Bought a transmission from here 1st one didn t las but 3 months they replaced the trans now on the second one it has gone bad still under the warranty on it but now they are saying it doesn t apply to the start of this one but the first one which makes it short by 3 months. Not a very good warranty if it counts on the first trans and I had only about 40 thousand miles on it

I ordered a wiper blade online, and it came crushed to my house I took it to the local Auto Zone and they came me another one. It wasn't their fault it was crushed but the shippers caused the damage. I really appreciate this.

Have you ever went into a place of business and when you are standing right in front of people that work there and they don't even get acknowledge you this is one of those places. Note O'Reilly's is right across the street.

Excellent service. Battery I requested was in stock and evening manager installed it in my truck quickly and with no issues. He also ensured no memory loss to computer during the replacement process. Very professional and courteous. Strong recommendation!

Went to O'Reilly for a part and they said they didn't have it and couldn't get it. New Young guys. Never had that problem before. Went across the street to Advance Auto's had it no problem.

Here I had to get a battery for my car. We found out you have to fold seats down in my car just to get to the battery. Guys were very helpful. I would suggest them to anyone. Great job!

I stopped here to get oil for my truck and while I was here I picked up new windshield wipers! They installed the wipers which was super because I am so short! I asked them to suggest a good pair because I don t want to replace them again for another 5 years! I love them!! I put the oil in but again I am short, so I asked one of the guys to pop my cap and I spilled a bit but they were so nice and helpful. I am glad they are on my travel route. My truck is always in need of extra loving! I joined their rewards program. Check them out.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff makes for an easy going experience. I was able to get answer to my questions and get in and out very quickly without any trouble. I also called around to price check and they was the cheapest!

Great people. Tested and changed battery due to failure. Installer was cordial and professional. I have always gotten super service from these people, plus I received a 10percent discount for being a veteran.

These guys are very helpful in finding you the right part for your vehicle and will use their trouble code reader to find the problem when your check engine light is on ( free of charge to check trouble code for check engine light) very nice and helpful staff. I'll make this my auto parts store when we are here from out of town.

Advanced Auto Parts is awesome. I went down to get a brake caliper for my Toyota Tundra and the manager Rick (who is excellent by the way) told me about speed perks rewards. I signed up, bought the caliper by paying online and saved 30%. That was huge since it saved me almost $100 on the purchase. I wouldn t have known if Rick hadn t told me about it. That is customer service at its best! I highly suggest Advanced for all of your auto parts needs.

Called for a part and was told it is in stock. Replied on my way. Got there and had to wait for them to look the part up again since this kid had no idea what was needed and the other one didn't pull the part. Just wasn't impressed at all.

The associate who opted to try to help me could not. He had no clause how to read the diagram for my fuses and therefore could not tell me which fuses were for my back lights. I ended up having to go to The Kia Store in Rainbow City to get them fixed.
