Place was great!!! Oh, I stop by the day before to make sure they could do what I needed to get done. Which was mounting and balancing some new tires and wheels that I bought online. I was extremely worried about them or anybody scratching, or damaging my new wheels while installing the tires. I ve had previously bad experiences like that at other shops. I loaded everything up the next morning and took it to them. I got my vehicle serviced, and the oil changed. All said, and done I was in and out of there in less than two hours. Most importantly, with no damage to my new wheels. They look great!Thanks guys!Services: Tires, Auto tire replacement, Auto maintenance, Oil change

So the place is amazing. Brian is the most friendly helpful mechanic I ve ever met. I ll Always come back to allow him to work on my vehicle. But the man I m assuming is the DM or GM Shane is one of the most unpleasant rude people I ve ever met. If he talks to all of his Employees the way I ve hear him talk to some of the oil changers I don t understand how they keep workers. Overweight, overconfident, and rude. If I could change one thing about place it would be removing Shane from whatever position he is in. Also an honorable mention to Nick. I talked to him over the phone and his pleasant demeanor and willingness to answer all of my questions with enthusiasm and a yes ma am and thank you really struck home with me. Thank you both for being so sweet and wonderful. Express Oil look into you higher ups some of them aren t worth their weight in gold.

They did an amazing job. Tim was very nice and accommodating. He answered all of my questions and let me know what I needed to have done before my next visit. Will happily come back.

Been here for oil, tune ups and, brakes and Everytime I get treated super professional and all the staff are super courteous! I'm in and out quickly and even when they are busy I'm never there too long. I'll keep using this location because Ive never had better service! And they always say hi to my dog if she's in the car.EDIT: I cant say more wonderful things about this location. Me and my dog got essentially stranded today on our way to work and even though they were already very busy and backed up they still helped me out. All the employees have always been so accommodating and I was able to get my car back in the same day since it wasn't a major engine failure.

I absolutely love Express Oil Change! There is not usually a long wait and everyone is so professional, courteous and helpful! Kealsie helped me tremendously by answering all of my questions. I will continue to return to this specific location!

Took my son's truck to Express and my technician was Kearsie. She did a great job , very personable and knowledgeable.She gave me a recommendation for another thing I needed for the truck so my son can take care of it later.She was awesome.

Came in for an oil change with limited funding available and Hunter helped me out in the best way! They also like to have fun at work which is so awesome to see. Definitely coming back!

Customer service is phenomenal. Greeted by hunter as soon as I pulled on the lot with a friendly demeanor and great attitude. You can't teach that. Tim and Chris worked on my wife's and my vehicles with the same excellent customer service. I pass by at least 8 other mechanic shops to get here and will continue to do so.

This is my regular oil change place for all the cars in our family. These guys are consistently helpful and great to do business with. They will often go above and beyond. Highly recommend.

The manager creel went above and beyond. He came all the way out to my house sent another guy out to help also. Was totally honest with me from the get go. Explaining everything in detail that I could understand. This oil express is awesome. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a basic oil change to the more detailed work when your car breaks down. They are truly a blessing to have here in Calera. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would, I ve been here for 3 hours with my vehicle on the stand the entire time. No one working, workers walking around drinking coffee and talking, this isn t the first occurrence. I will be finding a way to report this to a head office or corporate if y all have a corporate office. Because this location needs to be shut down, you guys are paying people to lolly gag and that is utterly ridiculous.

Was very thankful to have Express Oil open up in Calera. Been a long time Express customer. The staff at Calera has been great to me and my Wife which is very important to me. Even when there have been technical issues they go out of their way to make it right as best they can. Highly Recommended!!

I had a wheel hub that even I couldn't get off I took it express oil change in Celara Alabama an them guys took care of me . My mechanic Gregg work long an hard for a while but he didn't give up an he got it done. An save me from buy a axile so I really appreciate that . Those guy r good . An I will return for any other problems I have . Thanks Greg. Me an my family are mobile again an able to make our trip out of town

Pulled up 2 days before thanksgiving figured I would be waiting a long time .The manager came out and chatted with me and let me know a rough estimate of my wait. Just having someone check in with me when I get here was enough.I have never felt rushed or pushed into buying anything extra even if I don t take their suggestions.Great customer service.

They did a great job replacing my alternator & putting on a new serpentine Belt. If you need work done on your vehicle, I recommend this place for repairs.
