I've had my car at Peach six times. Not satisfied at all. Already broke down had to be towed twice. And they still have not fixed my car. Allen said I have to tell them to turn off check engine light. I told them Everytime it was onHe said I didn't but had my receipt it showed on top line I told them check engine light was on. I asked him what the hell his job was. You need new mechanic or someone that can fix car . I've spent almost 3000 dollar and still afraid to drive car. Would someone please help me. I'm older woman don't know anything about vehicles but know if check engine light is on something wrong especially already having to be towed twice. If you can help me.or I will be contacting someone who canThanks

Well I haven t bought anything from them in awhile but I been getting my car serviced with them since I bought it from the same company but ever time I take my car there it s always something they couldn t find the air filter they didn t unstop my sunroof from leaking and then they let it ran in my car and gave it back to me with it stinking because the rain and now I took it there again for my right side window wouldn t go up or down and my sunroof again and they ended up fixing the wrong side and my car been in they shop for a whole damn month every since November 5 2023 December 8 when I get my car if anybody else had any of this issue with the service repair shop and the only reason it s a star because it want let me post it unless I tap a star

I have already started spreading the word about my positive experience. Melinda was there any time I needed her no matter the day. She even went out of her way to drive by the dealer over the weekend to see if Betty had arrived. Brandon was also a great help to get the deal done. I loved how all of the employees worked as a team and was there to assist each other to make my experience the best car buying experience I have EVER had. I never stepped foot in the dealer either. My new car, which is now named Betty, was delivered by Alex who was so nice. Thank you all for this experience. Melinda, thank you for still following up to make sure I was happy. The best customer service in the business for sure!

Hands Down, the best customer service I ve ever experienced with a dealership or auto repair company. Alan Howard, Tracy Patterson, and Kevin Ladiner were a pleasure to deal with and really helpful through the process. It sucks spending money on a broken vehicle, but they seriously try to make it not suck as best they can.They repaired an oil leak on my truck in early November, but it started back leaking about a month later because of a faulty part. I called and told them it was leaking again and that I would have it towed to their shop later that evening. I was obviously worried about paying to have it repaired again and the cost to have it towed to them, especially this close to Christmas. Tracy, who works in the service/repair department, apologized for the inconvenience and said that I don t have worry about towing it to them and that they would come get it themselves. My truck was an hour from their shop, but they still picked it up anyway and were able to start working on it much sooner by doing so. Alan and Tracy both assured me that they would repair the issue and for me not to worry about the costs because they would take care of it. They repaired my truck within a couple of days for free!It s hard to find trustworthy mechanics, but the people I have dealt with at Peach Chevrolet have shown me that they do business with integrity.

First of all, Allen, in Service Dept was probably one of the most courteous people I've ever dealt with. He was consistently professional and so nice. I was kept informed/updated on the specific needs for my service visit. He even had the car delivered to my home after service was completed.

Shoutout to Peach Chevrolet! They are rock solid, the truth and the best in AL! I worked out a deal with them and did everything all from the comfort of my home in my own state. Teresa helped me every step of the way and was so patient with me. I would give a 100 stars if I could to Peach Chevrolet and the team working hard to make things happen! Highly recommend this place if you want that amazing car buying experience regardless of what state you in. Y all made my Christmas gift come true!! Bought 2 vehicles and the service was over the top.. Cheyenne was very attentive to customer service and Russell had a no nonsense approach to the sales.. quick easy and painless.. Had my other vehicle serviced. Allan in the service department goes the extra mile to ensure you are taken care of.. he goes above and beyond the call of duty.. this will be my go to place for vehicles..

Just purchased our Chevy Traverse from Brad Boothe. The buying experience was amazing. Thank you Brad and Russell for making it so simple. This had to be the easiest buying process we ve been through. My experience with peach automotive was amazing! They are extremely friendly and my salesperson melinda spiller went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The finance manager Tre Barger really broke things down for me on the money side for me being a first time buyer!

I had to have my car worked on here while I was out of town. Alan Howard, the service manager, was, by far, the most helpful, professional, and courteous person I've ever had to deal with. I would definitely recommend Peach Chevrolet Buick GMC's service Department for anything you may need!

My car broke down our way to the beach. Onstar sent a tow truck and took us to Peach Chevrolet. While I wanted to cry, we were introduced to Alan Howard, who took care of us. I COULD NOT have asked for better service. Alan was the nicest service person I've ever met! He made us feel like family. He seemed genuinely sorry for our trouble and assured us he would have us in our way as soon as possible! And, he certainly did! I will forever be grateful for Alan turning a bad situation into a pleasant one!! Thank you Alan and Peach Chevrolet in Brewton!!!!!

Our family was traveling to Gulf Shores, Alabama for our sons baseball tournament this week. Our 2019 GMC Yukon Denali broke down on the side of the interstate. Peach Chevrolet was the closet dealer they could tow our car too. Needless to say we were in a huge pickle. Alan and his team have been fabulous- great communication, so helpful and beyond friendly. We can t express the gratitude our family feels for Alan and his crew at Peach Chevrolet. We were so impressed with Alan and this dealership we will purchase our next GMC here instead of our local dealer.

This was the worst car experience I have ever had in my life. Purchased a 2016 jeep wrangler that when delivered had a 9000 mile odometer discrepancy. Worked out a deal with the dealership and ended up with a lsit of items that would be resolved as part of the sale. After a month of 10+ unreturned e-mails, 10+ unreturned phone calls, over 25 texts and them taking possession of my vehicle for so long the temporary tag expired on the loaner car they gave me, the issues we owe list is still not completed. The last straw was when for the 5th time of unfullfilled promise of contact and resolution did not happen and my first payment was due that I realized I have to escalate the issue through other channels. If you pruchase a car through this dealership beware of any promises given because once deal is done and they have financing you no longer exist or matter to them. Here is what was completed from the promise list (in writing and signed): This took 16 days for them to complete, only completed items which were required to sell trade in which they did in few days so my new vehicle just sat there because they were not making money off of it, they ahd it so long 15 days temp tag expired on loaner carFix paint chips on right side - completed took 16 days which they had the vehicleFix paint chips on inside tailgate door - not done, even though they had car 16 daysDetail vehicle - not done, wiped it down but inside mirrors, inside roof, seats etc never touched pics to proveSwap rims from old jeep to new one - completed during 16 daysSwap running boards from old jeep to new one - never done, lost old running boards because they sold my trade in within few days, finally had to go out and purchase new set, will be included in final resolution claimRemove spare tire holder from new jeep and swap tailagte plate to new one - doneFix center console lid - stated not hing was wrong with it even though every time you close it the inside back plastic piece with window controls would pop off completely, had this taken care of on my own will be included in final resolution claim.

After I bought the $60,000 Truck the owner told me to call him personally ANYTIME! Everyone there has his cell phone number. Called with a problem multiple times and the call kept getting screened by his manager. Whats this about? Can I help you? I told him I needed to speak to the owner. He took my info and said he is not in and will call me back. Has been over 2 weeks with no call. Told them during the sale that I need to have my taxes reflect Florida taxes and not Alabama. They said they have it under control...... Got to the BMV after taking off work twice due to their screw up of having AL taxes. They were short on the taxes by $1300 dollars. I called the dealership who never returns calls and they said they would check on it. I had to call back the next day and they said "the deal is already done and there is nothing we can do". I had to pay the $1300 out of my pocket. On top of that, the BMV said this dealership does this everytime. They did blame it on the computers default for Alabama taxes since they are in Alabama. I am Ex military and Own my own business. I would not recommend buying a bicycle from these people. Once you buy, you are forgotten!!!!
