I don't have enough good things to say about this repair shop! They are hands down the absolute best shop we've worked with. (And we've raised five sons so we have experience dealing with body repair lol). Very thorough, very honest, and excellent work! They go above and beyond and remind me of what it was like when people just do the right thing because they're good people. Took our Honda odyssey to them for body work. They were very nice and professional, and never did we get the feeling that they were trying to talk up services and repairs that needed to be done. Not only did they fix the bumper and tailgate perfectly, the van was cleaner inside and out than when we had brought it in. To top it off Eric, the owner, contacted me on his off day to make sure we were happy. This place really went the extra mile, not just in the workmanship but in the level of customer service.

Great customer service and excellent repair on my Toyota Tacoma. No other shop in town would take my truck the same day they did the appraisal except for them. This was big for me because I wanted to go ahead and get the repair process underway and not have to miss any work. They had to delay getting the truck back by a couple of days due to parts damaged in shipping, but overall the experience was great. Would use them again!

I chose Chrisenberry after my accident because the reviews were so good, and I am glad I did! Abby (I believe was her name) was so kind and helpful and offered advice when I was struggling with the insurance company of the person who hit me. They took care of supplemental payments from the insurance so I never had to do anything additional. My car looks amazing and they vacuumed and cleaned it! Pretty sure it has more gas in it than when I dropped it off too! Highly recommend and will be using them any time i need work done. They are kind, helpful, and do excellent work.Service: Body & Trim

This place is AWESOME! I had tried to take it elsewhere before and was getting no reply. BUT, Christenberry was so professional, timely, and friendly.Eric was awesome. Always responded to my emails and made the process so easy. Abby was also extremely friendly and easy to work with.I had 0 issues with them from the time I called until the time I picked up my car.I hate to say it but, I halfway expect a body shop/mechanic shop to not be as friendly or professional but, Christenberry's knocks it out of the park.HIGHLY Recommend this shop if you need any work done. Hell, I live in Texas (my mom lives here in Alabama) and I would be tempted to bring my car back from Texas if I ever needed work done again; these guys are that good!

Jamie had his guys fix my issue with an easy fix without even charging me! They really stepped up when another shop up the street tried to hit me with almost $600 just to diagnose the problem! GREAT customer service so far! I'm taking my car back next week to have them work on my sunroof. I actually just may be able to spend my stimulus check on something fun instead!!

The best body shop in the area. When an insurance company tells you you "can't" use someone, that's simply not true. I trust Chrisenberry with all my auto body needs. They are the most honest and reliable company around. I would not use anyone else.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I have been using Chrisenberry s since they opened in Center Point. There work is excellent and price is very fair. The people really believe in taking care of their customers and their vehicles. As long as they are in business, I will be a loyal customer.

Eric at Chrisenberry Body Shop was extremely easy to work with and delivered our Audi Q5 back to us in perfect shape. My wife and I highly recommend these guys to work on anything.After a minor accident combined with brutal treatment from the flat bed towing service, our Audi Q5 had over $20K worth of damages. Eric worked with our Insurance company (Geico) with our best interest in mind at all times to ensure our Audi was restored to near perfect condition. His extensive experience gave him the knowledge to use only factory parts to get the job done.The communication with the Chrisenberry team was also very good. They would give us updates on a regular basis. Eric would always call when he found something new that impacted the schedule. This was very comforting, because I knew he was being honest and wanted to completed the job right, even if it took extra time.

We have used them in two different occasions and they are always top notch in everything they do. Customer service is outstanding!! We walked in one day when it was hot and they immediately got us refreshments. They could teach a class on customer service!!
