They are one of the better auto part stores in my area. I usually go to them first before going to others in and around the area.Usually if this Napa doesn t have the part I need, I go online to locate it before going to other auto part stores. I ve never had any of my vehicles worked on by them, since I do my own auto repairs. So I cannot review their auto repair work!When it comes to their employees being helpful and knowledgeable I give them an A+.I was there the other day to dump oil and the employees were helpful and now I know I can dump oil even after hours. Other auto part stores you have to sign a paper and jump through hoops every time you dump oil. I like things to be simple!

Business closed without notice during regular business hours but charged for storage even though we came to pick up our vehicle. Notice on the door says they closed for family emergency, but employee told us they closed to watch the game. Fine, but don't charge me storage because you can't find someone to watch the store. Exorbitant prices. Will never do business here again.

Very friendly people and very helpful, knowledgeable staff. They made it very simple for me to get the correct parts even though I really had no clue as to what it was i actually needed. I just told them what the issue was that i was having ( I had to go myself instead of my husband ) and with the vague description I gave they were still able to recommend the proper part which did resolve the issue.

If you need parts to DIY, they can get almost anything within 2 days. Prices are competitive. DO NOT let them work on your car! Twice, I told them to call me with an estimate before doing the work, and twice they called me to tell me what the bill was after doing the work without my authorization. Then, my sister's car was losing power, so they told her the catalytic converter needed to be cleaned. (As far as I know, those can't be cleaned, only replaced.) They claim they cleaned it, but my sister still didn't think the car was right when she drove it home. Two days later, the catalytic converter exploded while driving down the highway. I am not exaggerating. It exploded and threw shrapnel into other parts of the car. She had to total it and get a new car.

They always have what I need. If they don't it will be in the next day. Glad to see Jason is doing good. My mothers car was broke down in there parking lot and they were good enough to loan me the tools to get it back running and they had all the parts I needed.

The folks behind the counter were very friendly and eager to help me find the item that I needed. This was a quick trip, I made it in and out very easily and was on my way. I prefer shopping here instead of the other stores that specialize in Chinese made auto parts.

The owner is a liar and a crook... claim to have family emergency.. but closed for football game.. but still charged store.. claimed I should have call the police to get his number.. WARNING NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CROOK..

Charged $300 for Towing of a few miles and "clean up" then had to struggle to get my vehicle from them. Don't do business here.

Bought a motor from this place turned out not to be the right motor .paid 600 dollars told me they would give me 400 back and so far have been messing around and not taking it back .....just a loss of time and money
