I can t say enough good things about Elite Off Road and Performance! Seeing this was my first JEEP build, I had SO many questions and felt like every place I went told me something different. Josh and the rest of the team took time to walk me through the pros and cons of every aspect of my build, and did a great job setting very realistic expectations. I never felt like I was being sold , and I always felt like my questions were welcomed. The team also helped me figure out a plan to build out in phases so that it fit within my budget. I recently picked up my Jeep ( wheels/tires/lift ), and it was better than I could have ever expected on both looks and drive!!! Within an hour of leaving, I received a follow up call to make sure I was happy, and answers any additional questions. The quality, service, and follow through are only a couple of reasons that I highly recommend Elite Off Road and Performance!!

Best off road shop I'm aware of locally. they fixed some stuff another shop messed up. didn't even ask for anything extra. did the job I asked of them perfectly and my jeep is running smooth and comfortable. if you want your rig built right and with love. you go here.

This is the best shop around, I am fairly new to Off-roading and building a vehicle to do it in. Josh, Devin, and Paul have all been extremely helpful and informative. Josh helped figure out what suspension I needed for the future of my build and helped explain the pros and cons and what fits my needs and price ranges. Devon helped out anytime I called to follow up on when parts where coming in along with the progress during the day of install. Paul man this guy is the one you want looking over labor, he is very OCD about getting it right and not cutting corners and has a wealth of knowledge. Additionally all the staff at Elite are very professional and will answer any question you have, if they can t answer it then they will make sure they get you the answer with some digging. I will maintain being a happy customer with a trusted shop which is hard to find. I can t wait to do future building with the Elite family! Oh by the way check out all their social media and advertisements they are top notch!

The guys at Elite are nice and professional. They answered all my questions on building my Jeep Gladiator and steered me in the right direction for certain parts. And it was completed in 1 day!!! Already planning to return to have more modifications.

Great group of guys. I noticed my tires were worn out uneven. They were able to squeeze me in and mount another set. They were able to find the root of the damage. After putting a deposit down on parts they were quick to get me in and finish the job so I wasn t without a vehicle long. Highly recommend.

First time customer extremely pleased with these guy's work. Had them install 4.11 yukon gears and a tru-lok. Also they installed a new besttop trek top for me. They also diagnosed what was causing my jeep to have some vibrations. They hooked me up with an Adam's driveshaft and it fixed that. They went above and beyond to explain the importance of breaking your gears in. Especially letting you know how important the first 100 miles are. So far so good. See you in 500 miles. They will be the only place to touch my jeep from now on.*will update as needed*!

Josh and the team at Elite are top notch! Took my Silverado in that needed some front suspension work. They got my truck in for repairs on a tight timeframe as I was traveling out of town. I d you need work done on a modified truck/Jeep Elite is the place to go. I won t take my vehicles anywhere else!

Great place and people! They have done numerous things to my jeep TJ. Gears,lockers armor, axels and even clutch work. Have been pleased with it all. Made the jeep really fun to take off road and onto the trails. 10 out of 10 will use them again!

Service with a smile! Josh Balch managed to beat competitor prices, install tires on bead locks, and do it all in 1 day. Most places wont work that out, and insist on a lead time, however Josh Balch wouldn't let the safety slide and got me in the next morning, and out before noon.Killer job. super helpful. Can't speak negatively about any of the service.Thank you!!!

I can t say anything but good things about this company. These guys are pretty awesome!I dont even drive a 4 x 4 vehicle but they were quick and easy to deal with and getting me in and out for an alignment on my Nissan Rogue. Very informative as well, will definitely come back

The guys at Elite went above and beyond helping me get my Gladiator sorted. It's like all the best guys at different shops decided to go in together and open the "Elite" shop for off-roading. They had the best prices, got the work done ahead of schedule and got it done right the very first time. Extremely helpful and very attentive to what I wanted. Solid advice, never tried to up sell, and was fast to respond. Great communication even before I let them know I was going to use them. Solid group of guys. I have dealt with a few of the more popular off road shops in town and this was by far my best experience

They We re very professional. I dropped my jeep off and within minutes they had it a lift and showed me all of my options. They weren t high pressure like most of the shops I visited. We went over several options, and I chose the one best for my budget. They were by far the most affordable. I checked all the 4x4 shops in the Birmingham areas and they saved me 20% minimum. I would highly recommend Elite Off-road and Performance. They are miles above the competition!

They did a great job in my Jeep, made the 09 on 37s ride like a brand new Jeep. Made sure I was back on the road in no time and better off too! Great shop and guys!

Josh and the crew did great work on my Jeep installing some items I needed to get a better ride. Also had a emergency front drive shaft problem and they was able to put the part on the same day and had it in stock. Great group of people

Great guys there! They really helped me decide what suspension I needed to go with to suite my needs. I have since been there multiple times to keep the build going. Their service department is second to none. They will sit and explain all specifications of your build to you. I highly recommend them and send all my friends and family to them for any of their automotive needs.

Josh has been super helpful and answered all my questions. They have you and your vehicles best interest in all they do. Highly recommend getting the shake down before you purchase any vehicle bc it would ve saved a few dollars in my situation. I ll be back for any off road/performance needs. They have solid prices on parts and can usually have it shipped faster than most sites!

I called about getting an oil leak fixed thought it was 1 issue (expensive) turns out it was something not as bad. along with that they gave my jeep a full check over and found some other issues I was semi aware of but was hesitant to fix in the past. we got that taken care of as well. All in all I would recommend this shop and its staff everytime. great customer service and amazing turnaround. I had other shops tell me up to 14 days. they had it done in 3.
