Went to have a code reader put on my truck and was told they don t do that. What auto parts store doesn t offer a basic and necessary service provided by all other auto parts retailers.

Very unorganized place, disrespectful worker in the front that goes by the name Redd that does not read throughly or effectively communicate with his teammates if he is confused on a purchase. They have no structure at this workplace. I would not recommend going to this place. The employees possess horrible customer service,

Couldn't believe the amazing service I received today. I spent less than $20 dollars and you would have thought that I was spending $1,000. Wish I had caught the guys name but I was so impressed he remembered mine during the entire visit that I didn't think to catch his. I've never received this kind of service from any auto parts store, hell, not from anywhere in the recent years. Good on ya NAPA. You've got a new life long customer.

Great Customer service! I never have to worry about being treated different because I'm a woman. I get great service, great parts and talk to the staff about a football game without being treated like I don't belong there. Super friendly and go out of their way. Thanks guys!

Horrible customer service. The workers gave this young girl a very hard time, due to lack of communication on their side. Which I think could ve been resolved much better than how the employees treated her.

I'm a former retired U.S. Marine I first went to AutoZone and was meet with pure ignorance. So down the street around the corner I went. At NAPA not only was the person knowledgeable of their job but was also asked if they could help me after making my purchase, which was not necessary...just the fact he asked, So Thank You. I got the card of the person so I can always ask for him during my visits and if you're reading this as well you should also ask for Mr. Alexander Cuz if you want 5 Star Service! Job well done Sir! Semper Fi!!!

The customer service experience began with the first call. After being told that other chain stores wouldn t help me replace my headlight, I gave Napa a call and spoke with Abby. She reassured me that she would help me. When I got to Napa, Abby had gone for the day, but a young man named Alexander helped me find the right bulb and installed it for me. He even fixed the loose headlight connector so the bulb wouldn t fall out. I cannot express just how grateful I am that these guys were available to help me. They made it so I wouldn t have to drive home with limited lighting. Kudos to the Napa Auto Parts on Valley Avenue. Wish I could rate you higher than 5 stars!

Needed to return parts that weren't needed or used. I payed cash for the parts, when I went to return them, the store I bought them from didn't have the cash to give me a refund. Instead of the employee calling other stores to see of they had the cash, he handed me a piece of paper with two other stores numbers on it, and told me to call! I ended up having to drive to the Nappa store in Homewood from Wilsonvillle.

Seems to be a well run store from my experience in past few months. The fellows working the counter are more knowledgeable and helpful than nearby competitors.
