Matt and the rest of the team are incredible. My car was in rough shape and Matt was able to fit me in the schedule and diagnosis my car during the week of Christmas. My car had a bunch of problems and Matt walked me through everything throughly and with great detail. Never once did I feel like I was being sold or pressured with products. My car was on its last leg and instead of pushing me to fix the car, Matt and the team helped me get my car in the best condition to sell free of charge. Momentum gained a customer for life in this transaction and I strongly encourage you to make the same choice for a mechanic as I did. Thank you to Matt and the rest of the Momentum team for their above and beyond level of service!

Momentum Motorworks is a first class bmw service shop. I was very impressed with the customer service.Mary and Mat were very helpful in providing information concerning repairs for my vehicle. I got calls to keep me updated when my car would be ready.I would recommend this company to anyone needing services on their BMW.

Very pleased with the repairs, price and overall customer experience. We have three older-model Mercedes ranging in age from 23 years old to 38 years old. I took our 27-year-old S-Class in for some maintenance and repairs as I d been searching for a new shop. Momentum will be where we go from here on out. Matt was incredible to work with, and I ve had the car back for a week now with no issues whatsoever with the repairs performed. They even did a couple extras. This place is the biggest blessing! I was so afraid when I brought my car in for the first time a few years ago. Ms. Mary was amazing! She was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable being there. The gentleman who work there have always been very transparent and upfront with what was needed for both of my BMWs. They are still consistently amazing every day. I could not ask for better service.

I can t say anything about the technician since I decided not to bring my BMW there after talking to the receptionist. I called and asked if I could bring my car in the next day. Apparently that (or my strong overseas accent) caused the receptionist to respond like this You mean that you want to make an appointment and we have a spot next week I appreciate the fact that she told me what I meant. Next thing I wanted to know if there were any costs involved for checking the problem? Yes $150 which she said twice. I thanked her for the information and she replied hmm hmm/uh uh and without a goodbye hanged up the phone. So I will drive my 17 miles to bring my car and money to my own mechanic because I do appreciate great communication and customer service which in my humble opinion also starts when answering a phone.

I highly recommend that you visit momentum over the dealer. The dealer will give you very little in the way of diagnosis, and they certainly will not evaluate the car for free.At Momentum, they gave me a complete look at my car, recommended services, and they let me know the price before. I'll be back

We have been taking my car to Momentum for a couple of years and have worked with Taylor. They are always professional and thorough. This time, we worked with Matt. He was great also and very responsive to us on repairs to my daughter's vehicle. He made sure to explain everything thoroughly and worked with us since the car had several problems. This was a used vehicle we recently purchased and wanted to make sure it was thoroughly looked at and all repairs made to provide a safe car for our daughter. The guys ordered the parts and did the work quickly to get the car back to us earlier than they had quoted. Great experience working with Momentum.

I want to give the biggest strongest recommendation for Momentum Motorworks!!! They are the best and most customer focused BMW and other import car repair shop I have ever found. They do everything possible to make the customer happy and are very technically competent and honest. If anyone has ANY repair needs for your import vehicle I would go to them for certain. Miss Mary is great and Taylor is one of the owners. Great place!!!Service: Electrical repair

Fantastic customer service and very easy to work with. Matt knows his stuff about BMWs and I trust his opinion completely. I can tell he is honest and that is by far the most important thing when it comes to car repair. Highly recommend!

I purchased my 2007 BMW X3 in August, 2018. From the beginning, I have put my trust in Momentum Motorworks for all of my maintenance and service needs. One of the best decisions I ever made. The staff is always friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Mary is Top Notch on the front end. The first person to greet you in person or on the phone, she is always polite and helpful. My service advisor, Matt Thomas far exceeded my expectations. Matt contacted me quickly to review in detail the inspection report and to make arrangements to get my service completed. My last visit on January 12, 2023 called for multiple extensive repairs. Matt committed to having my car back to me in four days. To my surprise and delight, I had my car back in 24 hours. Matt delivered on the repairs and cost we discussed. My 16 year old baby is running like new. I couldn t be happier! Thank you, Matt, Junior Grant (Technician), and Mary for a job well done!

They diagnosed exactly what was wrong with my Audi A5 brakes. Fixed what others had messed up and only replaced what was needed using actual Audi parts. Lesson learned, places who use aftermarket parts who charge less will cost you in the long run. Momentum told me in advance they would only be using Audi parts. Even did me a favor and getting rid of a squeak in my trunk. All around great employees who worked faster than expectedService: Brakes

Matt was/is amazing!! He thoroughly went over what was found and provided options on how to handle the findings. I never felt rushed on the phone and he also gave time to think about what we wanted to do. The cost of the repairs aren t the cheapest, but they aren t the most expensive either. One thing you will get for your money is honesty along with knowing that you will have technicians repair your vehicle that truly know what they are doing.Services: Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Brake service & repair, Oil change

They are the best at scheduling, and keeping their word on when things will be ready. Very professional work, and they actually told me on my most recent visit I wasn t quite time to replace transmission fluid, instead of just doing the work and changing for it, they take care of the customer AND the car! They were also exactly half price compared to the dealer for all work that was done!

Best German auto replace shop I've been to since I've owned my vehicle. I have lived in two states and three cities and Matt and Mary by far exceeded my expectations. Matt told me of the required fixes and ones that could a wait a bit. The car was in the shop only a few days and they met all timelines discussed. Super professional, friendly, and an excellent place to take your vehicle. 100% would recommend!

Amazing experience again from Taylor, Mary and the entire team. So very patient explaining to me everything that needed to be fixed on my GLC 300 with 90K miles. They saved me over $2500.00 !! So very happy with the service and professionalism once again! They ordered the parts and fixed many items quickly. The guys at Momentum are great!! They are the only ones I trust to work on my 2004 BMW Z4. They repaired the convertible top motors and hydraulic pumps, engine motor mounts, multiple sensors, replaced the windshield washer pump, battery and host of other small things. My car feels, looks and runs like new again! They have always done great work and returned it when they promised. They ve been professional, courteous and understanding. I'm so relieved to have found Momentum Motorworks. We have a 2009 Porsche Cayenne, my wife's baby. It needed some attention and had had a questionable experience from another highly rated local shop.I've owned several Porches over the years and am currently far away the regular support I had in Columbia SC.I found Momentum by referral, stopped by to meet with Carl, their Porsche mechanic with 41 years experience and found a talented and professional kindred spirit.He understood that this was her daily driver and made room the next week for a two day repair. Just amazing customer support!Even on a short Memorial week, he was able to complete our service a day early and get her back on the road.He also completed a thorough itemized inspection since it had just passed 100k.Cannot over sell what that meant to both she and me.The whole staff at Momentum was an absolute pleasure to work with.If you are a fan and owner of German cars, cannot recommend this group highly enough.

Professional, yet friendly, service from drop off to pick up. A top notch facility, it impossible not to be impressed. Carl took great care of my Porsche and I truly appreciate his care and attention to detail.UPDATE: Took a new to me Panamera to Momentum and Carl's expertise once again gave me the confidence to drive it like I want to. To be honest, I don't see any possible way to improve on their stellar service. I'm a very happy customer and will continue to use them for all of my Porsche needs. We have being going there for years. The work they performed has always been high quality work. Honest information about your car. They show caring work as well. Quick turnaround time. I can go own & on. Etc. We have both of our cars( Mercedes) service here. I wish I could get my sons car ( BMW) towed there from out of town for service . Where to begin with Momentum. I have a 1992 BMW 850 which is notoriously one of the most difficult cars to work on. It s also extremely difficult to find someone or a shop that is willing to take the time to properly diagnose and repair this car. I stopped into Momentum as a last ditch effort to have someone look at it. I had the pleasure of speaking with Matt Thomas. This guy is as professional and trustworthy as they come. He said they would absolutely look at it but no promises could be made.Matt s level of communication and honesty far exceeded my expectations. He didn t sugar coat anything and was blunt in regards to the cost of repairs. He never tried to sell me anything that wasn t needed and was more than happy to piecemeal the repair process. It got to the point the repair was going to get extremely expensive. I asked him to stop the job and mentioned that I would be donating the car. Matt went a step further and said, before you do that, I might know a guy that would be interested. Matt made the phone call and I was able to sell the car that day.I can t say enough good things about this business. When the situation presents itself again, Momentum will be my first stop. This was my first visit to Momentum with my "almost new" 2018 540i. They made me feel like I was a regular customer - very friendly and engaging. I needed the brake fluid flush and they completed that along with a full service check. Nothing additional needed (except a battery for the key fob), but I will return for my next service.Service: Brakes

Momentum has been servicing my BMW 528i since 2003. Rory and his service crew are the best. I trust them to the fullest with my car. They are always helpful, courteous, responsive and make you feel confident your car will be serviced right. They are the best and I would not go any where else.

Matt the service manager and Mary the office manager were great to work with in ordering and installing a new set of tires for my BMW X3! Mary made sure the communications and logistics of drop off and pick up were clear. Matt took a lot of time helping me decide on which tire would work best for my car and patiently explained my options, pros and cons for different types of tires, and answered every question with an expert authority. It was a very positive experience. The cost of the tires, installation and alignment were hundreds of dollars less than what my dealership offered. I have found my BMW repair shop! As soon as my maintenance warranty runs out, Momentum Motorworks is getting my business.

In my experience, it s not uncommon to sometimes doubt your mechanic and whether or not you got the actual service you need. Not so at Momentum. I completely trust them with my Mercedes. They have better prices than the dealership, outstanding customer service, and expertise second to none. The shop is cleaner than any other mechanic shop I ve seen. On my last trip there for brake work, they found another issued I didn t even know I had and took me back to the shop so the mechanic could explain the issue so I would understand. It was a loose bolt that could have created bigger issues. They fixed at no charge. Most importantly, they took the time to show and explain to me and perhaps eliminated future problems. They created trust.And as many others have mentioned in their reviews, Sparks IS the man. He makes checking in and out easy and keeps you informed of your cars status. He makes you feel welcome and at home while there.Momentum will always have my business.

If you drive a BMW, Porsche, or Mercedes, you will not find a better shop to service your vehicle.Sparks will listen to you, offer solution(s), and the service techs will make it happen. They will not push unnecessary services, and will counsel on what is needed, and what can wait a bit.Matt is a brilliant technician, and I always learn something from him when I have my BMW serviced at Momentum. He always takes time to explain the what, why and how.German cars are precise machines, and these guys offer precision work at a fair price.
