Excellent place to get your taxes done! They are really fast and know what they are doing!Came again, drove 30 minutes to get here and they're closed! Grrr, not at all impressed. Their answering machine says closed December something thru Jan something. Get there and a sign says closed for a special event. Another sign says OPEN. Just sorta disappointing when I have a lot of other things I could be doing.

Disappointed. I had an appointment with Donna. But apparently she didn't have time for me. A young girl did my taxes. Don't even know her name. First time to ever go there, I was not even made welcome as a new client.

Worse service ever. I got audited and everything they prepared on the form such as mileage utilities and business expenses turned out useless and I had to pay the state instead of getting money back, they said I would get a return and I did not. They told me and wrote on tax forms that mileage to and from my job is deducted. It is not and I looked like a deer in the headlights in the IRS office.
