Was advertised as $59 but rang up $99. And told "Me" I should check the SKU number. Even though when I asked for help with the item, the employee didn't check the SKU. Lot of bait and switch items. Buyer beware.

Rude !!!! Get angry when you don't give them your phone number. Won't help you when card doesn't swipe, just shrug their shoulders and ignore you. Only place I have trouble swiping my card is this store. Worse customer service ever !!!!!

Terrible customer service this afternoon! Tells me after ringing me up and having me pay that she could have pulled the account up by email or name. Obviously she didn t want me to get the discount!

One of my favorite Harbor Freights to visit in all of Alabama. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The store itself is rather clean and well kept. I love their selection of tools and tool brands. I personally am a fan of milwaukee brand but they have a good selection of others too. From Craftsman, Dewalt, Kobalt, BlackDecker, and more this store has a really nice selection. It has a laid back environment that feels comfortable to shop in for a long time.

The prices are very reasonable and the tools and materials are very decent. The workers are lacking in the knowledge department because I believe harbor freight Just tires young girls that don't know anything about tools and I'm not even trying to be shovingest but it's the truth. Every employee there was a young female Hispanic that knew nothing about tools. I do not know how that happens. Other than the employees it's a great place. You just have to know what you're doing and what you're looking for because they're not going to be able to help you.

It's HF. You are going to get 2 or 3 star tools at a good price. You get what you pay for. People were pleasant.

I love this place. When we bought our home we needed tools n stuff to fix it up and this is where we went to get most or all of them. Plus their coupons really help u save even more money. The store is clean the staff pretty helpful and friendly. I would have given them 5 stars except I feel it takes too long to get checked out and that's y there is a slow moving line to the register.

Not to suggest that its tools are equal to the best in tool quality, but the prices overall are better than I thought was possible for such items, with durability solid enough for most of one's jobs & for one's garage/house tool inventory. Good selection across a variety of areas. 20%-off coupons, free-gift coupons, & sale prices make the deals even better.

I love harbor freight in Boaz. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they have a great selection of tools and other like items. I've yet to be in the store and the item I'm looking for be out of stock. I recommend harbor freight to any and everyone!!

I have made around 20 purchases from this store. They have great prices but it is only about 25 percent of the time that I walk out the doors with a product that I feel like has any quality to it. I ve figured out to pay a little more and just go somewhere else most of the time. I will still go in here every now and then to get things that I rarely will use . Great employees and customer service here, but you get what you pay for

Great prices and the tools seem to be going up in quality. Staff is ok but the deals are whats best about this place. They have a little bit of everything, wood working, automotive, welding and gardening tools just to name a few. Go check it out if you've never been.

Cheap tools.. both in price and quality... That's fine for those one off projects. Power tools appear to be ok... My heat gun is still working as is my drill press. Going to get bench grinder at some point. Look around and you can fine a few quality items...

They had the items I wanted and I was satisfied with my purchase until I got outside and looked at my receipt. I realized that the cashier charged me for a 2 year replacement warranty ($10.99) without even asking me if I wanted it.

Tries to return a welder that didn't work. Worker locked the door in my face so I sat the welder down and she unlocked the door and kicked it. Real nice people they have working here. Happy holidays

It has a large selection of tools and supplies you need to fix up the car or house. I would gibe them 5 stars except that customer service is almost zero.here and you cannnot get anyone ever to help you locate the tool you need. Plus, even though you see staff , they arent veru friendly and usually are just hanging out near the office hall, talking and goofing off. There is rarely ever more than 1 checkout line open.If they could fix their customer support issues , Id give them 5 stars gladly!

It has been my experience that all the folks, from the workers to the managers, at the Boaz, AL store have always been super friendly and very helpful to me. I don't fault the employees that some of the items HFT sells aren't the best quality or even "just okay" quality sometimes. I always check the ratings on their web-page as well as look for a YouTube video review if the cost is significant enough. Thanks guys!

I love this store. There is nothing better than walking the aisles, looking at tools. I usually stop in for one specific item but I always end up finding something that I can't live without.

I like this store. Many many tools. I think that everything in the place except the cashier is made in China. The only reason i didnt give them a 5 star rating is because of having to join the club to get a discount and the coupon thing needs updated. The cashier has to go through the book and scan the coupon manually and it takes up alot of time and backs the line. They missed one of the coupons on my purchace but i wasnt going back in that line cot a couple of bucks.On the next visit i was gonna get a battery charger and had a coupon for 25% off. The coupon excluded battery chargers for some reason. I went to a different store and purchased one there. Hopefully they will find a way to correct and improve these matters and then i will edit my rating to 5 stars.

Next door to one of my favorites, TSC, easy location to kill a half hour or more. Since they started offering lifetime warranties with many of their tools years ago there really isn't any reason not to shop a harbor freight. Unless you want to pay double or triple for something with a name brand. Most everything will get the job done.

I like the store they got all the tools its morale booster increases testosterone, but one problem I have is being asked 85 times if I need help.
