Makes it easy and convenient to service your vehicle. Excellent customer service!! Bought tires with good advice and smooth installation. Used for oil change and maintenance also, perform many different services just call and ask!!

Managers can't get there on time leaving the techs waiting outside and having to turn us customers away every day Monday through Saturday! Techs say this is a daily thing and they open at 7am and nobody with a key until like 8am!

Paid for a alignment that never got done right. They did give me a thirty dollar discount. But still ended up paying a $112. Had to pay another shop a hundred and twenty dollars to do it right. They did give me a full refund. But felt like a full time job to get it back. Never go back again. And on top of that they lied said they did not have a special tool. My alignment never took a special tool. They finally said their technicians don't have the experience to work on a 04 blazer. Visited this location while shopping for tires. The manager that was running the counter would only offer 1 tire. Even after expressing that I was not interested he then proceeds to tell me that my driving was the reason I don t like that brand. Regardless if you have a customer that wants to buy another brand you should show them what selections you have. I went to another business and was able to pick the exact brand/model of tire I wanted for my vehicle.

First time I ve used Quick Lane and I m very satisfied. I was needing an oil change and new tires because I was fixing to be going out of town . I dropped my truck off at 7:70am and they called at 9:00am and said it s ready for pickup. The staff is very nice and friendly. The turnaround time for the service was absolutely amazing, especially when your expecting to hear it will be ready late this afternoon. I highly recommend using Quick Lane.

I just moved to the area a few months ago and decided to try this place out for an oil change. I don t like going to get one usually because places will try to sell you on unnecessary things. Not at this place. The manager was very nice making sure everyone was comfortable and happy and treated everyone who came in like family. He told me exactly what I needed and what I may need in the future to look out for. I will be coming back here and recommending it to all of my friends and family.Service: Oil change

I just showed up without an appointment and it is 45 minutes before closing. I requested an oil and fuel filter change. I was told the fuel filter would take an hour. The place i typically go changes oil and fuel filters in 20 minutes. There wasn't any cars in the bay and no one waiting in the waiting area. I thought this would be my new place for service because of convenience. . I don't think they want my business.

I arrived at quick lane today with a flat tire that had a nail in it. It was 5:45 and they do close at 6. My husband asked them if they could patch it real quick since we were there and the tire was flat. The man at the counter said no that it would take him an hour to even get to it. (There were several open bays at this time.) We drove right down the road to the new Express Oil. Keep in mind they also close at 6. They were happy to get us in. Two guys worked on it together and got it patched and pulled back out front by 6:00. So that just proves it is possible when you actually want to keep the customers first and happy. Not to mention the employees are much more knowledgeable. Every time I have went to Quick Lane, the guys try to tell me I need new tires or new brakes. It s always something. They assume I know nothing about cars since I am a 24 year old girl. I will not be going back there and will be giving all of my business to Express Oil from now on.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Brakes, Oil change

I've tried twice in the past few months to give this shop some business, but I guess they just don't need it. First, they couldn't get tires for a Honda Pilot, so I went to Pep Boys instead. A month later, I came at 3:00 to get an oil change, and I didn't even get in the door before an employee told me they were too full for the day and that they close at 4. There were just a handful of cars on the property, but I left to go join the long line at Express Oil (and they got me in well before 4 in spite of the line). I don't expect to return to "Quick" Lane again.

I went here to get a diagnostic reading on my truck. I gotten there at 7:20am, left and returned back at 8:15am to sit in the lobby until 2:30pm. They did not provide any services, I asked before the associate start on the paperwork will they be able to do the diagnostics. They waited until 2:30pm to tell me, they would not be able to get to my truck. I was very upset and disappointed considering, I waited for over 5 hours for nothing. I really wasted my time and my day with this business,, thinking I would get some service. Other customers that we were after still go service and left before me. I would not recommend the service here; especially, if you are new customer.

When they first opened they were great. After today's service, not so much. I was quoted 40 mins to a hour wait time, which I was fine with. Well, a hour and 15 minutes later my car is still sitting in the parking lot not touched. There were 2 cars ahead of me when I arrived and between that time they serviced 3 other vehicles that only had tire issues. No updates on what was taking so long and only apologized when I asked for my keys. Would not recommend at this point.

Service was amazing, Stacey really helped me out and made me feel that everything would be okay even though I felt like it just couldn't go right. She made sure to keep me informed through each step and i couldn't believe how quickly they got everything done. Will definitely be coming back and getting my vehicle services with Quick Lane in Calera, every one of their associates were just awesome through the entire process!!!

Jali Roadside Assistance sincerely appreciates Quick Lane taking the time to correct an issue that was done by another shop. David the lead tech, took pride in getting the proper quotes, parts, and pricing for getting my brakes repaired to their proper safety specifications. Once that was done the Quick Lane team was able to get my alignment done. I am happy and pleased with the 5 star service that was provided. My truck is back on the road and running like a champ. I initially had this shop look into a small noise coming from the front end of my vehicle. 4 visits and over $2500 later, the issue still exists. The same day I left the shop, I brought the car to another shop out of frustration. On my way to the other shop, the car died because of improper re-assembly from the shop's attempts at troubleshooting. Heard many other frustrations from customers in the waiting room while spending time waiting for "repairs".

Came here today for the first time just to get a quick oil change. I understand that it more of an Auto where they do a handful of car repairs but it took them almost an hour just to take the car back. I m sure they do quality work with other repairs but just in terms of customer service, feels like any car place you may go too. It s about their time, not yours.

If scam likely...if try to get over on you was a company...this would be it. I went by this morning...because my low tire light was on (it's winter time...that's not uncommon). Keep in mind it has been cold lately and it's not uncommon (again) for tires to lose pressure. I ONLY went for my low tire pressure light. The technician comes out to tell me the thread was completely worn on one of my tires, they could not repair it, and they would have to replace it. I was livid! I told the technician "no, that's not right...I JUST bought those tires". I'm not sure if he tried to get over on me because I am a woman, because I'm a black woman, or maybe I looked ignorant to him but whatever the reason I was highly perturbed. I could not believe that man looked me in my face and told that bold faced lie, that my tire was completely ruined. Ironically, I'd just had my tires rotated recently along WITH an oil change less than 45 days ago. Just to be sure I wasn't losing my mind I took my vehicle elsewhere and they checked my tires and found no issues...WHATsoever. To anyone reading this and wondering why I didn't take it "elsewhere" initially...that is because I wanted to have a place in my community where I could take my vehicle for small things like this...now I know I must continue to go where I'm not trying to be taken advantage of...which is outside the city. For what it's worth they did put air in the low tire...Service: Tires

I brought my husband's truck up there for a lot of work to be done to it. The guys were great. They even took me out to show me what had to be done. They even called around while I was there to find me a good price on the parts. I will definitely be taking all my vehicles to them. I wouldn't trust No one else. Thanks guys. You all were awesome.

Had oil changed in my Mercedes here a couple times. Service is slow but they seem to be thorough. This time I go in and was told up front it would be at least 2 to 3 hours to get my oil changed. Went back in one day after work and hardly nobody there. Was told it would be at least an hour and a half wait. I was not going to wait that long but I did ask for a estimate on changing my spark plugs. He gave me a guesstimate of around $300. I literally laughed at the guy and walked out. Will not be back.

They have a friendly staff working there. I can say from my experience they are worth getting your car serviced here. They ordered our tires for us. We were running a little later than we wanted and showed up not long before they were closing. Being the professionals they were the men stayed after hours to put 2 new tires on my car. They even changed another tire on a rim we carried in and did an inspection before we left and got back on the road.

The team at Quick Lane gave excellent and professional service. They also helped me think through options because my vehicle had a substantial problem. Dallas and Creel, the two whom I spoke with the most, were exceptionally helpful and professional. I can't say enough good things about these people. I came here to try it out for an alignment on my truck because it was open on the weekend. It turned out to be a very pleasant experience. It was affordable compaired to some other places locally. The guy at the counter (Dallas) was very professional and they were quick to get my truck aligned. They didnt try to sell me parts like the place i tried to go before i ended up here. I will be back if i ever have to take my truck to the shop again. Im very pleased.

I m on my way from Florida to Tennessee and my vehicle starts sputtering and losing power. I pull over my barely operational vehicle and call these folks. I tell them specifically the problem and ask if they re busy. The girl tells me they re full service and they re not busy. I then drive through a town I don t know barely able to build any speed for them to tell me they don t have anyone to help. They re only available for oil changes right now. Don t go here for any reason.

I went in December looking to get a tire replaced and an oil change. I was hoping quick lane would be my new go-to service place because it was conveniently close to me. They told me they didn t have the tire in stock but it should come in next day. I said okay, I will come back. They took down all my information, including phone and email. They kept pressing me to go ahead and get an oil change but I said I will just wait til the tire comes in and do it all at once. I literally said I will be waiting for your call when I left. I never heard from them again. And actually got a flat about a week later because I didn t get that replacement I needed I m still just wondering what happened with that. Did my piece of paper fall under the snack machine? The bottom of a stack? Who knows. Guess I have to keep getting serviced in Alabaster. I don t mean to come on here and leave mean reviews but i just wanted to mention this somewhere to someone!

They are rude, don t want to do any work whatsoever, and they always try to tell you brake pads are bad and should be replaced immediately when you have a full 6 months left in them. If you ask for your tires to be balanced and rotated prepare for the Spanish Inquisition from the employee just so they can avoid having to work a little more. Express Oil just opened up and they are extremely friendly and helpful. Go to them instead.

This was the worst experience I ve ever had! I will not be going back to this establishment. I went to get a simple oil change a couple months ago and decided to go and get my oil changed at a different establishment because it would be quicker. Long story short, the oil cap was over tightened on my car due to Quick Lane! Nobody can get it off and in order to actually get it off it they will have to break it and order another part which they expect me to pay to get fixed. How can a simple oil change turn into a catastrophe? I went to the dealership to get it seen about and now I have an invoice for $660 to get my vehicle fixed. This is all because they have incompetent employees working in a nationwide establishment to make a quick buck, but they are ruining cars. DO NOT GO THERE! They are going to need to pay for my car to get fixed!

I come to Calera Ford quick lane when ever it s time for oil change. They are great here. Customer service is on point. I deal with Dallas, he s great will explain everything in detail as well as the techs.
