Was genuinely interested in purchasing a CR-V from here but they couldn't even send me home with a quote via email or in writing to think about over the weekend, which seemed odd. I'm not someone who impulse buys and just wanted something to take home that i could think on. Every other place I've gone car shopping at was happy to provide this with no issue. The guy who showed me the actual vehicles was very kind and helpful but the rest of the experience made me feel like I was in a shark tank.

Overall experience was excellent from start to finish. Dj J., the sales representative, made it easy and enjoyable finding the right vehicle. He listened to everything we said and helped us with the best options to choose from. Brandon N., the business manager, made it quick and easy with the financial portion. He broke down the numbers and information and made it easy to understand. Everyone at Tameron Honda made it a pleasant place to purchase a vehicle.

Mannn let me tell you what! I have historically had very poor experiences with the other local Honda dealerships, but today I went into Tameron Honda and they blew me away!! Everyone I spoke to was extremely professional, courteous, and respectful. From the receptionist all the way to finance- I truly felt like they treated me like family! Nobody was pushy, they were patient with my concerns, and made sure I understood all the bells and whistles/technological features on my new '24 Honda Pilot!! THIS IS A TOP NOTCH DEALERSHIP PEOPLE. Wow! Great job Tameron Honda for restoring my faith in not only car dealerships, but PEOPLE! I will 100% continue to do business with this place and these people in the future

Spoke to Steven via text about a RAV4 I saw on the website. He assured me it was available and on the lot. We made an appointment for a test drive for 9 am the next day. When we got there we told Danny we were only interested in looking at that one specific vehicle. He told us to come outside and he showed us a Honda. We thought this was odd, but told him we weren t interested and went back inside. After a long wait the manager, Evan, came over and told us the car wasn t there and would be arriving within a week. Evan was not apologetic in the slightest. I do not appreciate being lied to and led on just to get me in the dealership. I would rather spend more elsewhere to get better service. We will not be returning.

Would not recommend. They had the best prices, which is great, but the service was terrible. First, I was approached getting out of my car, at the car door, which was crazy! Our sales rep was nice, but once deciding to purchase the car, the wait time was ridiculous and they were not honest about wait times. It was busy, which I understand, but if I am told it will be 15-30 minutes, then I expect that to be true. Instead, it was almost 2 hours to purchase and the finance rep was rude and unfriendly, with no apology for the wait and when I received the car to take home, it was still dirty in several areas - a rush cleaning job. This is crazy considering we were there for over 3 hours from signing the papers to leaving. I am now almost 3 weeks out, there has been no follow-up from them and I had to call to be told that my tax payments were sent in to the county, as I was waiting for those. Will not be returning or recommending .

I tried filling out a survey for this employee, but could not find it in my email to fill out. Matthew Wittenstein in services did a great job replacing the battery in my car. He was very polite and super fast. His coworker (I wish i had gotten her name but she sits right next to him) also did a great job communicating with me about when my car was going to be ready. Will definitely be coming back to Matt for my future car maintenance needs.

I went in February to look at a 2016 Honda civic I seen online and was immediately approached as I was getting out the car. I had a budget and that car in mind as I was going to be trading in my 2020 ford fusion (I was looking to lower my car payment) long story short, I was told that because I still owed so much on my trade I would need to look at a more luxury car to get financed and was shown a 2022 bmw and a 2022 Audi which I did not like at all! They tried real hard to push for me to get the Audi which was way over my budget and not what I came for. Time wasted on their end and mine fast forward 2 months later I go to another reputable dealership after seeing a 2018 Honda accord. My experience was MUCH BETTER! I got the car I wanted and was able to have my payments lowered. I was also told that Tameron basically lied about me needing to get a luxury car to get approved. NOT TRUE! I was approved for my new car through American first credit union without having to purchase a luxury vehicle. So thanks Tameron for saving me the trouble, y all did me a favor..HA!

BUYER BEWARE!! Shame on you Tameron Honda. Went with my husband and son yesterday 4/15/24 to test drive one of the used cars that was advertised online. The only reason we were even considering looking at this vehicle was the fact that Tameron Honda "says" they do 162 point testing on all of there used cars. The car drove like a dream. Our salesman was wonderful. My problem is this...Bought the vehicle and granted it was as is, less than 24hrs of buying this for my son it broke down as he way driving it. Literally shut down as he was driving down the road. Called the dealership hoping to God that they would at least offer some type of help but was told there was nothing they could do. Again, I understand what as is means but how is a company that "prides" themselves as doing all the test to make sure there used cars are great and ready to go going to sell someone a vehicle that didn't even last 24hrs. Now the extra money to tow this vehicle to a shop AND have no idea if it can even be fixed and the cost of that. So buyer BEWARE!! DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY ABOUT CHECKING THE USED CARS THEY SALE. Again, shame on you Tameron Honda!UPDATE...Fuel pump was the issue so on top of what was paid yesterday for this vehicle we now have a $200 tow bill and a $1700 fuel pump. BUYER BEWARE!!!UPDATE #2... The fuel transfer was also faulty. ANOTHER $450!!! DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM TAMERON HONDA!! BUYER BEWARE

I forgot to post this review but in December 2021 I came to this location to have my vehicle looked at as I was about to make a very long drive to a different state and wanted to make sure my car had no deficiencies. It was my first time ever coming to this location and my oil was changed during this service. When I started my trip, it was less than 2 hours into the drive I heard a terrible scraping sound. I pulled over and discovered that a piece of metal was hanging from the bottom of my car. I had to call AAA to come and remove the metal and they informed me the reason it was hanging is because it probably hadn't been screwed on tightly enough during the oil change I'd had but that it was critical to be replaced once I reached my destination as that metal served as protection for the engine. When I called Tameron Honda they blamed me for this, saying I drove too roughly which is what caused the metal piece to drag on the road. They refused to take responsibility for this and would not refund me any money for my service. I'd never had this happen before with any oil change and haven't since so logic would follow this place is the culprit despite their claims of innocence.I have not been back here because of the shoddy, overpriced work that was done and will never either. I'm glad a friend reminded me of this experience so that others know how this business conducts itself.

I'm not usually in the business of leaving bad reviews, but I would highly recommend finding another place to service your vehicle. Every time we go we end up with a much higher bill than anticipated (and on a relatively new, 2019, car). I get it, they are a business, but they are much more interested in upselling you than retaining customers. We'll be looking for a local garage who can offer more compassionate care and service.EDIT: They did not have anyone reach out. I definitely recommend Green Garage for anybody looking for a local mechanic - we've switched over to them and couldn't be happier. I recently brought my car to them for an oil change and they communicated promptly about unexpected repairs, explaining them to me and giving me a chance to consider what was and wasn't in my budget at that time.

Would not recommend. Tameron was my first stop. They try it overly convince you to put money down. Tyler the sales manager last option was to try and get me to lease the car. I did not want to do that. His words were well I can t help you then and walked away. He had a very bad attitude. Went to another Honda dealership the same day and got what I wanted as far as price and payment. Sadly this other businesses have heard about tameron and their ridiculous tactics. Maybe someone should dive deeper into the sales management team.

I would like to say thank you thank you to a wonderful gentleman that I believe was the service manager. I had an emergency and I am from out of town and Tamarron. Honda was the closest place that I could get to to have. My car looked at I pulled up, they looked at it. They took it to a bay. They fixed what was wrong, and did not even Charge me anything but I think the courtesy that they showed was even better than the non-charge. I will definitely keep them in mind if I ever need a new Honda. So again thank you very much.

One of our vehicles decided to kick the bucket after close to 250,000 miles. Tameron was the fourth place we stopped on the trek to purchase a "new to us vehicle".There were 10+ sales personnel waiting to assist us. I'll elaborate more on this later in the review. The sales process here is a little different than most dealerships we've been to in the past. Prices are not on the windshield. You are paired with a salesperson, give them your ballpark price, and this is where it gets clunky. They step into an office with a sales manager to discuss things for a little while and finally bring you a vehicle within your price range. From here you can look at the vehicle, take it for a test drive, or decline it out right and ask to see something else.If you decide you don't like that vehicle the process starts all over again. It is not a fast process. We spent a lot more time here than I was ever anticipating but in the end my wife found a vehicle she liked. It was two times pre owned but in wonderful condition.Things I didn't like: the sheer volume of sales personnel lend itself to general overcrowding. There are so many sales personnel they literally block the doorways sometime. I included a couple of pictures documenting that. They aren't being rude or trying to block the door, but it's challenging to walk through them when there are so many. On the particular day my wife and I went it was really hot outside. They were hanging out in the shade but at any one point there were 10 or 11 waiting to pounce on "prey in Tameron desert Savannah".When I asked someone about that, my answer was, "Oh, that's just at this door!" The staff is so eager to help you that we hadn't pulled into the parking lot for more than a minute, when one of them knocked on the glass and opened our car door to offer assistance.I have nothing, ZERO, negative things to say about customer service. Our customer service experience here was exceptional. The process is where I experienced the challenges. Yes, in the end we were paired with a nice vehicle for my wife but the amount of time it took to get there was not enjoyable. While we waited we were offered drinks (soda, coffee, or water). The paperwork aspect of the process was quick and easy. Our salesman called us a couple of days later to follow up.

I m 23 days in after buying a car from Tameron Honda. I can definitely say it was an experience. The facility is nice and they have people outside and waiting to assist as you pull up. I wish the enthusiasm continued after such wonderful welcome but my overall experience wasn t the best. The salesman Chris was patient, kind and professional. My best advice If you purchase a car from Tameron Honda, make sure to do your due diligence to ensure you don t have anything you didn t agree to. Also stick to what you want and if they promise incentives or rebates on something that cost more, ensure they are legit. I m appreciative to Michael and Sean for assisting me with my complaint. Unfortunately, I wouldn t purchase from Tameron Honda again.

It was my first time going into a regular commercial dealership. The main person I spoke to seemed nice. However, several strategies were employed during the visit that I believe were overly pushy and manipulative. Most importantly, take note that over a grand of fees may be added to the price they post online. This is apparently to pay them back for the work they ve done on used cars. Now, a few tips if you decide to stop here:1. Don t let them force you to see cars you didn t ask to see.2. Don t sign weird papers saying you ll buy something.3. Don t go back inside to let them give you their business card. It s a ploy to continue pushing a sale.I read a few other reviews that said the reps were very rude. They weren t directly rude to me but someone close to me experienced the same type of treatment at this location. Finally, the dealership definitely seems like a boys club . Fellow ladies, I d go elsewhere.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and caught us up to speed on hybrids. They were fair on the trade-in which was nice. The length of time we spent there was insane. I can buy a house in less time. The car and service has been great.

Read the fine print! The price posted on the web is only inclusive of the option to finance. If you're ready to pay in ca$h, the price goes up by $750.00 I inquired about this over the phone before making the 2 hr. drive, and the sales rep was not willing to negotiate. It was suggested to schedule a test drive for a $250.00 discount and still pay $500 penalty for not financing . I drove to a small dealership in Odenville, AL, (same day) and bought the same car/year for $1500.00 cheaper. No cash penalty!

My husband and I recently had to have the catalytic converter replaced in our 2008 Honda Pilot, along with rear brakes. The mechanic who handled our job, Greg, was an absolute delight and a pleasure to deal with! Greg is incredibly knowledgeable and his customer service is on point. My husband is the type to ask 1446788 questions and Greg answered them all with a smile and pleasant attitude. Greg is an absolute gem Tameron!

Worst dealership to get a car from. I haven t had my 2018 Honda Accord more than 6 months and I done had more car problems then a cash car. The first day I bought the car check engine light came on and had a little slip to it. Now it s jerking really hard and can t go over 60 mph Tameron Hoover go to hell. Everybody works in there a sell out.

Dishonest service department. I took my van in for an oil change and tire rotation. One of my tires had been repaired in the past so I knew which one it was. They did not rotate my tires but charged me anyways. When I got home, I thought I better look at my oil, it looked very dark, not like new oil at all. I don t think they even changed my oil. Very frustrating.

They will treat you like an inconvenience. If you want to have any modicum of customer service don t go here.I had a recall on a wire in the vehicle. I called and was told they had the part and to come on in. I was also told that I would be in and out in about an hour. When I pulled in and told them my issue it was like I ruined their day. The first guy said he had never even done this type of work. The second guy asked how long he thought it would take. A third guy shouted out of the back that it would be at least 4 hours. I asked how they knew how long it would take if they ve never done it. He said he read it in a pamphlet. I m now stuck here for the foreseeable future. Great way to spend my off day.

I bought my car for Tameron and it was a great experience. I was in and out. I just recently got an oil chance and the service was great. The staff was nice and I enjoyed the text message updates as well.

I started out with My service advisor in the morning, then talked with Greg who gave me the appraisal value of my car and they were very good. When I came back Greg was busy with another guest and Andrew had met me in the parking lot and he went and told Greg that I was there and he asked him to help me till he could get free. I really like Andrew so I was very happy to stay with him. I have never met anyone at the dealership that I didn t like. I love Tameron and hope to be with y all a long time to come.

We inquired about 3 Honda odysseys they have posted on their website. We were told all were available to be seen and sold. The next day we drove to Hoover from Huntsville to see them. When we arrived, one of the vans had a recall on it and they wouldn t even show us the van, the second wasn t even on the lot yet, and the third hadn t been seen by their service department yet and we couldn t drive it off the lot same day if we decided to purchase it. They said it would take 2-3 days before their service department was able to get to it. This is something that ought to be communicated to customers when they call especially knowing they are coming out of town. Very disappointing. I won t do business with this dealership going forward even if they have the perfect vehicle.

Terrible experience. We went to buy two cars and they gave us the run around. They had cars listed online but then said they didn t have that specific car and would bring out something totally different. Finally settled on something we wanted and once all the paperwork was finalized we realized they had added on all the extra warranties (which we said we did not need) and the price was $10,000 more than agreed upon. Took 4 months to fix. I would rather spend more money and get a car from Carvana or go somewhere else. This is the classic greasy car salesman set up.
