Love our Chickasaw AutoZone! Within a couple of blocks from my home so it's walking distance for me! My part ended up costing me a whopping $2!! I expected it to be $10+!! The store is always extra clean and organized! The clerks are very friendly, knowledgeable and can help you locate anything you may be in search of and are able to suggest alternatives and direct you to other items you may not realize you needed at the time. Nicole was very helpful and friendly as always. I've encountered her on other occasions and have never had any negative output from her friendly personality! I recall months ago showing up 10 minutes before closing and never once felt rushed or like I was infringing on their closing duties! Love this store!!

If I could give 0/10 I would, came in for a headlight and the man wearing a grey shirt I m assuming he was even a manager told me he didn t feel like changing it for me right now he had some stuff he had to do instead. Disappointed only reason I came and got the headlight from here is so they could put it in for me it s usually another man there who is super helpful and always nice but he wasn t there today and now I know I won t go back when there are certain people working because they are rude and lazy !!!!!!

I wouldn't recommend Chickasaw, Al location. We went up there today 4/18/23 just to get a reading on a battery. The man told me and my grandfather they don't do readings on a 2020 battery due to the chips being on top of the battery we'll have to take it out ourselves and bring it in to the store to be tested. Than he walked back in with the battery reader in his hand nonchalant attitude. We were the only customers at the time so they weren't busy. Horrible customer service, not helpful or knowledgeable at all. AND I had a reading the day before from a different Autozone just wanted to get a second opinion from a different store.

Was heading back to Missouri with my buddies when the splash shield started dragging. This meant my car couldn't make the journey. Bill G. gave me the right wrench socket to remove the shield and get back on the road safely. Afterwards, he helped me organize my own wrench set so that I'd be able to find the right size on my own next time. 10/10 props to Bill G., he's the man and super friendly. AutoZone, please give this man a promotion.

LOVE this AutoZone in particular. They have great customer service that's hard to find in other stores in mobile. They walk through all you options on replacement part instead of telling you they only have the most expensive part in stock. They treat you like a customer instead of another sale or sucker. This is the only store I go to for my car.

I was having issues with my car at work, my boss was kind enough to take it to Autozone, where he encountered Bill, who was extremely professional. Bill checked my battery, alternator and pulled a diagnostic code that determined I needed a VVT solenoid. Thanks to Bill and Autozone, I am now driving again!

Very nice staff. They checked out battery and were then able to determine our alternator was shot. They went the extra mile to assist us

This is my AutoZone, I love it they always have my parts and they're always very helpful. When some of the workers gave me a bit of sass the general manager fix the problem and took care of me. I love this place and I'll go here every day

Great pricing, but always seem to not be very knowledge about the parts and always have to go back or make sure the part is the right one.
