Billy and his team were very upfront and communicative from initial evaluation all the way through the repair. They were easily accessable and thorough in explanation. I tagged along with my stepdad to pick up a check from here after my Avalon was sold. In the 15-20 mins we spent there, it was clear to us that Billy has a wealth of knowledge about vehicles.The two of them got to talking & Billy told us how to read the TIN on a tire instead of only assessing the tread. He also gave his contact info to help my stepdad source parts for HIS father's classic Pontiac. Overall great service and communication for such a quick visit.- Also, we got some directions beforehand that were a bit confusing, but there were multiple "Billy's Toyota Parts" signs on the road to guide us.- This place is at the end of County Road 202, past Graham's Automotive, in a tan building.

Just the facts ma'am... I have been dealing with Billy's for years on used Toyota parts, and have always had a good experience with them. Unfortunately, I recently bought a 2005 Toyota Matrix from them, and I think it must be possessed. The A/C seemed to work fine, and it had no trouble codes when I test drove it, so I bought it. Immediately after I bought it, the check engine light came on, with come kind of emissions code. I thought it was the gas cap, so I replaced that. Then the A/C started working on and off, before ultimately dying. Since then, I have received immobilization codes, catalytic system codes, airbag codes, along with the aforementioned emissions code. I took it to Meinike in McCalla to get the A/C checked, and they charged me $1,900 for a new compressor, but the magnetic clutch still wouldn't engage. I took it to another shop, Care Care in Pelham, and they diagnosed is as a problem with the ECU, which they had to replace with a used ECU because of the microchip shortage. Between the two shops and rental cars, I have now spent over $4,000 to "repair" this $5,000 car. I am still getting new codes, AND the A/C still doesn't work. This is all within the last 6 weeks or so since I bought the vehicle. I can't say that Billy's knew about all of this, but you can bet they cleared the codes before I test drove it, since the check engine light has come on REPEATEDLY every time I reset it. Needless to say, I am very disappointed, and planning to sell this POS ASAP.

Billy, Nathan, and crew have gone above and beyond with car sales, service and repairs. Always friendly, helpful and efficient. Every car my family has owned in the last 30 years has come from Billy. Those cars have carried my babies, and are now being driven by them. :-) Our driveway looks like a Toyota/Lexus car lot. Highly recommend!Service: Auto windshield repair

I purchased a rear end for a Avalon they had great customer service and prices, they had all the parts ready when I came by to pick it up and even helped me load them up, great customer service 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

I've been dealing with Billy's for a long time, as we have been a "Toyota family" for over 20 years ; I've always known them to be amazingly competent and even better than that, 100-percent HONEST! Just 2 weeks ago they installed an engine in my daughter's 2003 Camry. It had the original 2.4L oil-consuming 4cyl, and she managed to get 202,000 miles out of it before it totally failed. Billy's had a matching engine that had already been rebuilt waiting on me when my daughter's Camry arrived on a tow-truck from Auburn; and they had her Camry back on the road within 72 hours. She has 2 years left at Auburn, and are NOT ready to buy her a new car just yet, so this was the best choice for us. Not only does her Camry have more power, now, but the fuel mileage is at least 50% better than what she had been accustomed to; PLUS my daughter says the A/C is even colder since she got it back! I cannot say enough good things about Billy Graham and his entire staff. I did not get to meet the techs that did the install, but Nathan @ the front counter is awesome, and Mr Billy Graham III himself was hands-on the entire process. As our family owns both Toyota cars AND SUV's, both Billy Graham and his brother Jon Graham have my total endorsement and unfailing loyalty. If you are a do-it-yourself person and need parts, OR want the repairs done in-house, you'll not find any better Toyota people to deal with than Billy's!!

Terrible company! Never giving them business again! I refused a shipment for an ABS brake actuator and FedEx sent the package back, having never been opened. One of their employees, Nathan, told me there was going to be a 20% restocking fee despite me never accepting the package. Billy, the owner, received the unopened package back and claimed I opened it, saying there was solder on the part. This was the first lie. I work at a Lexus dealership and we would never take a brake actuator apart. Regardless, Billy kept the part, never sending it back to me, and would not at the least honor the 20% restocking fee his employee promised us. Unethical and dishonest business practices. Avoid at all costs!

They diagnosed our problem and repaired it. After driving the car, there was another problem over which they had no control. They then fixed that problem at no cost to us.We have been pleased with their work & have used them for several years.
