I couldn't wait to do this review! I love this shop. Marty the manager is excellent! Best customer service I have had the pleasure of experiencing. He doesn't forget a face & doesn't try to rip you off, if nothing else he runs the shop & the crew with integrity & it shows. I have been shopping next door for tires for about 15 year's, until now. Tires to go will have my business, along with my family & friends referred business. Thank you again for all you guys do to keep the roads a little safer everytime someone pulls in.

Awesome place for great new/used tires. Id HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Great job guys keep up the awesome work! Used Tires go from I do believe $30-6$50, but brand new tires I'm not to sure on that. A Great group of guys that are always there when you need a tire, or 2, or 3, or even 4. They'll help you, and hook you up. Just don't be RUDE, or even DISRESPECTFUL to these guys ok! They work hard all day long, and definitely don't want, or need someone who had, or is having a bad morning, afternoon, or night to take it out on them! Just PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL! This place will never ever change! They're the best tire shop out there hands down!

Great fast friendly customer service. They gave me a great price over the phone. One used tire shop was suggested twice to me, called them over 5 times each time suggested & they would never pick up their phone. To me, that's bad business & customer service. If you are already riding on a donut, not wiling to risk going to a tire shop & they don't have the tire you need at a reasonable price. I will be going back Used Tire Clearance for my next tire. For all my tires. Thank you gentlemen for making a lady feel appreciated & welcome.

******UPDATE: They honored the tire warranty without any run around whatsoever!!!*******These guys were so polite and very accommodating! They worked hard and fast! This was the only place I could find a used tire to fit my car. I was not able to find a new tire in my size for a tire emergency so I opted for used one for now. I m so glad I came here!! They offered me tires in different price ranges to suit my needs. They explained the all-inclusive price up front then showed me the tread on the tire before installing! I filled the instructions and made sure all my lugs were tightly fitted and inspected the area where the tire was installed as the sign stated. This is a great place with great hard working guys!! I d be happy to give them my business again!!

Got a great price on a decent brand of tire that is has about 80 to 85 percent tread if I had to guess. Very friendly and helpful also pulled in the parking lot at 5:29 with 1 minute to spare and the gentleman that helped me was more than happy to do so despite it being one minute till they closed and even after I offered to come back the following day. They were also taking more people after I left. Great people highly recommend will most definitely return in the future and if they don t have the size I need and I can I ll wait. Officially my new used tire shop. No need to even call around to the other shops and on top of everything else they even give a 60 day warranty on their used tires .who even does that these days??? If you don t want to take my word for it give them a shot and I m confident you ll be satisfied. Thanks guys

These guys are fantastic. I got two tires fixed and quick. These gentlemen are knights in shining armor. Thank God they had two tires for my Jeep. Professional installation, fantastic customer service, and above all friendly. Thank you for saving the day!!

Although others were supposed to be open on a Sunday, Willis Tires was the only one to answer their phone. I purchased a total of five used tires. They let me pick out the ones that I wanted. They showed me their least expensive first, but they were older rubber with not as much life left. I got one that was two years old for my boyfriend's car spare and four almost new tires for my truck that they made a special trip down the road to get for me. (Did you know the month and year of production are stamped on every tire?) Price quoted was out the door including balance and mount. The guys were super busy, but although I wasn't greeted immediately, they were very friendly. I did not feel rushed and they installed them faster than the "big box" tire stores would've. My only complaints are they didn't come with valve stem caps and the employees weren't wearing PPE (safety glasses, safety boots, etc...) I will definitely be back! Thanks, guys!!

Great place to pick up a quality used tire. These guys were super helpful on the phone and changed my flat super quick. They used tire that I purchased for $35 was an outstanding shape.... considering I have 18 inch tires, $35 was a STEAL .

I bought 2 used tires at this store. One tire went bad in 3days...I went back, they replaced it free of charge...but...they lost one of my Mercedes Benz special lug nuts. I reported it a black guy that had accepted my credit card the first time...I asked them to please replace my missing lug not that they had misplaced...he told me..."I suggest you go next door to AutoZone and buy one if you want it replaced because I'm not going to replace it!" BUYER BEWARE...THIS GUY IS LYING...I WENT THERE OVER A MONTH AGO...ALSO, I SPECIFIED "A BLACK GUY" ONLY TO IDENTIFY THE RUDE INDIVIDUAL. AS THE MEXICAN WORKERS WERE VERY POLITE, AND ACCOMMODATING. OBVIOUSLY, THE BLACK GUY AS STATED BELOW...WAS FOLLOWING THE OWNERS ORDERS...TO BE AS RUDE AS POSSIBLE. BE SURE TO READ THE BIG SIGN OUT FRONT, OR BETTER, SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE OR YOU JUST MIGHT END UP LIKE I DID...BEING DISRESPECTED WHERE YOU SPEND YOUR MONEY. THEY DIDNT HAVE TO BE RUDE TO ME...I WASNT RUDE TO THEM. BUT, HAVING SAID ALL OF THAT, THE TIRES I RECEIVED HAVE PROVEN TO BE OK...AND YES, THEY DID HONOR THE WARRANTY ON THE TIRES. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

Got a brand new tire and it lasted about a month and a half and the tread started coming off already. Paid 80 dollars for the tire and they won t replace without a receipt which we obviously don t have. Buyer beware and make sure you keep your receipts!

Absolutely an awesome experience purchasing new tires from my guy Willis. The staff is nice and efficient! His inventory is mind blowing; if you need Tires, plugs, rotations, and more Check out Willis Tire, don t call just come he ll take care of you. Tell him K.O sent you.

There's a young man who works there he's an hard worker, he's always busy with the different customers assisting them with their needs. I often stop there whenever I need air in my tires. He's very respectful, kind and has an impressionable attitude. He has never accepted a dime from me.....he's a asset to the community!

Great experience here. Nice guys. Got a full set of good tires, installed, for $200! And they took my old, rusty running bars off for no extra charge!

We are in from out of town and popped at tire late Saturday night. We tried 5 places before finding this establishment. Not only did they have our weird sized tire, service was quick and super friendly. We were in and out at a great price as well.

This place is awesome! They had the exact tire we needed, which was a very unusual size. The price was right and the employees got straight to work and knocked it out in no time. Definitely reccomend.

Decent selection, tried to sell me a winter tire set in July saying it doesn't matter. I bought a Yokohama tire instead. Be aware that the price doesn't include mount and balance and they do not replace the valve stem. I had a valve stem on the tire they replaced go bad 2 weeks after they changed the tire. He charged $10 to replace it. Other places are more reasonable. I won't say I'll never shop here again but I'll be sure to go to Dales next time or the place in Avondale instead.

I'd give half a star if I could. They were supposed to rotate my still "driveable" tires from the back to the front. Instead--- they put the new ones on the back (like I asked) and only rotated ONE of my old tires and left the other one, thinking "she won't notice--- she's a girl". I went back a couple days later after speaking to the manager the same day the "service" was done. (Basically they took my old tire so they can sell it to someone else.) I asked Miguel, the manager, for my old tire-- he didn't even bother to look before he said, "We don't have it." I asked for the owner's contact information. He refused to give it to me. 30 day guarantee my foot--- I didn't even get a week! Shady operation!!

Called to ask if they had my size tire in stock. I asked if he would go look. He said when you get here I will go look. I live in Moody .Why would I drive all the way there and take the chance of them not having my tire in stock ???.Then, he ask what size. I gave him the size, and without leaving our phone call, he says yes he has them. Like I'm really supposed to believe that .Doesn't make for good business if you can't give your customers what they need. Sure, all I need is 2 tires, but I won't be coming there to buy them ...advice to owner....train your employees to better serve a potential customer...

Do not go here. Called about a used tire and they said they had one. Made sure to double check since I m 35-40 mins away. Said they had it. Get there, turns out they only have new ones for triple the price. Terrible business.

We have a 16hour drive with 3 kids pulling our camper. 5hrs left of our trip and we noticed a tire wall seemed to be a little split. Nobody else open bec it's Sunday... if so, they didnt sell used tires or they didnt answer the phone. The guys where pretty quick for the fact that it's hot outside and a Sunday lol. They didnt seemed overly excited to be there but after they did the job one guy collecting our money seemed nicer. Funny when you are bilingual and can understand what others are saying....They also became super busy 10 min after we arrived and they seemed to be hustling through each car so didn't seem like nobody would have to wait long. They have a bench and a chair in the shade so maybe they could have a water jug or sink with ice idk. If i lived in the town I would go to them for my tires every time unless I found someplace better.

They only sell used tires but they're very nice about everything my friend directed me to this place since I had a flat tire for $35 you couldn't beat the price I tipped all three of them $10

Quick service. Found the tire I was looking for which apparently hard to find. I have searched in Walmart, Tire Discounters, etc. Most of the time, they have to order it first. But I need it urgently as my right front tire got ruptured thanks to Birmingham's giant pothole.
