I had minor body work done on a classic car at Perfect Reflections and paid a hefty price.After inspecting the work in more detail after pick up, I realized the quality was far less than I expected. There are pits, runs, unevenness, overspray, etc. My guess is they farmed it out to a novice.I have attempted many times to contact the owner/bodyman Mike Maddox, but after 2 months he will not respond. I have sent photos(available if anyone wants to see), but no response.Needless to say I am very disappointed in his work, but mostly his character by not standing behind his work.Roger HarperHMS ClassicsServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Sir, I apologize for your impression. Although, we offer the service it's rather tough to give a "Estimate" over the phone. It's always best to allow us to visually inspect the car in person. Perfect Reflections takes great pride in our work ethic. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.MM
