0/10 would not recommend Pepboys Auto if you need a vehicle inspected.They were not thorough and missed some obvious items, and in addition they gave me bad information which lead me down a rabbit trail before discovering the real problem.- They said I had plenty of wear left on my brake pads when in reality they are down to bare metal.- They said a specific sound was coming from the control arms which isn't physically possible, and the sound is actually coming from the nonexistent pads.- They also said my rear brakes weren't functioning when in reality they are working just fine.- I was assured the vehicle is safe to drive and the items needing fixing were priorities but not an immediate threat to safety. If I had known I was down to bare metal on my pads I would have taken measures to have it rectified immediately as that is a significant safety concern.Any mechanic worth their salt should have known exactly what these things were and even I, with little experience had a gut feeling contrary to their "report".I'm glad I got a second opinion and I'll be looking to get a refund for the "inspection" they royally screwed up.I gave them a chance despite quite a few poor reviews and definitely regret letting them take my money and my vehicle for half a day.

I can t say enough about the guys at Pep-boys on Hwy 280 . Eldger, Derek, Marcus, Jon are the greatest . I would not trust anyone else to work on my vehicle . These guys go above & beyond to help you. They listen to you & care about you . The customer service is extraordinary ! I am blessed to have been recommended to them . I am now forever a PEP-Boys loyal customer! Thank you guys for always taking care of me ! You guys are the Greatest ! You re stuck with me now ! If you are having auto issues & don t know who to trust , give these guys a try ! I promise you will never go any place else!

Good service and then around time but the prices are higher than snoop dogg. Was charged $245 for a part that retails for $40. And that s before labor

Took my 2011 Grand Caravan in because it keeps showing code for multiple engin miss fire and hard to start. I had already replaced plug, coils, and injectors. They did their diagnostic and determined I needed a tune-up . I reminded them that I had just done that. They said we need to remove manifold to see why codes are coming up. I approved.They replace gaskets and o rings as well as other things they suggested. Those are fine. They said I might need a fuel pump.So I pick up van drive 30 miles code comes back. I called, and they said, "Bring it back."So they put fuel pump on .I pay another $1,100.00, and I do not even get out of the parking lot. The check engine light comes on again. They said I need to pay topull manifold back off to check plugs and coil. What a racket. Pay they to fix something, tell you there is a warranty, and act like they do not need to fix what I paid for. The fuel pump works fine. I guess they are used to ripping people off. $2,600.00 and original problem not fix. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

We bought a set of tires online and made an appointment for 10 am. We had the car there at 945. The car was not ready until 230pm. We were also not given any update until about 100pm in which we were told they would get to our car after the oil changes.

Fantastic experience, very professional and kept me informed on findings, costs and delivered when promised. Derrick in the office was very efficient and professional with me. I have used several of the Pep Boys in the area, this one is the farthest from my home but well worth the drive.

Being a person who hates being taken advantage of Pep-boys advice and service was impeccable. Marcus was knowledgeable and very professional. He made sure my appointment time was met so I could get back to my travels. When I realized the difference on how my car performed I called him personally to thank him.. Will be returning to get this A one service again.

They fixed my issue with the AC on a Sunday. That was a great convenience and why I gave them 2 stars. They charged me $792 for a part I could have purchased on line for $30 and a 30 minute install. When I questioned the bill they didn't want to discuss it. They just wanted to know if I wanted the work done or not. I got the work done and it was a huge convenience, but not worth the price. For that reason, I will go somewhere else next time. Check it out for yourself. All I needed was an AC Pressure Switch. At most a $200 service giving a little more for the convenience of service on Sunday.

I was blown away by the wonderful service I received on Saturday 2/18/23. They got my car back within 10 mins of my appointment time. I was kept up to date with messages on my phone with pictures as well!!! And in person by the very understanding Mr. Eldger at the desk. All of the guys that day were great. Even made some small talk with me as I was checking out and leaving. I know they were super busy, but very professional regardless, I will definitely be going back.

From the time I made the appointment til I had my tires on and rolling out the door this was great service from the front counter to the Mechanics in the bay, I will always go to PeP Boys for tires.

Derek was fantastic. I called on a Sunday with a coolant issue on my truck. I picked it up at 3:30 completely fixed. He kept me updated throughout the whole process. This is how customer service is done!

Yesterday, January 26 I went to Pep Boys for a front in alignment. They got me right in and in less than 45 minutes. I was heading straight down the road again Marcus managed the front (along with Gloria) and Dontae did the actual work on my vehicle. They were quick affordable & a pleasure to work with. This was the second time our family has purchased tires from this Pep Boys location. Both experiences were excellent. Derek, the manager was very helpful. The tires we selected were not in stock, but Derek ordered them. The final price he gave me on our last purchase was actually a few dollars less than the original quote! The customer service was phenomenal. Other businesses could learn some good customer service skills from this Pep Boys location. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience here. They diagnosed my issues as well as suggested fixes to some other major maintenance that needed to be done. They got my car taken care of quickly so I could enjoy the rest of my day. Derek was very friendly and helpful. I recommend anyone to visit this location.

Routine rotate, balance and front end alignment. Had made appointment several days in advance and waited for the vehicle to be serviced. I was told it would take up to 1.5 hours but was done quicker than that. Got text throughout the process letting me know how the service was going. This was definitely the best car related service I have ever received at ANY car service facility,EVER! The people at this Pep Boys were extremely helpful and accommodating! I was particularly impressed with Eldger,who bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of! If all Pep Boys are like this one,I will never go anywhere else!

Easy to schedule 3 days ahead of time. I was able to wait on 45 minutes for an oil/filter change and tire rotation.
