Weston came all the way out to our place to fix our Kubota skid steer & he was GREAT!! Nice guy, made sure everything was operating properly before he left. We will proudly recommend him & this place to everyone!

Awful experience, capital tractor brundidge Alabama will rip you off along with ktec or whatever the insurance is. They wouldn t approve work on a kubota zero turn and capital tractor charged me for doing nothing to my mower.

I found most of the staff to be impolite and it seemed as if I was imposing on them. Further, I took my SVL95-2 to them for 1000 hours service and it hasn t been fully operative since; Jason - service tech - impresses me as incompetent. Service techs came to a job site to replace my tracks and left the old tracks on my customers land. In addition they overcharged the labor hours for that call.They impress me as impolite, incompetent and unconcerned about everything but getting paid.Update:After my review, I received a call from the location manager relevant to my complaint and he assured me that I would not have another similar experience.I have since had more transactions with Capital tractor and they have been professional and helpful.

I was really impressed with the honesty of the Capital Team. I worked with Nathan to purchase a used tractor sight unseen. They had several people make offers to buy it out from under me before we could get the deal finalized but they said that is not how they do business and took it off the website. After paying for the tractor and while working out shipping, the tractor showed signs of a major mechanical issue and Nathan called me up and said they did not feel comfortable shipping it in that condition and refunded my money. Obviously disappointed at how it turned out but they were willing to take the loss to keep me from getting a problem, even though it was technically already mine. I would have been far more disappointed to spend this kind of money and not be able to take care of the farm.Unfortunately they are 200 miles away, but if given the chance I would absolutely work with them again.

Had my tractor serviced this morning. Had called for a 7:00 appt, they said it would take just over an hour to service. I arrived at 7:00, and they promptly took tractor and one hour and fifteen minutes later, they had tractor services and cleaned, and I was on my way. Top notch customer service!!!

They were able to re-clutch my broke PTO shaft. While I waited! Spent $125 compared to $400 for a while new PTO shaft. Great folks!

Best selection of lawn mowers, tractors, and other equipment, in the area. Good honest folks to do business with and excellent service after the sale. They're also the only dealer in the area that will let you actually demo a mower before you buy it.

My husband bought his first tractor here recently. It's had nothing but problems. We thought kubota had the best reputation. They were not able to diagnose the problem. Very disappointed.

Woman answering the phone was very snooty, then kept me on hold for ten minutes, disconnected me, then was snooty again and kept me on hold even longer. This was the second time dealing with her rudeness, I will drive the 40 miles to Dothan to never have to deal with these people again!
