So pulled the review but just have to let people know to stay away from these guys and the glass guy they use which is located in Hayden. Here is my trim and cowl seal after replacement. Not to mention the mismatched paint job that owner knew about. Had a checklist for me as they said never seen that happen. Lol I imagine the guy that painted the truck put the windshield back together. Working with insurance company know to fix this windshield problem. Express auto glass in Hayden put the windshield in so either he messed the seal up or the shop did along with the side pieces not fit and secured right.Edit for reply(owner). I have waived all warranty work as of last week. The paint was fixed but have discussed with insurance and working with the insurance company on taking truck elsewhere for repair of the cowl seal and plastic side pieces. Thank you for the reply and offer but will have to respectfully decline.

The excellent team at Sherrill recently performed a superb job on a sideswipe collision repair of my car that required replacing two doors, work on the frame, and much more. I appreciated the timely notifications of progress being made and was impressed with the professionalism of each employee I met in person. Though it took longer than expected, partly due to "negotiating" with insurance, the completed work on my Audi exceeded expectations. Everyone was wonderful to work with, kept me informed and the outcome was worth the wait. Highly recommend Sherrill-Southside.

Sherrill did a great job with the body work repairs, paint, and even the final detail! They are not the fastest or the best communicators; likely because they are too busy making sure the final work products are first-class. If you want it done right the first time, take it to Sherrill.

Sherrill did a great job on my car. The paint and body work look wonderful. They went the extra mile by cleaning the inside and somehow got out all of the dog hairs!!!

Absolutely beautiful work! My brand new car was hit in a parking lot. They replaced my bumper and replicated my multi process pearl white finish perfectly! My car was beautiful, clean and sparkling when I picked it up! The process was simple, from the lovely lady in the office, to the paint and body technicians, everyone was friendly and very professional! There is definitely a reason they have been in business so long. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company, and repairs were done quickly. Hope I never need them again, but will definitely return if my new car needs any kind of paint or body work! Thank you all so much!

From the call to the time I dropped off my car, they were very helpful and professional. My car was written off so I had to get the insurance to pay me and pick it up, they were on my side advising me on how to negotiate my write off and to make sure I got a good deal out of it. Everyone was just so helpful and professional.

During my interactions the staff were professional and approachable. I received frequent relevant updates and I was very happy with the quality of the repair. My experience with Sherrill Paint & Body couldn't have been better. My 2022 vehicle was hit on the side and dealt extensive damage. Sherrill was one of the shops that my insurance approved and based on the reviews I selected this shop. Without surprise, I understand why this shop has such great reviews. Their communication goes above and beyond, and the repairs were completed to perfection. They even clean and detail the inside and outside of the vehicle. I will always use this shop if I can going forward - highly recommended!

There were unexpected issues that arose during the reassembly phase of my initial service that were thought to have been mitigated by replacement of a relay, but after taking the vehicle home I had a variety of strange error messages and difficulty with the car including such issues as unexpected enabling of the traction control system, messages to check engine that mysteriously cleared on their own, another service message that said to see the manual and required use of "limp home mode" which also mysteriously cleared afterward. I was unable to unlock the car except for using the key manually, and so forth.Upon returning to the shop, the technicians did a thorough review of the error messages and - due to a recurrence of battery related messages sprinkled throughout all the other error messages saved by the system - hypothesized that the issue was actually cascading from a failing battery. Although this was a coincidental occurrence in terms of timing, I was offered a really good quote on the cost of the battery and no labor costs for changing the battery. Since that time everything has operated perfectly. I am so extremely satisfied with the extra mile service provided by Sherrill Paint & Body and I would recommend them to anyone in need of paint & body work as they are hardworking, generous, and open about their repair process. Not to mention, the body work I initially went in for was completely flawlessly and the car was returned to me in such wonderful clean condition inside and out. I could not be happier with my experience.

10/10 experience! Their communication with me was fantastic. I got updates about my car every Tuesday and Thursday. I ve never had an auto body shop do that before. My car looks brand new again. I wouldn t hesitate to use them again.

I received a timely appointment for a repair estimate. The estimate was detailed and easy to interpret. I had a 2 week wait to schedule the repair, but once I dropped off the car the repair was completed quickly and for the estimated price. They not only communicated constantly keeping us in the loop on progress but they sent an email with the quote the same day and finished fixing our car in 4 days start to finish! Sherrill's does the best work in town. They fix the body, any damages working parts (e.g., the A/C consensor), reset the car's radar, etc. Getting parts was slow, but they worked with me on that. I will use Sherrill's again.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Sherrill (downtown Birmingham location) did excellent work on our Prius. Their automated notifications let us know when to bring the car in, where it was in the repair process, and when to pick it up. Highest recommendation.
