Always friendly! They stay BUSY so there is a little wait but they are great about drop off and pick ups. Can even pick it up after hours in most cases. Local business. Been here a long time! Thank you OK Tire for your service in Cherokee County. Recently went for a front end alignment and new tires. They helped me pick out a better tire for a cheaper price.

The people at OK Tire are great! He is always helpful with whatever car problem I'm having and the lady who answers the calls is so kind and understanding. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I would give 10 stars if I could!! I had an oil change and filter change at OK Tire on Friday afternoon before New Years weekend. On Saturday evening I noticed an oil leak due to unknown causes.Being a holiday weekend, I had no idea how to contact Tim (owner) by phone so I took a long shot and messaged him via my wife s Facebook to explain the problem and left my cell number. At approximately 6:30 on Sunday morning (New Years Eve morning) Tim called me and said he would meet me at the shop after church to see what was going on. I met with Tim at the shop where he quickly found and resolved the issue.There are not enough adjectives to describe this type of above and beyond customer service!!I would highly recommend this business to anyone!!

$1180 loss using OK TIRE. Claimed it wasn t there fault all brand new tires. Will never use again.

Needed a certain kind of tire...for an old boat trailer...they went out of their way to find me a replacement. Nice and to the point. Very reasonable prices. They earned my business. Good folks.

Fixed a vibration in our new Yukon s front end the dealer was either unable or unwilling to fix. Very reasonably priced too. Found this place while in the area on vacation, very thankful I did. Great job guys! Keep up the excellence.

This is an excellent business. Hard working and very efficient. I always shop around when I need tires, but I always end up at here. They consistently offer the best product, best price and best service. I've always been very pleased with OK Tire.

Thank you for everything we were stranded in Centre already towed to Walmart where they said they had the tire and didn t Ok Tire came out and helped us!! Thank you guys so much y all are awesome! I would highly recommend Ok Tire!!! There are not too many nice people like them and quality tires!!

Staff is always so friendly. They do excellent work, always top notch, and willing to check things out until they find the problem. Never had an issues with anything they have done, can't really say the same for some other places. Will always be my go to!

Highly recommend this place! The staff was amazing and friendly. They were very knowledgeable about all tire things, and genuinely wanted to help. We needed quite a few things done to the truck/trailer and they got them done in a timely manner and didn t charge an arm and a leg. Their warranty is good too.

To be treated like a person and not a number, you can not beat this establishment. I have had the misfortune to have had two flats in a short period of time, they took care of me as quickly as possible. This is a very busy place, and I was treated the same as someone who may have just invested several hundred dollars in tires. Office staff made me feel like family, and they appreciated my business. Which is rare in this day and time.

Was really in a tight spot. Trying to pull a camper home. They really went out of their way to get us up and going again. Their price was more than fair for the work they did. Will definitely use again.

Excellent customer service. My car drives mych better after my all wheel alignment. I will recommend this tire shop for everything they offer a driver of any kind here. GREAT PLACE FOR TIRES AND EVERY SERVICE THEY OFFER. GO HERE FOR ALL OF IT. I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!

We went in for an Alignment, and was informed by Miles that we needed a tire, which we knew, but he stated to us that we would be able to stop the shaking with a simple replacement.Yes, that was more money but in hindsight, we needed both an alignment & a tire...thus his honesty meant the world to us and highly appreciate it therefore we will be back once again, hence The Shivalry from Miles is something thats long forgotten in our Sinacle World..Thank You OK Tire Store..

Thank you OK Tire for getting this new RVer on the road safely. I didnt know my tires were special. Thank you for educating me! I am NOT from town and the RV park owner was helping me get off safely! It was 20 dollars...well worth the cost and now I have the Tire pressure monitoring system functional to help prevent any issues in the future.Thank you OK Tire for helping me continue to my journey safety and NOT making me feel like a newbie...which I am!

They take great care of you. Hey you in and out as fast as they can but they won't scimp on service if you need it they will go get it to make your car safe to drive

Kinda sucked, they said I didn t need to drive the truck because of bad parts but still drove fine and didn t make a sound, spent $2500 with them and rides like trash, very noisy, left 3 bushings out, and came back to get it aligned and get told more parts are bad
