This company is very hostile and racist towards Black African American Men. They are treated poorly for services and overcharged on prices as you could expect that of the Hispanic/ Latino Culture. Hatred towards any nationality of people shows your ignorance and improper training of humanity. We all bleed the same color and a Niger never disrespected you in any way to receive this type of treatment. What goes around come around, you maybe up and running today but closed down tomorrow. I witnessed how a black customer was pushed to the side by one of the workers who was once assisting him, distastefully ran to assist a white customer. Their mouths should be sore of the lies they tell as number 1 ( compulsive liars). Hernandez need a attitude readjustment and training on professionalism, and these are true facts! Chatom tires was the best tire shop ever in the City of Chickasaw!

Been there a few times and I ve always had great service. Super friendly, affordable and the guys are quick to get you in and out.

I have took all three of my cars up to them. Have always had great service until the got new workers. went up for a simple plug job. Left with scratches all over my custom rims. N did not honor it.

Got 3 tires from here and ran over a nail 2 days later, they fixed it for free would definitely recommend all my tires still had the stickers on them & I m not sure what the other reviews are saying they gave me a receipt and honored warranty! Always go here they always nice and reasonable to me

Bought 4 tires from this place, 3 months later 3 tires have blown out (literally lost the cap, tires were still inflated) in the last week, tore up my truck bed, ripped the filler neck to the tank out of the fender, and because of the horrible vibrations caused the back window to shatter. All we wanted was our money back and they refused. If you buy tires here you might as well just flush your money down the toilet!!!DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE!!!!! VERY BAD TIRE DEALER!!!!!

Very good prices, I bought a used set of tires for my Envoy and they were practically new. Very good customer service and professionalism. I recommend them 100%

This is a new owner that took over Chatom tires. I've used their services 3 times so far and have not had any issues so far. The owner is nice and will work with you if he can.

Didn't care for the place at all, pulled in with my semi, and the came out screaming, get that thing out of here before I could even exit the truck to ask him a question, I wouldn't stop there if I had a flat, I would limp my car somewhere else
