I was headed down the interstate around Eutaw when my wagon blew a heater hose and started overheating. Eddie was very friendly and quick to get us back on the road for a fair price. Very thankful for his service and would recommend to anyone in the area.

I was able to spend Christmas Day with my family thanks to Eddie and Derrick's hard work on Christmas Eve. They worked a minor miracle extracting a sheared bolt shank and replacing my serpentine belt in the cold, rain, and dark on Christmas Eve. And despite having me in a desperate situation, the price was more than reasonable.Thank the Lord for men like Eddie, willing to work hard to help folks out in difficult times. Mr. Eddie was recommended by a co worker. He promptly returned my call to replace the starter on my dodge caravan. I ordered the part and he came out the next day, within an hour he was done. He even fixed a small wiring problem too.Prices are very reasonable. By the way he and his son just changed my struts out on the front if the dodge too. Great service. I broke down on a Saturday evening of Memorial Day weekend. I called Eddie, he came and towed my truck to his shop, called and got the parts and I was rolling MOBILE again (Sunday evening) in less than 24 hours. Outstanding services and glad he answered!

His name was Eddie. Very professional and reliable. He worked on my alternator. Was fast and friendly! This was my first time having someone come to me. I was extremely pleased by the service and reasonable price. Communication was sufficient. I will definitely use Mobile 1 again!

Highly recommend! My tire was shredding late at night and I didn't have the tools needed to change to my spare tire. Eddie stopped and helped me get it changed very quickly. Eddie is a modern day saint. I don't think I've ever met someone who went out of their way to help as much as he did. Our fully loaded cargo van broke down, he got here very quickly, and did everything to help guide us through our situation. He stayed with us for almost 4 hours, drove almost an hour total to take us to a U Haul there and back then helped us unload our cargo van and load thousands of pounds of merchandise into the U Haul. He then called his friend to tow our vehicle and was very generous with the prices. If you're in need of assistance there's not any other person I would call over Eddie. Not sure what we would have done without him. I'd give the service 10* if google allowed me to.

On my way home my coolant light came on, I stopped added water until I could get anti freeze, but I noticed leak that was too large to continue. I saw a Mobile One mobile mechanic van parked across the lot and called. Bernard was there and within minutes he had found the faulty hose and removed it. Because I was in my Sprinter, the part had to be special ordered from Mercedes the next day. I was over 90 minutes from home, yet Bernard offered to help me get home or get me to a local hotel so I wasn't stranded in the parking lot. The hose needed to be ordered and wouldn't arrive for a few days. Bernard got my van safely to his home until the part arrived. He picked it up along with items for an oil change that I asked about and he agreed it needed to be done. After allthe work was completed, he met my mother and I so we could follow him back and get the van.Bernard is a real professional and a caring person. He sent me a picture of my van when it arrived at his place. He stayed in touch along the way of the progress. We discussed several things that would need doing in the future, what to expect if they failed earlier, ways to take care of maintenance, all without making me feel insecure about my lack of knowledge. He is fair in pricing for all the work that was done and I had peace of mind as he knew about diesel engines.I look forward to working with him on the upkeep because he treated me like a friend instead of some one who was just a business transaction. I highly recommend Mobile One and Bernard to anyone needing service, especially a Sprinter Diesel.Service: Oil change

We had a blown water pump and just barely made it back late Saturday night to a hotel 6 miles away. My mom is very sick and I was terrified of what came next for us. So I prayed! Sunday morning at 7 am I finished praying and I told God I would go with the first mobile mechanic he put on my phone! I was truly blessed when Bernard answered the phone at 8 am on Sunday morning. He was packing up his kids to visit his family. But made sure to take the time to stop at our hotel and check out my car. He figured out what was wrong and started making phone calls to see if he could get the part and when? I had triple AAA tow my car to his place and two days later my car was fixed and delivered to my hotel. Thank you Bernard, there are still good people in this world Best mechanic I ve ever known

Had a brake failer on me coupe of days ago and guys came out and fixed my brakes on my truck and also did my oil change with fuel filter and couple of other things.
