The first towing experience was great, the driver was very polite and did his job of towing as expected. We needed to have our vehicle towed from the 1st location to the body shop in 2 days. We were told to call Sunday(the day before) to get another purchase order number for the 2nd tow. Well the guy who answered my call call was extremely rude and very unprofessional, I was only doing what I was told by the driver who previously towed my car, the caller acted as if I was bothering him and actually hung up.the phone abruptly without saying goodbye. I definitely do not recommend Gene Pitts in Boligee to anyone. I only gave 3 stars because of the driver who initially towed went above/beyond his duties

Brian and his guys are always on call when you need them! They do excellent work and are honest and polite....even on the coldest night of the year!!!
