Everyone always acts as if they are sleepy and don't want to deal with anyone. ALSO they are very slow. The majority of the people, they are nice...The new employees are rude.But I can tell they try everyday.I give them 3 stars for actual effort.

I can only give 4 stars because they are going through remodeling, which means a lot of shelves were empty and not in any logical order. But, because of the friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism I can't deduct more than 1 star. Great group of people in an area that I know tests their patience daily. Remodel is finished and it looks good, but, the shelves are still not fully stocked, so, they still only get 4 stars.

1.) What impressed me 100% the most is the Store Managers ownership in the strore. I did a survey and he personally called me to ensure my issues were resolved.2.) Since the New Management the store is developing a new atmosphere as it had 7 years ago . Positive associates ready to help.3.) The instock is improving and getting even better . You can actually find the items you came to buy.4.) Since they are getting totally remodeled in April somethings that need replacing with not be until then like new register at self checkouts.

Got $40 in 20s from self checkout and went to customer service to ask for two tens. I went to money services department who said they don t give change. Was directed to customer service and Andrean said they don t give change. I told her I was sent to her area from money services but she was adamant about giving me change for a twenty. I asked her to educate me on how Walmart should meet my needs. She asked for a manager who came in.Walmart in Parkway East continues to be the worst when it comes to customer service.

My car would not start in the garage at Children's of Birmingham, and I had been get jumps prior to this, plus I am not from the area, so I got on Google to locate a Walmart Supercenter Auto Care Service and wow , did I find it!! I have been to a lot of Walmarts traveling, but I have never walked into a Walmart Supercenter as beautiful and as clean as this one!! As I was walking through the store #762 in amazement lol, I came across Tawanna, the store's manager, whom I had the pleasure of speaking with; I expressed to her how impressive the store is and to keep doing whatever she's doing, because this was an experience for me to see. Such professionalism, herself, her staff and just throughout the store and to top it off, it's not a small store! IT'S HUGE! I also saw the team lead as well, I believe she told me his name is Johnny, if I got this wrong, please forgive me lol, I didn't speak with him but I could tell by the look on his face tgat he just knew that I was impressed with his store lol just want to say, GREAT WORK#762, I'M A FAN!! I am definitely going to come back, the clothes selections is off the chain as well. Awesome

Very large Superstore. I love the convenient selection of quick meals and snacks right up front. The store always seems clean and well organized.

It Was the day before Thanksgiving and there where plenty registers open and I was able to check out very fast. They had everything I needed but the eggs but it was cool I had enough at home any ways but they where very nice and I got in and out of the crowds very fast. Five stars

A fight broke out and a lady said Facebook and no one broke it up just my friend and I and lost prevention. The officer lied and said that they were all kids knowing that the mother came and fought the older lady who worked there because of what she said because her daughter was jumped by some other kids,it was a mess.

They are a bunch of rude people running that store I try to call Walmart acrossed from Robuck plaza for electronics nobody is there most of the time .I don't know what is going on there at that store but they are not friendly at all .they have a look on their face like I can't wait to get away from this place after I get off work.and when customers ask for something there like where do they find an item in the store .they say I don't know ask someone else I'm busy or they will act like they are helping you and don't have the slightest idea where the product is located in the store . Come on people Wake up and quite day dreaming The main thing is the customer comes first we are the one's who come to your business to by items and help pay your pay check every week or every 2 weeks . The attitude towards the public needs to change drastically I come to Walmart here in center point Alabama and I notice alot of unsatisfied people there because the accoiats who work there has this no care attitude towards the public and don't want to help them .the badest thing about this Walmart is the door greeter is the only pleasant person in the store they do there jobs but the other people who works the different department s 8 don't know what to say about them

Wal-Mart is Wal-Mart some are good and some are not so good and depending on what side of town you're on you pretty much know how it's gonna be before you go inside. But I've been surprised about some on rougher parts of town because it's seems like they are trying to update stores and keep their stock up better than some of the store you would think are in better parts of town like Trussville and Hoover.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Expired milk for sale, rude and incompetent employees, prices not updated for sticker shock at the register, store in shambles, even got turned away at 20 minutes before closing because I was using cash, was told "I guess they went home". Close this store, fire everyone and start over.

I love the new setup at Walmart on Roebuck pkwy. The children section has alot of variety and beautiful girls clothes. I haven't been here in over 6 months. I will be back.

The most unpleasant and disrespectful people in the world work at this Walmart, starting with the cashiers and ending with the supervisors, the worst Walmart I have ever visited in my life. They need classes or some customer service training for everyone who works in that place. I would like to know how to talk to a Walmart representative who can help and to be able to complain as I should and report the problematic people without values and education who work there. To all who read this message, please, if you can go to another Walmart location, do so because if not, you can spend some of the worst moments of your life, especially with the pink-haired cashier who is an unpleasant person without any respect and education.

Redesign is going great, but employees are too quick to tell you they are ending their shift if you ask for assistance. I think WALMART should train their employees using the ** CHICK FIL-A SERVICE STANDARDS.** walmart employees, obviously don't like having their jobs, and take it out on cistomers.

Layout would be nice if they had a great recover crew. Zero customer service. Needs loss prevention in place. People shoplifting right in your face. Do better Walmart.

I hate this walmart. The ladies working there attitudes always suck! And its often the older ones in self check out. I was trying to get the attention of one of the workers because i mistakenly scanned an item twice and she was to busy on her phone i had to say excuse me atleast 4 times. And i know she heard me because the customer in front of her even looked back at me. She was over weight, long curved nails, and had like a 90s hair style. She was super off putting. And was even being rude when we were walking away to another man in line. Yall gotta stop getting yall workers out of the surrounding hood areas because thats where it seems like they all are from. The store just needs better customer service.

This is the worst Walmart! I have always come to this store for convenience and grown to really like some of the workers, the ones who have been there for a while. The last two times have nothing but a headache!! Y all really need to hire people who want to more than just get a paycheck!! Some of the cashiers won t even try to assist when you need help. This time part of the metal from the cart broke off and went inside my ground beef. I didn t see until I was getting ready to pay for it. I asked the cashier, section 20 on 9/3/23 at 2:13pm, if she can get someone else to go back and get another one. She gives the pack of ground beef to another employee and I asked can you get her to go get another one, she said no you ll have to get it yourself and get back in line. You stand in a line for all of 30-45 minutes only for them to tell you that!!! I spent over of $250 and you tell me that!!! Y all need to get it together!! This is awful!!

That old bald lady Joyce harrass me about my back pack , and said I needed to leave it at the front , but my back pack was under my basket , I've never known you couldn't bring a back pack in Walmart , This Is the worst Walmart in Birmingham AlabamaWHY ARE OLD JEALOUS LADIES HATE KEEPING , I SAW A GROUP OF PEOPLE AND SHE HAD A BACK PACK , THEY NEED TO BE FIRED ASAP

Walmart in Roebuck in Birmingham Alabama Need to be careful who they hire. they got someone there a manager by the name shawana that cant comprehend what shes reading and several others that are also L'D! They gave me a hard time getting my primo water, which i had coupons for. They didnt know how to operate coupons. What is it for you to say if a item doesnt ring up at the register that the customer cant get it?! How rude and disrespectful is that to say to a customer.

Very aggravating experience. I used the coinstar and then they wouldn't cash it causing me to have to go home and return the next day. Caused me to miss out on what would have been a few great clearance items. Extra miles, extra time, walked away with nothing I was wanting

Every register had a long line there was only 6 lines open.i asked the lady at the self check out is the self check out took cash she said yes.after I stood in line for 15 min I found out that the self check out does not take cash and she said she didn't understand what I said when I ask her.really rude bunch of people you have working there
