The team at Smith Lake Mobile RV are amazing. They have performed work on my RV, both repairing and replacing items. In addition, they have washed it. Their customer service and communication is top notch. I highly recommend this company. I called Smith Lake Mobile RV repair and left a message. He promptly responded. I described my RV problem and he began to give me advice on how I might be able to fix it myself easily and cheaply. I followed his advice and was able to fix my problem and save hundreds of dollars. He could've came out and charged me. I appreciate the way he does business. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing RV service.

Called Smith s to address our insta-hot water heater in our rig. My call was returned within 20min. Gave me numerous items to check and set me up with a supply store that had our part. He immediately scheduled to service our rig the next day. I happened to find the issue prior to having my rig serviced however, the way he addressed our issue and respected the fact our time was limited as we were set to depart in two days was top notch. Very pleased with his service and the way he conducted his business. Very professional and knowledgeable with the unit we were having issues with.

You can t ask for better service than John and Caleb. We live in GA. I mailed them my keys and they took care of our camper.which was NOT close to them. Communication and service. I will only use them for our camper needs.

It s always a scary thought when you need service on the road for your motor home but we were extremely pleased with the service we received from Smith Lake Repair. Calen persevered through a couple of issues and was able to get our hot water working in our rig. We are very thankful for his honesty and great work ethic to get us back on the road in time for our next journey.

We had a big water leak in our camper while camping at Palomino RV Resort on a Saturday. He was the only mobile repair willing to do a weekend call, came out and fixed the issues, and did it all at an extremely fair rate. He stuck around for a while and gave some advice and answered some questions we had as first time RV owners on their first trip out. I would highly recommend him for any of your repair needs.

We are so grateful Smith Lake Rv Repair exists! We called him with some electrical issues (no air, no outlet power, and some other issues) and thankfully he was in the area and he was able to come out same day! He made it a priority to get our electric running again in the hot alabama heat AND took the time to explain the issue at hand and why it happened. When he was all finished up we tried to turn the AC on and BAM all was well again. These guys are great! Extremely knowledgeable straight up. Performed an excellent repair on some water lines of my new 5th Wheel RV. Very reasonable on rates (normal rates) and repair cost. If I ever need assistance again while in the area I will certainly contact this company.

We have used Smith Lake mobile on two different occasions. Both times they were able to fix our problem in an efficient amount of time.Of course, they were professional, courteous, and on time. Will definitely use them again!

The guys showed up in a few hours late in the day to make sure my roof wouldn t leak with the potential rains. They were helpful and professional. Hoping I never need them again but feel good knowing they will come to my rescue. Price was fair (going rate) and he didn t over charge me for services done. Call him Alabama.

I have owned 4 RV s and all 4 have had some type issue. But the one I had the biggest issue with he was diligent until we had a resolution to the problem. Worked hard to get to me and get me going smooth every time! Sink drain, black tank and refrigerator!

Very unprofessional service. Charged me close to $1000 to work on my refrigerator than said he couldn't fix it. Then replaced a black tank cable improperly and refused to fix it. Do not use him. He doesn't know what he is doing.
