Great experience with Jacob and the rest of the staff on my truck purchase. Great price on a gem of a truck. I like that the dealership has a very small town feel and nobody putsexcessive "salesman" pressure on you. Because of this, I could actually make the decision for myself. I walked away from my prior sale after it was already delivered to my house for that very reason! This dealership has good people who genuinely appreciate your business.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM FOR SERVICE!!!! I took my truck in for service. I had an oil leak that needed fixed. They had my truck for a few weeks and finally called with and out the door price. I said go ahead and fix it. It took another week and 2 phone calls to finally say it's ready. I go to pick it up and the price is almost 400 dollars more than they already told me! Mallory go the price down a bit but it was still well over what I was told. I get the truck home and not there is a tapping sound coming from the engine. Joey said don't drive it and monday morning the came and picked it up. They had it for another week and all they did was check the oil pressure and basically said they aren't responsible for the tapping sound. I took the truck back drove it twice and the oil is leaking again, and from the oil pan that they supposedly fixed. Do not take you vehicle to them for service, unless you want more problems than you started with.

I purchased my vehicle from them in January of 2024. The day I took possession of the vehicle I notice two cracks on the front passenger side where the vehicle had obviously hit something. I informed my sales rep Jordan, the next business day. I was able to prove to Jason Pilger Ford they had delivered the vehicle to me in this condition with photos. They said they "did not notice it." The dealership refuses to fix the cracks in the vehicle or reimburse me for fixing the damages and basically told me to get lost.If you are in the market for a new or used car DO NOT go through this dealership. This is the type of dealership that all those used car dealer stereotype fit. Whether it had been overlooked in their "numerous inspections" and detailing or withheld from me intentionally, this is how they take care of their customers. Thanks guys.

It was a pressure to work with Mr Ronald as my salesman and for risking his life getting in the car for the test drive and Mr Ethan for getting me the best interest rate lower then my credit union and Also Mr Andrew for counting my cash down payment correctly. We have purchased with Landis before so when we needed to get our daughter a new car he was the first person we asked because we trusted him to not put her in just anything to get a sale! Our sales woman Jordan was kind and made our daughter feel like the young adult she is. Everything went smooth and she drove home in her pretty, new to her car and was a super happy girl!! We will definitely be back to see the awesome people at Jason Pilger Ford

The online sales manager, Landis Watts, made my purchase so easy. He is extremely helpful, fast, and was a pleasure work with. I live in Huntsville AL and found my dream car 5 hours away, here at Jason Pilger Ford. They delivered the car right to my door and it was everything they promised and more. Jason Pilger Ford is quality dealership, with great prices, and excellent staff.

Not sure who is driving a grey ford truck with no tag and your logo and website on it up here in Gainesville, GA but they are the worst driver and make your dealership look bad especially with a plastic tag with your logo and no legal markings.

Do NOT buy from this dealership. Purchased a used 2016 Toyota 4Runner for sons 16th birthday from who we thought was a reputable dealership. Received the vehicle (delivered) and noticed immediate problems the most notable white smoke coming from exhaust. Spoke with dealership who advised they would take care of repairs. Upon call back with estimate was advised they would only pay 600 dollars. Turns out this vehicle needs an upper engine rebuild. This car has only been driven a few times since purchase and hasn t been given to my son yet as his bday is Sunday. What a disappointment for all. He won t be getting this vehicle as it can t be driven. The dealership has not been helpful and the blame has been placed on the buyer. They are willing to do nothing and will not take the vehicle back at purchase price. I could not be more disappointed in a dealership. Save yourself some time and look elsewhere. We will be consulting an Attorney.I am editing this review after I see the dealership response. I wish I could figure out how to post pictures of the inside of this engine that your highly trained technicians should have noticed. There is oil everywhere on the inside of this engine that is obv by the pictures has been there for quite a while. This is unbelievable.

The salesman Landis Watts and financial manager Andrew were extremely easy to work with. I do not enjoy a high pressure sales tactic and will walk away from anyone like that. Landis listened to what I was looking for and provided options and was very upfront about price range and deals. Andrew was easy to work with in finance. He made it easy to understand what we were paying and our options. Jason Pilger Ford is lucky to have them on their team.

We were very impressed with our car buying experience at Jason Pilger Ford in Chatom, AL. The staff really took the time to get to know us! Our sales associate Landis Watts and I got talking about fishing. This meant a lot to us considering we recently moved to Alabama. The staff understood our sincere need for a dependable car for our growing family and we ended up getting a great car at a fair price with the lifetime powertrain warranty. Thanks guys! Hannah was wonderful to work with but unfortunately she s gone now so I wouldn t recommend buying from this dealership! They re all about the sale and won t stand behind their word. I ve had my vehicle for 4 months now, was told I had a lifetime power train warranty but now that I have an oil leak from the oil pan they ve found every worm hole & excuse not to fix it!
