I recently visited Mavis Tire and Brake Shop and was extremely impressed with the level of customer service I received. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Not only that, but I was amazed at how quickly they worked to get my vehicle serviced. The efficiency and speed at which they completed the work was outstanding. I highly recommend Mavis Tire and Brake Shop for their exceptional customer service and quick service turnaround time. A truly positive experience!

Today, I went out and found my tire super flat. After re-inflating my tire, I could hear an audible leak. My coworker put my spare tire on and inflated it. They suggested that I go to Mavis to get them to properly inflate my spare. I did. When I crossed the threshold, the manager asked to see if the tire could be fixed. It could. He let me leave the tire with him, and I came back to get it out on. I paid the bill and way in my way within an hour.

Just got my tire from the mavis on lakeshore and service was AMAZING!!! They were really fast and the service was very affordable. I really appreciate nice and friendly people. I will definitely be bring my service back to Mavis!!

Came for a flat rear tire they checked all four and found a nail in another one, which they patched for me as well. Saved me a future headache. Really great service, nice people, and affordable as well. I will definitely go back again when my car needs servicing.

Traveling through and woke up to a low pressure light. They got our tire fixed and on the road quickly. They were very kind and helpful and we are extremely appreciative.

My tires had to be ordered and I scheduled a time to have them put on. They came in early and I was in the area. Asked if it could done today, and they said come on in and we will take care of you. They did - and quickly. Good experience.

I have purchased tires for two different cars from this Mavis location, both times with great satisfaction. They have also done a great job with service after the sale. I highly recommend Jay and Mavis Tires on Lakeshore.

Went to get brakes replaced and they were AMAZING!!! Chad and Justin are the best!!! They hooked me up and it was faster than I thought it would take. 10/10 would definitelyyyyy recommend!!!!

I encountered a last-minute issue with my brakes and had an urgent need to reach my class within the next hour. Thanks to the assistance provided by the staff at the Lakeshore location, I was able to have my brakes repaired and even managed to work on some homework in their comfortable common area. I'm grateful to Mavis on Lakeshore for their help.

Best Place in town to get your usual car maintenance done, tires, brakes and rotors etc. Ask for Jay when you arrive. He Makes sure you re squared away and has wonderful customer service. Only place and person in town to let handle my car issues!!!

Minor thing but worth a mention and kudos. Daughter needed tires inflated after another nearby box store, supposedly with this service, severely under-inflated them, right before a long out of state drive. In and out it 5 minutes. Awesome job. Thank you.

Had four new tires and a realignment a few weeks ago, then had to bring back the car a few days later due to extreme wobble and unsafe driving.Manager told me they corrected the issue, and the wobble was gone after that second visit.Then, a week later, the tire pressure light came on, and today I noticed the source of the low tire pressure - looks like the rim is bent out of shape.I called and asked if they could do anything about it, and they said that they don't fix rims. Fair enough, but they didn't give me any warning at all, just let me drive out the door with bent rims after having my car in two separate times.Edit: Follow-up after reaching out to the customer service line on 10/1 as advised above. Had a nice conversation with a lady who took the info, then received a voicemail from someone else that nothing would change because I hadn't purchased an extended warranty.I'm not sure what warranty has to do with anything - I was just calling them back as requested, not making a warranty claim.And regardless of warranty, it's unsafe and inappropriate to take the money for four tires + realign, then let customers out the door with bent rims and no warning at all (even just a referral elsewhere if it's a problem you don't handle).I spent the time talking to them only to be rebuffed as if I was asking for something. Sorry guys, I gave 2 stars originally, but that's really not great.

Purchased a set of 33" Nitto Ridge Grapplers at this Mavis and had them installed there. Ordering and installation of tires went well. The quality of tire install not so well.Tires were bad wobbly leading me to believe they missed the mark on the balancing. Took two other visits before an attempt at rebalance was made. Rebalance ended up being worse. Jeep is almost undriveable (Shaking and wobbling).Staff did offer, if it still wasn't right, to rebalance tires again. I just can't bring myself to go back a fourth time. Maybe smaller tires are balanced well here, but wouldn't order any large tires and have them installed here.

My family and I were on our way down to spring break vacation from Indy. We woke up at our hotel to find our tire flat. We were referred to Mavis and down the street and were not disappointed!! The employee stopped what he was doing immediately and helped us fix the stem on our tire.. quickly and effectively. Now that is amazing customer service that you don't see much anymore!

Not too sure , lug nut is missing now , I think I was told they did an alignment but I m pretty sure not , charged me for new tire sensors but lights are still on ,and I m not sure about mechanic because cat has vibration after I had a front axle installed . I would be weary unless you are just getting oil or tires here .

This store manager was so nice and professional!! Very quick service and they were actually honest and told us that our tire didn't have to be replaced instead of just trying to make money off of us. We were very impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff and I would most definitely recommend this store to anyone they were great!!!

Do not come here , my husbands brought in one of our cars to get new brakes and rotors we paid almost $500 I got my car shipped to California and car started making sqeeky sounds as if the brakes were never done I could not bring the car back to Alabama as it already was a lot to get it shipped to California we contacted the manager he suggested we get it checked and show him proof of results sure enough the brakes were never changed no work was ever done to it my husband sent an email with pictures and never reached back out and we still had to repay for new brakes and rotors do not waste your time or money here for work to not be done on your car
