I'm trying to figure out if it's just me. I'm extremely excellent at minding my own business. It's cold and windy outside today. There's no one out at the storage, but me. I entered with my code at the gate. Minding my own business, sorting things in my storage. All of a sudden, creepy white female employee. Just pops out the blue. Don't even scare a black person, you might not like the reaction. Talking about she's looking for a co-worker. I know for a fact that, she's the only person working there at this time. Being all nosey, trying to look into my unit and see what I'm doing. I'm no fool. You employee supposed to rent out units,clean the areas, etc. Public Storage, do I need someone from your company to follow me to my unit or see what I'm doing in my unit? I've never had any of your other employees follow me to my unit before. I don't need anyone to know what's in my unit, but me. Or is this still that old, he's black and I'm white type of mess. You definitely need to have a talk with your employee. First off, that's dangerous for me. Being a black male. Cause once there's a Karen issue, someone overstepping their boundaries. And cops are called on me for minding my own business at my unit. That is always paid on time. I'll let your imagination fill in the blanks on that.

I have to say I am glad I chose this location to store my belongings. Safe and secure for one. The management is very helpful and understanding. Was willing to go out her way to help. Thank you

This has been such a tiresome process trying to find an affordable storage unit in such a limited time frame BUT GOD! He led me to the Right place where I met Nancy. She called in the midst of me just making the reservation online and walked me through the process to help with an ease of mind. Then when I came into the office she made things up even easier and fast! Thank you so much Nancy, it was truly a pleasure working with you today and definitely a 5-Star experience!

Nancy is awesome very helpful!!!! Nancy is very nice and displayed excellent customer service skills. Storage units needed to be sprayed for begs, but the hallways were very clean.

My mom finally got into a house but all her things are gone cos public Storage robbed her of them after she fell behind but was a customer for over 14 years not to mention how she had her unit broken several times and you people did nothing I hope all of you people rot and burn in hell taking from a 77 yr old woman

Jakerria was a wonderful help with everything ! She was so sweet and did not mind helping me figure out which unit would be a good fit for my items. She s a great example of how a public storage employee should treat there customers. I hope to see her around for a bit ! :)

Bre have great manners & provided excellent customer service to me yesterday ! She was very helpful In helping me figure out which unit would be best for my items.Thanks Bre we need more people like you that actually have positive attitudes about being at work .

5 stars all the way!!! The customer service is great!! Deana at the front desk is the best!! She was very friendly and professional. She took the time to make sure that I was satisfied with my unit before purchasing and her friendliness made my experience even better. I will recommend this public storage 10/10! Deana is a great person for handling the front desk and providing great customer experience.

Amy has always been very helpful, nice, & professional. I always see her doing some sort of work on the property. I come every morning to get my work equipment, and she always says good morning when she sees me. She s definitely a manager to keep!!

Jaydell was awesome. She has great customer service and it's much appreciated. She assisted in helping me finding the unit I needed and she assisted in my reservation changes without complaint. The units need to be repaired every once in a while as some are worn down, but that's an owner's responsibility. You will need to do some type of spraying for spiders, but that's with almost any outside storage space. Everything else has been fine so far.

Hello I was sent to make a payment for my aunt and when I arrived the service rep had on the biggest smile. She was in a great mood and I didn t have all the information I needed but she was very patient and helpful. I really enjoyed kelsie and her helpful attitude.

My dad is moving to the area and Jackie was very helpful. She explained sizes of each unit, prices, and was very nice. I would recommend your company to anybody who needs great customer service, clean and secured storage unit. My experience wasn t so great. I came in on a Saturday to rent a storage and that Monday I called to let the manager know I didn t need it anymore. I asked for a refund for the $40 dollars I spent, since I hadn t move into the storage and she gave me the number to the district manager. I found out from another location the number she gave me was incorrect. I called the correct number and left several messages and no one called me back. So then i called again and talk to a different manager at the same location I rented from and she said she would give me the refund back. I waited a week and then couldn t get in touch with her so I called customer service. I talked to customer service and she took my complaint and said she would send it to the district manager. I have yet to hear from anyone. Even if they didn t give out refunds someone should called me back.

Come to this location for the best help! Alicia is super friendly and extremely helpful! She helped us get the best deal and even directed us to locations that had the best deal! Definitely a great experience :)

I had a great experience. Getting my storage was easy and efficient. Amy was great! She helped get all my stuff sorted out and helped get my paperwork done in a timely manner. Overall my experience was great!

I am very pleased with the overall customer service from Marcus Robinson at this location. Of he is unable to assist me He makes sure that the other employees are aware of how to assist me in his absence. He prides his store in safety for all customers and if here is something a customer needs that he can't provide he immediately contacts another store manager to get assistance.

Jaydell is very friendly and extremely helpful!UPDATE:The facility has too much vegetation growing everywhere. This makes it difficult to access some of the units. The door to access indoor units needs attention as well as the door stoppers do not work. I had to find something to hold the door open while I was going in and out of the door.T This is a major inconvenience seeing as how I am pregnant. The facility has decreased in quality since my last time being a customer back in 2018... But ironically the prices have increased.Jaydell called me to explain and apologize to me after seeing my review and I had to stop her and advise that SHE was absolutely great. She was extremely accommodating as well as considerate. I think it sucks that her boss has her calling people to explain things that's NOT her fault. Not cool Public storage. Stop making the good ones do your dirty work! Give HER a raise and improve the facility!

Went by my storage unit today, (1-16-2016). When I went inside bldg., 2 my unit I saw a Lady cleaning inside bldg, she introduced herself as Datondira Lewis and asked was there anything she could help me with. I thought this was Great that she introduced herself and asked could she help me with anything. I also liked that she was keeping the bldg., clean. She said if I ever needed anything let her know. I thought this was Great that she introduced herself and asked could she help me with anything and was cleaning the facility. This made me very Happy. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would for this Lady.
