We had a terrible accident on I-65 around Calera. 4 cars involved - 3 were totaled. Everyone was traumatized and in shock. Our granddaughter was with us. Our Bluelink service called law enforcement as well as roadside service. Terry and Lisa from South Calera Towing came immediately. They were very calming and efficient. Helped us gather all of our belongs and then gave us a ride to their office so a family member could pick us up. They walked us through the process of contacting our insurance company and made sure we had everything out of the car before we left. Such nice people. Just what you need in that situation. Thank you Terry and Lisa.

I got into a car crash yesterday on the 4th of January where I was rear ended and they helped me tow my car, they were extremely nice and let me get my belongings out the car once they towed the car to a safer area. Once I got home I even forgot my friends keys in the car and called them and asked for help the very nice lady helped me find my keys and even brought them to the cvs for me on her own time. She then helped me get the rest of my items out the car the next day. Very great business and people. They were also extremely fast in assisting me the next day when I called them to get my items. 10/10 would give more stars if I could. Picture is of my car that they helped tow

Very professional. I was in a major wreck and was not from Alabama. They picked me up and took me to my car to retrieve my phone and suitcase. I was stuck with no ride and they gave me a ride to a local hotel and made sure I was able to get a room. Very generous of their time and services. Thank you!!

Called upset because I locked my keys in the car! Called the office and she was so polite and comforting, withing seconds got a Facebook message from Mr Terry saying he would help me out! Then within probably 15 minutes he was there and had my door opened! Such a polite and understanding company. Highly recommend

Absolutely the best towing service around.I was stranded on the interstate freezing didn t know what to do and the officer called south Calera and they were there within 30 minutes. They are the most caring people and make you feel like somebody and not just another customer. Got me warm and took me home. Their prices are awesome and I will definitely call them anytime I need a tow!! Thank y all so much for everything!!

Terry and Lisa are the best people in the business. I had a misfortune of an accident and the insurance company took very long to settle. During the time my vehicle was stored at south calera towing. Of course the insurance paid for only 2 weeks and if it wasn't for the generousity and humanity of Terry and Lisa I would have been out thousands of dollars. I will forever be thankful to them for their kindness yet professional demeanor. If you ever need towing service this is the place to go to. God bless you Terry and Lisa.

Mr. Terry and Mrs. Lisa were so helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Thankful to have them in Calera! They arrived pretty fast, and were able to tow our car home. I turned my tractor over. I went up to Terry & Lisa's shop/House and they came right out to the house, and in just about 30 minutes had tractor back up on wheels. We have used them a couple of times, and they are Johnny on the spot, and reasonable on the price!

Terry and Ms. Lisa happily came out on Christmas night and unlocked keys from inside our trunk. We were 3 states away, roughly 900 miles, from home and ready to head back when they were accidentally locked in the trunk. Their quick response and gracious demeanor put us all at ease. Thank you South Calera Towing for sending these Christmas angels our way!

It is no exaggeration to say that Terry (the owner of S. Calera Towing) saved our vacation. We were travelling to the beach from Knoxville TN and were involved in an accident on the interstate near the Calera Exit. We took significant damage to the rear of our car including to the exhaust system. We mistakenly thought that our insurance (we have a prominent and supposedly highly rated carrier) could help us but after 2 hours on the phone with them we realized that they were no help. At this point we are 5 hours away from home and wondering if we would even make it to the beach. We weren't sure if the car was safe to drive or if we needed a rental (the closest rentals were an hour away at the Birmingham Airport). I called South Calera Towing and they arrived within 3 minutes! Terry inspected our damage and made a few quick fixes to the exhaust system so that we could safely drive the car. Terry and his wife were just incredibly nice and professional. He even refused a tip when I offered it to him!! I cannot recommend Terry and South Calera Towing enough!! We ended up having a great vacation and my 9 year son said be sure and say "THANK YOU TERRY!!!!"

Work truck broke down on the side of the interstate. I did not know my location but South Calera Towing was out to my location in no time to help me out. Even gave me a ride! 10/10 service and 10/10 customer service. Highly recommend for towing.

Very professional, I locked my keys in my truck they came out after 7pm within 15 minutes of calling them and got my truck opened in less then 5 minutes. I will call them first if ever I need them again.

Terry Sims was nothing but the best and i have never appreciated a service more than what he delivered. Came to the rescue when i m stranded on 65 at 3 in the morning and helps me with my car and makes sure i m okay. 10/10 service and if i get stranded again i would call Terry or any members of his team. The couple went above and beyond to made us feel safe.They charged us just a fraction of what others would charge. Such a sweet couple with a selfless humanity. Definitely recommend South Calera Towing. Called them with our keys and dog locked inside our vehicle. Terry and Lisa showed up no later then 5 minutes and we were able to get in our vehicle and get our dog. Very professional. Terry and Lisa were quick, gracious and absolutely professional. They were simply such a blessing in what could have been a difficult experience in over 100 degree heat. They are just good people who work extremely hard to help people and provide for their family. I highly recommend South Calera Towing.
