This shop was absolutely wonderful, great communication. They did a fantastic job of making my car run like it used too. I brought it in to replace my turbo and they fixed it and other problems it had in a decent amount of time. Thanks to Harley and the technician who fixed it!

Sold me a lemon . 05 jeep grand Cherokee .everything was in tip top condition he told us. He even said that it was the vehicle of a longtime client of theirs, and he had personally been wanting to keep up with the maintenance on it over the years. Literally haven t even had it for a week and have barely even driven it 30 miles. Now they are saying that it s not their problem I beg to differ.

I highly recommend RC Motors to everyone!! They have taken great care of our trucks. If I call Harley and need something, he always takes excellent care of us, he is our rock star! He has exceeded my expectations over and over again. I had the pleasure of working with Chris while Harley was on vacation and he is excellent to work with as well. We have been doing business with RC Motors for the past 5-6 years and they have never let us down. I would check their work before you leave. I had 2 tires changed here and left trusting the work. I drove around for 2 weeks before I went to get an oil change and an Express Oil employee noticed I only had one lug on the reattached front tire. Highly recommend the Express Oil change.

Hands down the best customer service and willingness to have a job done right. I had a transmission replaced with these cats and although a lengthy process, Harley was an absolute professional throughout the whole process. Very knowledgeable and trustworthyI will only be taking my care here from now on and I recommend you do the same.Services: Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Transmission replacement

I wish I could give this shop 10 stars!RC Motors was able to get my car in, diagnose the issue, and fix it in just 1 day while many other local shops had two week backlogs. Everyone I dealt with was kind and explained to me what was going on. They communicated with me every step of the way, and I felt that me and my car were in good hands. The rates were reasonable and much cheaper than dealership service. My car has been running better than ever since I got it back.I will be bringing my car back the next time it needs service!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I had a crew from out of state get broke down in Birmingham due to a bad alternator. I contacted RC Motors prior to having our van towed there for service to ensure they could get to it. I was told a deposit would be required, but that they could get to it if I got it towed to them. After having it towed to their shop, my crew was informed it would be the next day before they could look at the vehicle. I then had to locate another shop who could look at it, reroute the tow to another location, and incurring additional expense. I chose to call RC because they were a Repair Pal certified location, but absolutely did not appreciate the misinformation initially given to me when I was very clear about needing to get the vehicle to a shop so I could get my crew back on the road to Dallas.

I didn't have a good experience here. I came in knowing my O2 sensors needed to be replaced, but was told it was several "things" and an issue with my transmission, but I know that was a code from years ago. I do NOT recommend this company

I have a older family Buick LeSabre, and I know I will be running up against more maintenance issues but loved the smooth - ride. RC Motors is fair, honest, and performs highly professional work. I have taken my truck to the gentlemen at RC Motors Inc. twice now and have had an amazing experience both times. Very professional, knowledgeable, great prices, and work is done in a fast manner. Will be bringing all of my vehicles back, and would recommend anyone to trust their vehicle and money with them!

While I did not go to RC Motors Auto Repair for service, I did have occasion to visit after having a flat tire right in front of their establishment. Two very kind and professional gentlemen graciously offered to change the tire and completed the task in seven minutes! They refused any payment for their service and said helping folks is what we are supposed to do. These are people I would trust and with whom I would gladly take my vehicle for service and repair.

Chris and the team diagnosed and got my truck running great. They diagnosed and repaired the problem and nothing more. The cost of the repairs were very reasonable and everyone I talked to was very respectful. Chris and RC Motors have worked twice on my car once on engine repair and the other time replacing my brakes. I was very happy with their work and they completed both jobs very quickly. Top notch customer service and friendly as well. Thank you!!

The keys to RC Motors success are that they are trustworthy, competent, and easy to deal with. They will always tell you the truth and never sell you repairs that you don't need. They can fix virtually any mechanical problem and fix it right. I have been using RC Motors for five years. Chris Harris, the owner, will go the extra mile every time. Finally, they do a great detail at a great price.

My wife and I have used RC Motors exclusively for 7 years. They make it easy and convenient to schedule service appts, and their work has always been top-notch. They don't try to sell unnecessary services like cleaning the brake lines (I'm looking at you Firestone!) but they do make recommendations and leave it to us to decide before doing the work.They've recently upgraded their customer waiting area and that is another demonstration they value our business and are invested in our customer experience.I highly recommend RC Motors to anyone in need of outstanding service, honesty and reliability. We won't use anyone else, and you shouldn't either!

Great bunch of folks. Diagnosed and fixed my car very quickly. Has never run better than it does now. Prices are very reasonable. Initially had it at another shop in the area that wanted the same money just to diagnose the issue (which they got wrong) that RC Motors charged to to diagnose AND fix the it. Will definitely be using this place from now on.

I trusted recommendations on the RC Motors website and was not disappointed. The guys detailed my car beyond expectations! As it was quite cold outside, we didn't chat much, but they were obviously proud of the work they did--and they had every right to be! Seriously--I've had details on many cars, but never having this level of detail and professionalism. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I own a small fleet of vehicles for my business and RC Motors maintains them for me. Very professional and prompt service. Their free pick up and delivery service is awesome. They can handle it all from a new transmission (with warranty) to an oil change to a detail service. I highly recommend RC Motors to anyone looking for a good mechanic and a solid reliable company.

RC Motors has been extremely helpful for me over the past 7 years. Chris Harris and Terry Key run a great garage, and will fix your car for the most competitive price! I strongly recommend this quality company to anyone that is in need of auto repair or auto detailing! They will even pick your car up and deliver it after they finish the service!

I have been using RC Motors for the past 3 years and my experience is excellent each time. They take the time to explain things, their prices are reasonable and the service is wonderful. I have had my car detailed there a few times and it comes back looking new. I highly recommend RC Motors for your car service and detailing.

I highly recommend RC Motors. My husband and I have used RC Motors for years, for everything from oil changes to major repairs. They are always willing to pick up and deliver my car to me, which is a huge time-saver. I've been very pleased with the quality of the work they perform, and I recommend them unequivocally.

These guys from the workers to the owner are the friendliest and most knowledgeable guys I have ever dealt with. Even when my vehicle had a particular problem that needed addressed they helped me with no problem. They were prompt to return calls, super friendly and incredibly helpful. It is refreshing to see a great group working together and being professional!

Very Reliable work and sound advice - Love how they always come to pick up my car for service and deliver back to my home or office. Last visit they recommended that I replace my tires and I told them I was going to wait, bad choice on my part totaled my car in a heavy rain if I would have only listened and gotten the tires they recommended may have prevented me from having to replace my car. Ask for Terry he is great, Chris is OK

I got a flat tire over the X-mas holidays and just happened to roll to a stop across the street from the shop. Even though they were closed, Terry and one of RC's mechanics came over to help, drove my car into the shop, put on my spare, and even drove my car back onto the street. They wouldn't take any money for their assistance, but I told them it was the best X-mas present I've ever received. They were a godsend that night and my daughter and I will never forget their generosity.

They was very rudeAnd disrespectful.I couldn't even walk through the shop with the guy that I supposed to talk to concerning my car last Friday. They made me walk out the shop and 0walk around to the front door. That i wasn't even welcome walk through. Also going try to ucharge me $500 for pulling my own cat to shop. Also we had already talk day before that and it wasn't a problem .

I have never set foot on RC Motors property, but that will change. I have 1995 Bronco that was needing some front end work. RC was unable to help me due to time constraints, but they didn t hesitate to point me in the direction of another shop who might be able to. That is an example of character . Character is something that is not always present in such a competitive market, but this is also what sets a business apart.

After two months in a dank, dark garage, my car had mold growing all over the inside of the car. After calling two other detailers, RC Motors promised me a clean mold free car, and they delivered! My car came back in a timely manner, looking like a brand new car, and mold free as promised. I highly recommend RC Motors, especially for car detail work.

Chris and crew at RC Motors saved the day for us... we broke down (transmission failure) near the Birmingham airport while we were on vacation, 500 miles from our destination. We had our van towed to RC at the suggestion of our insurance company. Chris called first thing Monday morning and, even during a holiday week, fixed us up and had the van waiting for us when we came back through. We ve never had such exceptional customer service, do yourself a favor and call RC!!
