My starter went out 2 days after I purchased my car they paid for the part & also to get it fixed as they should have & now 6 months later my transmission is going out & they basically told me so worst dealerships I ve ever been to I haven t had my car a whole year & when I bought it I was told nothing was wrong but needed a tune up & oil change I would give them a 0 if I could

DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. THEY SOLD ME A CAR THAT NEEDED A TRANSMISSION IN LESS THAN A MONTH. THEY ARE BAD BUSINESS AND WILL SCAM YOU AND THE BLACK GUY WAS SUPER RUDE ABOUT IT.

Bought my Acadia from them a couple of years ago and I'm still happily driving me and my kids around. Definitely would buy from them again. Purchase was fast and easy and they were all very nice.

I bought a car from them that only worked a few days. It had water coming in the next day and a smell so I called to tell them about it and they said they couldn't do nothing and wouldn't fix i would have to do it myself. The next few days transmission went out. Called the bbb they wouldn't respond to them, called fox 6 and fb reviews they tried to have me blocked and they removed my message about my car but they just blocked me in the end. Overall my sister car stopped running and my nephew car caught fire we got them around the same time.

worst first time car experience EVERR!! i got bought my first car as a 18 year old 09/11/22 and the car has engine problems and the mirror of my car was on long enough so i could buy the car! the car is also smoking whenever you press the gas too hard! call them about it several times but it always an excuse oh it hasn t been driven in a long time so it s gonna smoke to the engine has a recall so call kia and tell them about then when my belt on my gear shift broke we called cause the car wouldn t drive at ALL!! it was it s a buy as is car so there s nothing we can do about that and this all happened in the span of 3 weeks!!! bad business and i would ve even trade the car for another car that s the same price car as mine or even they get my car and take the value of my car and pay the remaining balance of any car or if they simply did anything i would ve been fine. they did nothing and left me without a car and not a care in the world!

I repeat do not by a car from here I bought a Chevy truck from them not even 3 weeks ago . I ve reached out to the owner he say they do not have a 30 day return policy. In the satay of Alabama they have a 30 day lemon law . He says this does not apply to his business do to as is, so please have your best Mechanic, to go and review take it to a shop a do I test on anything that can be done. I respect a good salesmen that gives the best service, his wife told us before we left we have 30 days.. my voice holds power in the community where these cars are begin sold I repeat . Don t buy! A person is willing to put money on a head light, even a starter.. I repeat don t throw your money away to get handled in the end.

If i could give them 0 stars i would . They do very bad business and i don t recommend ANYONE I MEAN ANYONE TO BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE . I got my car read & a diagnosis at 2 different places and this car IS A LEMON . I got ripped off and i don t appreciate this i called them and they cursed me out . Very bad business man i wasted 6 grand. I got my car 3 days ago its not running how it was when i got it they cleared everything so that i can drive off lot happy and it s terrible

My son and his wife bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from T & M back in 2017, and they STILL driving it! They drove it to Colorado where they currently live, and it has served (and continuing to serve) them very well!!!! I would not hesitate to buy from these folks or recommend them to anyone!!!!

My car had quit on me and I didn't have much money went here to buy a car I seen online and unfortunately it had already been sold. But I ended up with something else!!! It was more expensive, but it was a nice car and 8 months later I still love it. I have recommended this place to so many people and would for sure go back. Great people with great attitudes who made me feel so comfortable and welcome.

We bought a Jeep Patriot from T & M Wholesales last week. Andrew was super friendly, knowledgeable, and had us out the door within 15 minutes. Easiest car purchase I ve ever experienced. Jeep was described perfectly on the website. Pictures were very detailed. It runs great! And the best part was: it was within our budget. I had called the day before, and the owner, Melissa, was super friendly and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend this company for anyone interested in purchasing a quality vehicle at an affordable price.

Purchased a vehicle here a couple years back. It was of great pleasure to shop with T&M! I still drop by seldomly just to see the many selections. Was actually just strolling through the website to see what was available. I look forward to purchasing again when needed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I tell people all the time how awesome my experience was.

My daughter, a mother of 2 young kids under 5, took everything she had and trusted in them and she got a 2007 Jeep Cherokee. She didn't even buy a tag because it didn't last but 2 days before lights started coming on and it stopped. She called for days, then she went by for days no one there. Then when she finally reached a gentleman, I guess,he got so nasty and called her a lier. This car is still sitting, no help from them but hopefully we will get some satisfaction cause it will not be the end. They put her and my grands in danger because something with the breaks went first and we can prove that.

Has vast amount of options on their lot with great prices but the lack of knowledge by the owner about why certain lights or features of the car are not working is a disappointment. When asked about a light concerning a safety feature the air bags at that she shrugged it off as if it were nothing and blamed that on the vehicle being old. Being that I am trying to purchase a car/suv for a family of four that is very displeasing. She also preceded to get a bit of an attitude when questioned about it, which led me to not look any further. Safe to say this place is a gamble.

I was very impressed with the excellent customer service and honesty from Melissa the owner. I Purchased a 2014 VW Passat. I Live in Tuscaloosa and it was hard for me to get to the Birmingham area to test drive a car when the car lots are open. Melissa and the rest of the crew at T&M went above and beyond to accommodate me and to take care of me after normal business hours. I truly appreciate them.

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THESE INCONSIDERATE, UNPROFESSIONAL, BEATING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY SONS OF ..MY DAUGHTER JUST BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO N THE FUEL PUMP WENT OUT (BESIDES THEM LYING ABOUT HAVING THE OIL CHANGED, ETC) WE KNOW IT'S AN 'AS IS" BUT AT LEAST BE CONSIDERA ENOUGH TO RECOMMEND A RELIABLE MECHANIC.

I purchased a 2004 Dodge Durango and 2008 Volkswagen passat on the same day! I have had no problems out of either one and would highly recommend her to anyone. My fiancee will be coming in the next couple weeks to get something as well!

Went on a Monday to look at a car I fell in love with on their website and decided I wanted to buy it and had everything ready with my finance company and all t and m had to do was send the title to the car to my finance company and was informed of that on Monday. I called back on Tuesday and was informed that they had to get the title from another lot, called back Wednesday and they said the title was still coming, it is now Thursday and I called to check on the car and they have now sold it. I was all in ready to buy this car and they basically sold it out from under me. This company only had to send the title over but couldn t even do that.

Don t ever buy a car from here they sale lemon cars and don t gaf whole motor messed up it s ain t even been a week I m suing . You will see the car I bought when papers get served to you . You guys have caused a great pain and suffering to me and especially my kids man .

Terrible place. The owner lied about the cars having a rebuilt title online. When we arrived to the lot, every car had a rebuilt title after the owner said that none of them do. I do not recommend going here.

BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE!I bought a 2009 Jeep Cherokee at a cost of $4500, approximately two weeks later the vehicle manifested a problem that T&M Wholesalers was very aware of.During these times of pandemic and uncertainties, job loss and lay-off, in your attempt to shop/spend local - Please don t take your hard earned American dollars to a company such as T&M Wholesalers. Tax paying citizens of Jefferson-Birmingham, Bessemer have experienced enough hardships , don t allow T&M Wholesalers to add one of their vehicles to your problems. If a Lemon is what your shopping for WalMart has a better selection at a much cheaper price!

Drove an hour to get a camry. Stated no mechanical issues but it had a check engine light on cause the catalytic converter is bad. Would have wanted the truth up front
