I really don't know where to start. Been doing business with STM since they opened and have had nothing but problems. We understand mistakes happen but not EVERY WEEK! You can NOT count on these guys to get you what you order and its just excuse after excuse. Have lost money and customers due to not getting what we ordered. They promise things are gonna change but they never do. 4-5 years we have been hanging in there in the hopes that it would get better but no...Still just a crapshoot. The sales rep doesn't care and won't even answer the phone when we have a problem. Haven't spoken to him in a year or so now.. The ONLY good thing i can say it that they have one of the BEST delivery guys in the business in Demetrius (Meat) and he really cares about trying to help his customers. Too bad the company he works for doesn't...

Sadly when you are approached to do business, (as we were) you would think each and every tire store would be treated the same. However we have been doing business with Tire Mart for 11 months . The last 6 months we have had 4 orders either arrive incomplete or not at all. Today 1 of 4 tires ordered arrived ( despite showing 6 available online when the truck came) . You never receive an apology or explanation. Best they can do is try to have them here Wednesday ( 6 days after the order was made) Today was the last time as we were told You only spent $11,000 with us since January so you are not a big concern! This comment was made by Mike Johnson( in charge of the Birmingham location )Being a husband/ wife shop in a small town should not justify not doing your job for all your clients . Nor should we loss customers due to their inability to fill orders correctly! Disappointed that everyone in corporate was on vacation therefore this issue is not a concern for anyone but us.**Mike Johnson, I love how compassionate online... you treated us extremely nasty on the phone . I will not call you EVER AGAIN!

I came to deliver a load of tires they start loading unloading around 8AM. They unload fast if you get here early. Most likely they will send you to dock 5 to get unloaded.
