We had a great experience. Justin kept us informed throughout the process all week. The quality of the work was spot on. The paint job was excellent on the rear bumper. When we pulled up and and our van was sitting out front, it was washed and detailed. I was very impressed they had gone the extra mile to do this. I highly recommend them!

I had my car damaged by another driver and was sent to them to have my car repaired. They were absolutely awesome! From the time they started working on my car, they gave me updates. They were very fast and courteous. I am very pleased with the work that they did! My car looks awesome! I have had two separate occasions where I have had a horrible experience at this collision center. I had a minor dent in my car door and asked how much it was to be fixed. The guy told me it would be $3000 because they had to replace the whole door panel. My husband went to Walmart and got a suction cup and fixed the dent for less than $5. They truly tried to scam me out of my money. My other occurrence was because one of the buttons on my husband s window lever was not working. I called to inquire about it, and the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude, and wouldn t even consider looking at the vehicle. If I could put stars, I would. Do better Joe Hudson Collision Center.

Great body shop! Joe Hudson Collision is a direct repair shop for most insurance companies. Customer satisfaction guaranteed. The shop manager Justin, Well take care of your vehicle needs. Their quality is unprecedented. Highly recommended!

I cannot be happier with the service, repairs, and overall professionalism of this team. We hit a deer on our way to the beach. They fixed our car in time for us to pick it up on our way back through and it looked awesome. It actually looked better than before the crash. They were courteous and genuine. 100% recommend them

Had a tree branch scratch/dent my car. I could not recommend them enough! Absolutely amazing service, excellent communication and updating you through the process. They handled my rental car through the whole process also which was so helpful. My car came out looking like I just bought it brand new all over again! They made sure my car was 100% perfect before I got it back. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know! You will not regret using them!!!Service: Painting

Doing business with these guys at the Calera Al. Location was a great experience! These days its hard to find people or even a business that actualy do what they say theyre gonna do. From start to finish I will say their professionalism is "TOP NOTCH". I got updates on their progress on a regular basis throughout the entire job and I couldnt be happier with the end result. They done an outstanding job on my ram 3500 and finished 3 days sooner than expected.

My experience with Joe Hudson staff was amazing. My car was in the shop for a car accident and the insurance company referred me to them to work on my car. Although my car was in the shop for 3 weeks, the staff kept me updated every week through a call or a text message. They walked me through the process from beginning to end of what to expect and even helped with scheduling for a rental car. This body shop did an amazing job on my car and I would highly recommend Joe Hudson for any work you might need.

BEST FOLKS EVER!!! Saved me from a collision!!! There aren't enough good things I can say about the staff at Joe Hudson's Collision Center. They are truly good people. I had to tow a U-Haul trailer a thousand miles and was only 42 miles from home when I tried to circle a vacant building to make a U-turn. Turned out the parking lot didn't go all the way around the building and I got stuck, not knowing how to back out with the trailer. I almost had some collisions with the bushes, building, dumpster, etc in my attempts. After trying for an hour with no luck, I could see Joe Hudson's Collision Center close by and called to see if they might help me. What great people! From the sweet lady who answered the phone to the good men who came to help me, they had me out of there in no time and wouldn't take any money for it. God bless them. These are the kind of good people you can trust to look out for you, take care of you, and do business with. Thank you!

This location is excellent, friendly, professional and really strive to meet the customers needs and went above and beyond with getting my car ready and in perfect condition after an accident! Went in to get an estimate but the guy that helped me clearly lacks people skills. He was so incredibly arrogant and unfriendly. I'm better off taking my business somewhere else.
