Had a flat tire that had fallen off the rim on my cub cadet zero turn mower. I took my mower to Maynard's this morning and they had it fixed in about 10 minutes! The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable and I'm glad I chose this repair shop to get my mower fixed. I would be happy to bring my mower back here for any future repair or service needed. Thank you!

Awesome staff. Bought my first zero turn and these folks made it easy. No pushy sales and made me feel welcome. Easy to work with and knowledgeable staff. I feel confident in the equipment they sold me and know they'll take care of me if something goes wrong.

Bought last year's model new and saved about 5%. It being in the county, taxes saved me another 6.25%. They had the mower I wanted. I don't think I will ever buy from the big box stores ever again. Jacob was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I came in for a high end Pro STIHL saw and the salesman, who knew a lot more than I did, talked me out of it and into a model that saved me a ton of money but delivered about the same performance. Great service and honesty. You don t find that every day. My MS250 is well broken in already and it s performance is excellent.

I purchased.A driver side door for my.03 Sierra.1500 GMC. The door fit perfectly. And It was the same color. Gray. And it was at a good Affordable price.

Worst Service experience ever. I dropped my mower off for annual service and called after a week of hearing nothing...and was told they were waiting on parts for the annual service. I called a couple days later and was told lots of parts were in and they would go through them and call me back to let me know. they confirmed my phone number and I never got a call back. I called the next day.. They said yes it would be ready by the end of the week. I called Thursday and was told it wasn't cutting level and they would level the deck... I called Friday and they said let me check and I will call you back and again confirmed my number.. Never got a call back so I called Friday afternoon and was told they could not guarantee it would be ready by end of day, but I could come get it if I needed it but it was not cutting level but it would be ready Monday morning. I said ok keep it and I will come get it Monday. They are about 30min from my house so I called Monday morning at 8:15am because I had lost all trust in the place by now to do what they say they are going to do.. And they said let me check with the guy who does the work and call you back and again confirmed my phone number. and of course no call back. So I call back at 9:30 and they say they cannot say it will be ready today. I tell them I am not pleased with the service I am getting and was told well we have a lot of mowers here.... Never asked why I thought that.... just given excuses as that they had a lot of mowers and I could come get my mower. I said yeah everyone has excuses and I was told to come get my mower. So I did. Deck still not leveled. The problem with this place is they have too much work. No competition. Not once did anyone ask why my service experience was poor and not once did anyone show any concern. They just did not care. I was told it would be ready by a certain time it was not, I was told more than twice I would be called back and I was never called by the shop once! I love cub cadet, but as this is the only dealership in town that works on them.. Once this mower has run its course.. I will move back to John Deere and work with Tri-Green as a service department again. They know how to do what they say they are going to do.

I in to service my cub-cadet, zero-turn that I had less than a year. One of the spindals apparently shook off. (Probably wasn t tightened down) I ve had great experiences with my cub and have no complaints, easy mistake to miss a bolt! After speaking to the company I bought my cub from, I had a three year warranty and heard that this was an easy fix, and to take it to Maynard equipment. This was the closest shop to my house. When i walked in and explained I was needing my cub fixed and I also wanted to buy a pole saw the owner seemed nice enough and started the process. As soon as I mentioned warranty you could tell he started to get agitated which caught me off guard. He proceeded to tell me that warranty department is a hassle and rarely covers anything. I told him that I purchased the cub less than a year, he agreed the fault was an apparent loose bolt, and I told him I had a lawyer friend who wouldn t mind writing a letter. That s when it hit the fan, and he completely lost his composure. He then told me I was the reason society was the way it is right now and that he couldn t stand people like me! I was dumbfounded. I m pretty sure he was about to kick me out before I said thanks I m going elsewhere. Had I not been in complete shock about this guy, I d like to have given him my peice of mind. Also, I had my 3 year old with me! So hears one peice: 1. Lawyers are people too and have families and run businesses just like you and I 2. Just because there are people (and always will be people) who take advantage of the system, this situation is exactly what attorneys are for; and had you been calm enough to think this through, you d have seen that. 3. You obviously had some issues going on because normal people don t act that way, if you can t separate personal life from professional life you should probable take a leave of absence. I would recommend going elsewhere!

Had a warranty issue with blown tine shaft seal on a Troy-Bilt vertical tine tiller. When I took it in, I requested that they replace the other shaft seal while they had it apart and I would cover the cost of the additional parts. When I picked it up, they had covered the entire repair, including my request, under warranty. Answered all of the maintenance questions that I had about the machine while I was there. They took the extra time to make sure that I was comfortable with the machine and it's proper maintenance. Great folks to deal with. Many thanks for taking good care of me.

I posted a review last week that Maynards wasn't covering my warranty on our Big Dog mower. Went back yesterday and got with Mr Maynard. We worked everything out and he covered the warranty on the battery and discussed some other issues. All is good.

Nice Staff. I went in to buy a Hustler Trimstar walk behind mower. Of course they did not have one in stock. So I looked at a Hustler Z. Drove it but could not cut any grass.Basically, I was looking for clipping residue, side-discharge distribution and the quality of the cut. The rep said that if I wanted to cut grass that I would have to buy it.I understand their policy but it would seem they would have a demo mower. I find it difficult to spend $5000 or more on a mower that I cannot properly evaluate. I will revisit them in spring and see if there are any demo mowers. Again, nice staff.

Took my Cub Cadet lawn tractor in for service. The staff was up front about the delayed service time due to their workload and still finished before the quoted time. The quality of work was excellent, my tractor runs as good now as it did when new and the thing is 5 years old. Staff was easy to deal with and this is where I'll be going for future work.

John explains in detail the best lawnmower for your use and is a honest salesmen. John is very friendly and helpful and won t steer you wrong. The only flaw they lack in is the service department . They are quick to sell you but extremely slow on servicing your lawn mower or any other equipment . They lied about the blades saying they were good when they were terrrible and in need of replacement. Held my mower for almost two weeks with just a simple replacement. I m will be finding a new service company elsewhere. I can t buy another lawn mower from them .

Dropped off mower on July 31st 2019. I was told they were 3 weeks out. I called on August 16th, to check the status. Mower hadn't been examined, but it was closer on the list. Called August 31st, Brent told me mower hadn't been examined but he'd pull it inside and would email me to confirm work. I didn't receive email. Called today September 10th, it was ready. Worker said he completed work on September 3rd.Invoice says it was out of gas, added fuel and ran without issue. They sharpened the blades.I was charged $72 for this transaction and they kept my mower for 41 days. The tank isn't full but I was charged $5.45 for fuel.The battery is dead and they couldn't explain how that happened. The battery was purchased new 6 months ago.This was my first and last time doing business with this shop.

These guys have potential, but in my opinion cannot be trusted. I would give them 0 stars if possible. I purchased a used 2017 Cub Cadet Challenger 750 from them in June 2018. This UTV only had 6 hours on it at the time of purchase and came with a one-year warranty. The UTV had issues with stalling from day 1 and I finally took it back in to Maynard for repair on April 13, 2019. A little background: I have NEVER paid a single person/company/shop to change the oil in my personal vehicles...NOT ONE SINGLE TIME, aside from the 4 free oil changes that I negotiated into the deal when I purchased my new pickup truck back in 2015. I am very handy and prefer to do it myself for half the cost of paying someone else to do it. When I dropped the UTV off on 4/13/2019 I left it out front with a guy named Adam and spent about 3 minutes explaining exactly what has been going wrong with the UTV since purchase (engine stalling during gear changes). I then told him I could pick it up when I return from out of town work in a couple of weeks and when I return I would be interested in exploring trade-in opportunities. You can believe my shock when I returned to pick the repaired UTV up and they told me I owed the ~$117 for servicing the UTV. The guy I dropped the UTV off with originally stated that I gave him permission to go ahead and service the UTV "if everything checked out" (lie #1). I politely refused to pay that $ and called the owner the following week. He also said that he called me at one point in the past few weeks (lie #2) and said that I also gave him permission to service the UTV "if everything checked out" (lie #3). These people refused to admit they had made a mistake and gotten me confused with another customer. Their proof? They wrote it down in their own writing that I had requested this and did not obtain my signature. I'm sure they deal with a large number of people on a daily basis over a 3 week period. These people have absolutely zero credibility in my book and we ended up settling for me paying $75 and them not charging me for $42 worth of labor. The only positive interaction I had was with the original owner (super nice, great manners and customer service) but unfortunately the business is now operated by his son. Another minor detail, which is a negative in my book but not a deal breaker is that they store all of their "repairs" outdoors and didn't even bother to clean it up before returning it to me, which was really great because I had to clean a ton of bird poop off of the interior of my $11,000 UTV. Please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY FROM MAYNARD EQUIPMENT!

I left a chainsaw to be repaired late october;Six weeks and several phone calls later still no service.I decided to pick up my saw.I was told it was not worth their time to repair.I and my friends have bought four zero turn mowers here,but this experience has soured me on this business.

Was very helpful unfortunately we were not there for a lawn mower we Haul tractors for a living and we had a flat tire and they were very nice to let us use one of their Jacks thank you very much very much appreciative

I went here to buy a new product but when I got there nobody would help me the gentleman that was there working just looked at me it would not even acknowledge that I was even there guess I will buy my product elsewhere
