There's an old saying that goes something along the lines of you can have someone do a job quickly, competently, or inexpensively -- pick two. At Mavis in Chelsea, they get as close to delivering on all three as anyone I've dealt with recently.It's rare there days to work with folks who are genuinely glad to provide excellent customer service. In the last month, we had two vehicles that needed new tires and in each instance the folks at Mavis were responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to get us the fairest price possible.Do yourself a favor and go see Wesley or any one of the other fine people at Mavis. I believe you'll be glad you did.

So far I have been to this store twice. Once was an emergency tire repair. I came in and they had me fixed and back on the road within 20min. Called last minute for an alignment after I replaced some parts on my wife s vehicle. They not only worked me in but changed the oil and balanced the tires. It was very impressive.

Mavis is new to the Chelsea area, but if they continue delivering excellence, they will quickly become the destination of choice. Our car needed tires badly. No store had the tires we needed in stock at an affordable price. Mavis in Chelsea did. Mrs. Dee and Wesley made our experience a rewarding one. Not only did they provide quality customer service, but they made sure we got the best possible pricing. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and that we received service and products of high quality. I highly recommend this store for tire and mechanic needs without reservation. You will not be disappointed.

My experience at this location was great. The service was top notch. We dropped in late afternoon. Wes was able to get my car s front end alignment taken care of that day and at a more reasonable price than others had quoted. I will definitely be using them for all of my car needs going forward. Very pleased with the excellent service and glad to have them in Chelsea.

I was passing through Chelsea on my way to Birmingham and stopped at this Mavis facility after my car gave me a warning message that my oil was at a minimum level and needed to be filled up ASAP. As soon as I parked I was immediately greeted by Ms. Detrius who got me taken care of immediately! I've never visited this facility before; however, given the service and attention I was given I have to say that I was very impressed and appreciative of their level of professionalism and urgency to get me taken care of so efficiently. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Thank you to all the staff at this store. The professional actions of Mr Banks was very much appreciated. Also, Mrs Dee was so helpful and kind. It s so nice to be treated with respect being a woman. Thank you again.

The new Mavis in Chelsea is amazing, from the manger Wes, Ms Dee and the service guys I was definitely impressed. The team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, worked with me to get a price within my budget. This is a great addition to the Chelsea community.

Service here was really great. I rolled up on a flat tire and didn t even have to get out of my car before Miss D walked up and asked what she could do to help. They also caught an issue with my brakes while the car was in the shop. Wonderful service, very friendly, and fair prices.

I was headed out of town by myself when I heard something weird going on with my tire- I googled a place nearby and found Mavis Tire. Wes was SO friendly and helpful and put my mind at ease. Thank you Wes for being so friendly and helpful and getting me back on the road quickly!!!

Clean and courteous service. I asked them to search my tire for a leak and to do an oil change. They found the leak quickly and plugged it up. The oil change was finished quickly. I had no wait and was advised on my rosters and break pads. Thanks for the service Mavis

I wrecked my car recently and have had to be in and out of the shop very often and all of the times I came here I had an amazing experience. They are honest, up front, friendly, and they have great prices as well. Hospitality in this place is 10/10. If you need any work on your car this is the place to be. All work that they have performed has been done with maximum efficiency. Would highly recommend. On a side note the place is also pretty clean if that sort of thing matters for you.

Everyone here was very helpful but especially Ms Detrius! We had an issue with the flex shopper app and she definitely was a problem solver! HIGHLY recommend coming here for any service you need!

I went in to get a price on tires after shopping around. Not only did they beat my best price by over $200, they got the tires changed out that same afternoon in under 1 hour. The new store is nice and clean. They now have a new customer!

I will admit, not everyone was happy when Mavis came to town. Mainly because we already have a few auto shops in this small town and we were just hoping for another option. However, Mavis really saved me last week!Headed to drop my kiddos off to school and somewhere along the way, one of my tires picked up a large piece of metal. Of course, as luck would have it lol, the damage was too close to the sidewall and the tire could not be patched or plugged. I called and went to several tire stores between Chelsea and 119 area and NO ONE had a tire in stock for my vehicle(specialty size). One place was able to order a tire and could have it put on later that day, but the price tag was whew Anywho, called Mavis and not only did they have ONE tire in stock for my vehicle, but the price was truly unbeatable, and they were able to put it on in no time. So very thankful TODAY to have them in our community

Was a fast and pleasurable experience. I will be back for all of my future vehicle needs.Update: I originally went in for a tire, oil change, tire alignment, and tire repair. Had to go back the following day bc I had a flat tire on my way to work the next morning. They were very helpful and got the job done. Had to get a break job, a caliper, and the tire plugged on the second visit. Would have been back anyway because of the caliper but very frustrating to go in for a tire repair and it never be dealt with.
