They don t need even one star but guess you have to put at least one, they quoted me $1,100 to come out and fix two blow outs on my chassis trailer, come out can t fix it because the spacer was ate up and wedges, go out find the spacer but not the wedges so he says he found some wedges just to go out waste more time to say he didn t find any, so at that point we tell him to cut the clock and take his tires off because without the wedges it wouldn t work, said even with the wedges it may be the rims, my people had to come all the way from mobile to bring the whole setup to exit 208 to the loves because they couldn t fix it, it s cool they couldn t fix it but why charge me $816.00 to put me on wood blocks?

Very fair!!!!They did one mistake which the gentleman Bill accepted and take care of it on their own.If it was some other service shop they would just think of some non sense and you would pay for it.They fixed my truck and the whole process was very smooth.Thank you guys

After 16 years in trucking, I just had the BEST service in the business. Hunter Bailey was SO PROFESSIONAL, knows his work, and was all around AMAZING!!!Everytime I come to Birmingham, and the surrounding areas, I'll be looking for Tire Tech to help. !!!!!!!READ FULL REVIEW BEWARE!!!!!!!Good service but prices are very HIGH . I called about an oil change which was told it s about $230 for PM services that s just the fee.. Prices are as followed 11 gallons of oil 291.50 Oil filter $42.95 Fuel Filter $102.03 Fuel/water filter $89.37 Grease Job $57.50 Shop Supplies $32.20 CC fee $40.66TOTAL $886.21 ..Better off going to Loves or TA same oil same filters same grease same service .PRICE GOUGING!!!!!FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!READ OTHER REVIEWS ON HOW THEY QUOTE ONE PRICE AND IT CHANGES ON ARRIVAL

Wow I had a service done here and was quoted one price and charged another as well when I said something to the ladies in the office they just told me I had to pay!! I can t believe this keeps happening I m reporting them to BBB!!!!!

BEWARE!!!! Not to speak for everyone there but BILLY is a crook. I was told one price and charged $1000 dollars more for a wet line kit for my semi. He asked for a missing part the day before and I had the truck parts store to deliver the needed part the same day. When I get there to pickup up my truck after being complete I was showed a invoice of a $1000 difference. I had no choice but to make the purchase because he knew I had to get to work. He is very unprofessional and will try to be little you. He had a whole list of parts showed on the invoice that he did not tell me about the day before. Why not tell me this when you texted me about the one part missing ? Bad business!

I got a flat and pulled in to change to my spare not realizing it was a tire shop. The young man Eli came out and assisted me and was nothing but polite and helpful. Truly the bright spot in my day.

BEWARE ALL TRUCKERS I have never seen my son so upset....Billy quoted him one price to do an add on for his semi and when he got to the shop it was a whole thousand dollar difference from the original price!!!! That would have been ok if he first notified him of the price change. This is NOT good business!!!!

Got 4 trl tires and an alignment for under 2K..great place and great customer service. Ask for Hunter he is knowledgeable and want steer you wrong.

I am so thankful to the guys at Tire Tech. I walked outside and noticed my right front was flat. Thinking that it was Memorial Day, I would have to wait till the next day for service, not with Tire Tech. Josh, the technician was prompt and very fast. Thank you Tire Tech for everything.

Called about getting oil changed guy thought i said wheel seal, yeah that s sounds so similar and then told me it will be 2-3hoirs after his mistake and pm will be over700, what a joke

They do ok work as far as parts swapping, but they markup price on parts are ridiculous, so buy your own parts or just stay away...
