So, I made my reservations and picked up the Uhaul on a Friday, but was uncertain if I needed 2 days of rental for Sat. Well, I did need a second day. I knew mileage would not be a huge expense because I only made a round trip from Brundidge to Troy and a few trips from my home to the location of my storage, so I declined the insurance coverage. So once I get my bill this representative charged me 14.00 a day for coverage. May be small, but I m asking for this coverage back and I have him on record with me telling him I don t need coverage. So be mindful of the hidden fees.

I have tried to correct this through the right channels but it is getting me no where. Be warned!!! We rented a 26ft truck on Thursday afternoon, was told to return it by 9am Saturday morning with the gas gauge where it was when we got it. We did as exactly that. We put exactly 50.5 miles on it and returned it with a half a tank of gas, where it was when we got it. Got our bill and they are charging us for 179.8 miles and $28.12 gas because it wasn't full. We have contacted the local office, we have contacted headquarters and they are pretty much calling us liars and will not correct their mistakes. Instead of our bill being $151.90 they have charged us $341.94. Do not use this location.

I couldn t be more impressed, it was the end of the day and I needed to tow a car. Even though he wasn t the closest to me (I had to call a few different ones) he helped me out so I could get back on the road, if I ever need help in the area again, this will be the first place I call
