Very bad service went a block down the road to OReilly and got it solved! I m angry I have a diamond account with Advance and they refuse to scan a vehicle for me

Had to wait a few minutes but it was late in the day and only 2 people working. Friendly helpful service though.

Well stocked..and knowledgeable workers......but prices are way to high for an individual. Also, check out is always slow because clerks are on the phone or allowing present customer to hold up the line. Latest example. .a wife was taking pics of what she was buying and sending them to her husband to ok.

I've had to come in recently to purchase items on a vehicle I'm nearly ready to sell. The GM (name is Erik) is extremely helpful - willing to give advice, recommend products that will get your job done, expedite your transaction very quickly. He also just makes your day better by continuously having a happy upbeat personality which is important in customer service. Kudos to Erik and I will always be asking for him when I come in from now on.

I'm getting four stars because of the effort to make things right on their part. Now I will explain welder depart yesterday it was supposed to have been here this morning, but it was not. We were told it would be here by 1, but it was not. Then we were told it would be there by 3, but it was not. Then we were told it would be there by 5, but it was not. Finally after waiting all day on the part that was supposed to been there first thing in the morning we ended up getting another similar part that would work for the same application. Now that being said, I don't ask a lot from people except for effort. Someone's willing to put forth effort to help and you'll never hear me complain much it's not that they did a whole lot but to me the fact that they were trying to make it right ment a lot to me

Went in and needed a tail light bulb for my car showed him the bulb and he had one in about a minute. The price was more than ones I had bought in the past thats why they are not getting a 5 star rating.

Walked around trying to find something never was asked if I needed any help. Two Mexicans came in the and girl at the counter couldn't ask them if they needed help quick enough. I not be back.

Its not the best but about the same as most. You walk in and get lucky if someone asks if you need help. Then at the register....the guy doesn't even look at you while ringing you up....hum...customer service makes or breaks a business.....just saying.
