They did a great job for a fair price. Gotta say things were a little concerning when talking to thw first gentleman.

My husband called earlier this week for particular tires and they assured him they had four. We went up there today and although their system said there were four the workers could not find them immediately. The two ladies on staff (who were near the end of their shift) did not stop looking until they found it. It ended up taking them about fifteen minutes and required them to climb up and down the ladder several times. They even got the young men who were working in the shop to help and they were just as helpful. It was some of the best customer service we have received in a long time. They also had excellent attitudes the whole time which was much appreciated. We will be back here for our car service needs.

They had the tire I was looking for in stock, it was decently priced and they got me in and out in a reasonable amount of time.

Fast service yes for auto care, but GOD DAM IT double check yalls work. You for got to fasten my air filter and it made a noise after the oil change yesterday. I normally dont have issues with walmart auto service, but please make sure your staff double checks their works.

Great customer service and people. Their hours are great & they get you in & out quickly. Mrs. Corretta is a pleasure to work with along with the rest of the staff. Two different times I have taken vehicles here & they have SAVED ME MONEY by diagnosing the real problem of my car as well as having GREAT prices on tires. I tried to go to other tire shops in the area(just to get a tire put on) & was told I would have to WAIT until that afternoon, just to put on a tire! I went here & was in/out within 45 minutes! Trust me & COME HERE for your auto needs

Fast service, took about 1 hour to get my tires rotate and balance, I didn't make an appointment. It was Thursday 5pm and wasn't busy.

On Nov. 7, 2018 I went in to get an oil change. Told me it might be awhile, that was ok with me, had to shop anyways.About an hour later the called me, as I was driving away I noticed they had not reset my oil life gauge..I turned around went back and they acted like it wasnt a big deal. But, they reset it.On the 17th of Nov a team of of us went to Kinard Fl to give a Thanksgiving dinner to that community. On the highway, the plate under the car that protects the engine fell on the road, the noise made me pull to side of road. Luckily, there was a mechanic with us, who got under the car and took it off..It was put back on with a plastic screw and a zip tie From getting my oil changed!Needless to say, walmart TLC will never see me again...or about 25+ people in this area who were either with me or have heard this story..We are still telling it btw.

Sit there for over a hour after talking to the lady for them to come out and tell me they ain t got the tire for a trailer. Thanks for wasting my time today

Thursday @ 1 pm been trying to call the Chelsea for the past hour after the fourth attempt and at least 25 rings each time someone finally answered. was transferred to the auto service department where the phone rang at least 25 times. Located the auto dept online and called direct and again no answer after at least 25 rings. Purchased a set of Goodyear Dunlop tires for my 2007 Chevy Impala SS on January 25. 3900 miles later the tire is wore out. they are willing to replace it with a compatible tire and suggested a Kumho tire. After doing some research I found out that Wal=-Mart is not an authorized dealer and the warranty from the manufacturer is invalid. what is a person to do.

I swung into this walmart around 6:50. My tire was acting funny. I asked them to put a new one on and they told me no. They sent me and my small children away. Thanks for the great customer service and putting our lives in danger. Wtg

Manager was great product showed unavailable in store online but price was cheaper online so manager price matched bc of conflict. Very nice Nd welcoming.

I had my oil changed at this location earlier this year and they didn t put my oil stick back in the engine. I didn t realize it was missing until a few weeks later when I went to check my oil levels. I got a new oil stick and went back to that location to get another oil change. This time, they put my oil stick on the floor in the back seat. Never going back.
