The updated layout of their waiting room and service area gives a more refreshing open feel. Looks and feels pretty good overall. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and accommodating especially Michelle the past two times I ve been to get my car serviced. One issue I do have is that I wish the sticker they post on the windshield matched better with the actual oil they put in the car. The sticker had it as 0W20 but on the printed paper they give during checkout it does list the appropriate oil of 5W30. I called them to double check and they did reassure that the oil used was the one printed on paper. However it did give a bit of a surprise when I noticed it wasn t listing the correct oil type.

I was met promptly when I pulled into the service garage and greeted by a service guy who inquired the purpose of my visit. He explained my next steps. I was warmly greeted by a service rep name Sharon. Sharon was professional, friendly, attentive and exceptional before, during and after my car service. I will definitely return and recommend Birmingham Lexus to others.

Well I was not happy with what happen at the Lexus dealership yesterday! Eight months ago my car would not start and could not jump started so, it was towed to Lexus in Birmingham. They were so nice, they gave me a loner and replaced the battery. Well about 6 weeks ago the same thing happened with my battery. It would not start! A friend had a jump box and after many attempts we got it started. Well 2 weeks ago I went through the same thing. I shared my concern to the service person I dealt with but she did not seem interested! In fact she said they going to drain the battery and charge it! She said there was corrosion on the battery. They charged me $60.00 to clean off the Corrosion from the battery. It s been 8 months since I received a new battery and I was having the same problems! I asked what was causing this! She said I was not driving enough!! I had only driven 6000 in the last 8 months! You do the math! They don t know what s causing this and if it happens again I will sell the car. I told them that and they did not blink! They told me to go to Walmart and buy a trickle down battery charger!!

We were most impressed with our salesperson. He was informative, patient, never pushy, jumped several hoops to finalize our deal. A real pleasure to work with. I have already recommended him to a good friend who plans to shop for a Lexus soon.

I was given great service today at Lexus of Birmingham. It was a pleasure to sit in the comfortable waiting areas and enjoy a vanilla latte while I waited. The service took just the amount of time they said it would, and they even washed my car at no charge. I m so pleased and grateful.

It's so Awesome to be treated like you would treat others about their vehicle and the service of it to keep and maintain a very high standard and quality of operation. I stopped by the Lexus dealership today and Michelle greeted me as soon as I pulled in and was able to assist me with my request (programming a key fob for my vehicle). She was patient and very professional!However, whatever was done with programming of key fob my notification sensor is no longer working when I'm too close to a wall, or when backing up and when someone is too close to the vehicle...etc.It's a little of a inconvenience because now I have to make another trip to bring my vehicle back to the Lexus dealership for you guys to assess the issue and fix it. All of these things mentioned should have been tested before returning the vehicle back to its owner.

I am always greeted by a professional and friendly face whenever I visit the service department. They have never disappointed me. My issues are promptly handled, and if the service is unable to be completed on the day of my arrival, I am provided with a courtesy car until my vehicle is ready. From drive in to my service advisor, Sharon Lampi, my car is thoroughly serviced and cleaned. Sharon explains each service and the cost. They also text and send pictures with whatever issues your car is experiencing. You can choose to accept or decline the service, no pressure. You can also pay for your service online which saves time when checking out.

Lexus Of Birmingham always goes above and beyond! I love the Royalty Treatment they give me every time I take my vehicle for preventative maintenance, even when it is as simple as an oil! They are very accommodating, friendly, and professional! When you drive a Lexus you not drive a great car, but you get wonderful customer service at Lexus.

Well done! Dropped off my new LX after hours for the no charge 10k mile maintenance. Michelle texted me early the next morning to confirm receipt. She statused me throughout the day and I was able to pay electronically before arrival to avoid delay. I even picked up the key and receipt in the Sales department after Service had closed. Nice! Solid 5 star.

My experience with Lexus of Birmingham was outstanding. My husband and I are traveling across the US in my RX350L. My home Lexus dealer in Savannah, GAnotified me that there was a potential problem with the rotors. When I called this dealership, they could not be more accommodating. We went in for service this morning.Michelle Mandeville welcomed us and did an excellent job of making us very comfortable with the situation. She kept us abreast of what was happing with our car, explaining everything. We were in and out of there within 2 hours, allowing us to move on, to our 2 month trip.This is why I have been a faithful customer since 1993, Lexus is the best and always hires the best people! It took 2 days of calling before I could talk to someone in Service to book an appointment. Even with an appointment it took 2 hours and 20 minutes to charge the oil and rotate the tires. Not happy with this level (lack of) service
