory radio back in but since I can't access the car its looks to my insurance company as if I jus robbed the car for the radio. But they wrecker guy clearly said " if u don't get everything today we'll call you before the car leaves here an let u get whatever you need cuz I need to go to Mississippi and I jus got back from Pensacola, I need to run im about tired for da day" They don't even have a office at the yard so you're trying to deal with a guy who has to look over a yard all day and make runs at the same time. The main office is rude as can be. The place is pathetic if I knew what I knew at the time if the accident I would've tried to have it take else where. But hey who looks for good reviews online at the scene of a accident? Nobody therefore ppl like that are giving ppl like me hell and not by choice. They're not out to help u any kind of way so have your money ready that's all that matter. By the way I clicked one star for a review because Google made me pick one to leave the review but jus to clear things up they don't even deserve not one star. Maybe a negative 5 stars or something

This company towed my husband's truck. I confirmed twice with the driver the name of the car lot that the truck was to be delivered to. The truck was not only dropped at the wrong location, but the driver LOST!!! the cover off the back of the truck because he loaded and towed it improperly. It also damaged the window. The cover was secured on it and the lot that took it in confirmed it on the video. The manager at the location said they would cover it, but now their insurance company says otherwise. PLEASE, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!! I will be spreading this throughout social media and the BBB until this matter is resolved.

When visiting Alabama my friends Van was towed by this business for being parked in wrong place, the owners were very helpful and waived the storage fees & some more let us take the van. Very Grateful for all they did for us

If I could give them a no stars I would. I was told she was to busy to help me because she in the middle of something. Very bad customer service. I hope I never have to contact this office again. I was unaware people are too busy to do their job.

There is no office in mobile just a small lot fenced in with no phone or name. Had to ask and park at the business next door to make sure I was at the right place. Had to wait for someone to come in and talk to us. Can't use a card has to be cash.

I called the tow company from insurance company with the customer on the phone at 6:30 and they was rude and yelling at me and the customer, very unprofessional way to handle business.
