I m not sure why people are giving such bad reviews. First of all when you re purchasing a car from a used buy here pay here lot you have to go in it with the mindset that you re probably going to have to do a few repairs to the vehicle. These cars are sold As Is and you sign papers stating that you know the cars are sold As Is upon making the purchase. I ve had to do some repairs to the vehicle I ve purchased but overall it s a great car! It s not a lemon . You should take a mechanic with you and have them check the car out when you re doing your test drive of the car. Tom is awesome! Everyone is always polite and have great customer service! I can t speak on what happens if you miss a car payment because I ve never missed a payment, but as with ANY car lot, New or Used, if you miss your car payment they are going to come and get their car back! So that is to be expected! Love my car! 5 Stars to Tom and Centerpoint Motors. I would definitely recommend!

I ve had good experiences with these guys. First of all, at a Buy Here Pay Here , your expectations shouldn t be high at all. You know what you are doing. It s a cheaper route to take in car buying with much more risk. Bought two solid cars from them. They had a few problems of course but they handled them very well and I got both paid off within a year and a half. My advice? If you lack knowledge of vehicles, don t ever go to a car lot by yourself or with others who lack knowledge. Take a knowledgeable person with you. Test drive the car, feel it out, listen to the motor, research and come back if you have to. Don t just make haste and buy car because it looks good. Learn about it first. By the way, they are some very polite people.

I bought a car from these crooks with my tax money a couple years back. I had the car a week before it completely stopped on me. I had to get a new starter to go on it and that showed the next issue. The car would run hot and completely smoke after driving it. Long story short the only sell lemons. Cars that look good on the outside, and every car you see with their tag looks nice but it never lasts. Even their mechanic told me a guy bought a car from them and it caught fire as soon as he went on the highway with it. This place should not be in business. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE l!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Biggest crooks DO NOT purchase a car from him!!!! He sold me a car within two weeks of me driving it the battery kept dying the battery was actually too small for the car so I took it back to him for him to just put a bigger but small battery in there and within a few more weeks my alternator went out. My car shut completely down while I was driving it with my kids in the car!!!! So by me having to get the car fixed I was late making my payment and he came and towed my car!!!

I brought two cars my daughter an myself my daughter car got paid down to 800.00. An they towed it for one missed payment.she been going an forth to Stillman for a year an when I went to get the car parts on the back seat stuff was missing an now the car won't even run DON'T BUY FROM HETR!!!!IF UR MISS ONE PAYMENT THEY GONNA TOW IT AN TAKE PARTS OFF OF IT AN TAKE UR BELONGINGS... THE RECEPTIONIST IS THE ONLY ONE THAT AIN'T WIT THEY STEALING...

I have no clue who said Randy was a crook but he's a great man. These people don't know anything about real life. They expect to get free cars and not have to worry about having a repo done. Randy and the gang hooked me up with my car at a great price and it still drives great. Obviously some people struggle to wrap their brains around the world of business. Overall, Randy is possibly the nicest man I know and is in what the kids say these days, the GOAT... thank you.

My Children's mother purchased a car there and soon after started having major issues,after going back forth them ducking ,dodging and lying.. The owner finally decided it really did have a major problem with the transfer case ,he put in the shop ,had it fixed, now he won't let get the car back until she pay him an extra $100 dollars a month on top of the $300 she sign papers on.Randy the owner is a Real crook it seems ok for him to break the purchase agreement, but she did rue same he come get The car..There should be a class action lawsuit for fraudulence.I really and honestly wouldn't let anyone I know buy a car from this place.Randy should be charged with theft by deception. And put it jail.. He know damn well u can make some pay extra money outside the contract then keep the car until she does,when he's the one that sold her the car in that condition. That's call unfair practice ,negligence and fraud,

Great service, great hospitality, and overall just a great experience! That Randy fellow is such a helpful man who knows everything about cars and answered all my questions properly and efficiently. This man is truly a jack of all trades! Haha! Great deal on my car and it runs perfectly! Just had to write this review for one of the best car dealerships I ve ever been too!

I've purchased 3 cars from them. Had to do a lil work here and there but nothing major. I get great customer service everytime I go there and definitely want to give a shout out to Tom.

My little brother bought a cash car didn t even drive it 2 months before the transmission went out. I wouldn t recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this car lot, if so take a mechanic with you!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!! Totally dishonest. Sold my teen a car that has a bent frame and everything underneath is bent. Randy is uncaring, doesn't care. Shysters.

Really wish I could give 0 stars so I bout a car from here in May it had a smell under the hood 1st red flag I told him about it then come June as I m driving on the interstate the sunroof just flew completely off when I called and told him about it he tried to make it like it was my fault they don t fix anything at all I would NOT RECOMMEND!!!

This is the worst place ever to buy a car. Everything is a lemon. They will screw u over. I don't even give them 1 star I just had to to write this.. Negative 5 star rating this place is a joke an should be shut down!!

My husband purchased a car from them,paid it off.We decided to purchase another what a disappointment we fell on hard times never missed a payment but couldn't make a payment a couple of times whomever the manager is now is not understanding of anything.After agreeing to let us make a payment Friday the 1st came and repossed our car on 3/30/16 then wouldn't let us get our belongings I important papers and other priceless items in that car that I need."VERY DISSATISFIED"I wish Andy was still there he had a heart for people who were having trouble and always gave you time.Although even if he was would never do business with them ever again.I recommend no one to.

This place sucks, I moved back home to NC, two weeks late, I owed 150 dollars, they repoed it and saying I owe them for my stuff, don't buy a car here, they are crooks.
