I had an issue where my tire broke off my truck completely coming home from Smith Lake to Stevenson. We were south of Guntersville on 79. The driver showed up in a pretty timely fashion and took the time not to cause any more damage to my truck than what was needed. Great hospitality on the drive to drop off the truck at the repair shop. I will for sure recommend them to anyone in need in that area. The pricing was way more reasonable for a 60 mile tow than other competitors in that area.Service: Long distance hauling

To say that we are pleased is an understatement! They were the only towing company interested in helping us on a Sunday! The driver Mike that helped us was an absolute blessing! Very polite, helpful, and timely. Came when he said he would, and was cheerful in helping us move our camper from rv park in town out to our property. Will definitely use them again. This was the third time we have used them and never had a problem. Always friendly.

Awesome isn t a good enough word for this company! From the time I called in for someone to unlock my car to getting it unlocked was nothing but speedy, friendly service! Started from Brandy answering the phone and even sending me a number to get a spare key made! The guy that came out was super quick and friendly! I will recommend this Company for any roadside service! Thank you guys!

I had two personal vehicles involved in a single accident. They came really quick and got the vehicles and secured them. Great friendly people. I would recommend them to anyone that needs towing. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a tow. They're very friendly and fast! Prices are also fair!! The driver even helped me push my car in my garage. Told the driver I didn't need a receipt, to my surprise, he urged me to get one to use for a reimbursement from my insurance company. Very very satisfied customer. Will call them anytime I need a tow in the future.

I ve had Heath on speed dial for quite some years. I ve used him number out times and I ve never been turned down. Never had a tow he wouldn t attempt. Even driving 2 hours one way to pick my truck up off the side of the road. He is very professional and very courteous. My real name's Tim H. I paid for their service and they delivered. After a severe misunderstanding they gave me roughly an 18% discount, and got my vehicle home safe and sound. Their going rate it about $85 as of my review. This occur on 5/25/20, Memorial day. These folks are a first draft pick so put them on your book.

Great, friendly folks. I hit a deer on HWY 431 and called them to tow my car. They offered to take my wife and I to a place where we could wait that was out of the cold and maybe do something (like shop at Wal Mart) to wait for my ride home. They worked with my insurance company for payment and claim. I didn't have to do anything after they dropped us off. They handled all paperwork. I appreciate their help.

Brandi was very rude and unprofessional. Gave me the run around about getting a simple tow job of less than 10 miles. I called 3 seperate times and got a different answer every time. Also when my insurance company attempted to contact them she was also rude to them.

I was out of town and my car broke down. I didnt know where to go with my car or how I was going to get anywhere. The tow driver tried several things under the hood to try to get me running, to no avail. He then got me to the only repair place open on a Saturday (Sand Mountain Toyota) and called for them to send a courtesy vehicle to take me and my family with the car. Just a really nice guy, professional and courteous through the whole process. These guys could give me a tow anywhere.Service: Car towing

I had my car repossessed after a major negative life event and when I picked up my things there were some things missing and I still haven t found them so it would appear as though they were stolen because I ve looked everywhere and quite frankly I am somewhat of a loner which means someone else didn t take my things. They denied theft but there is literally no other suspect since no one had been in the car except me and them. They are extremely unprofessional and appear to be dishonest and have absolutely no customer service skills.
